You need to rephrase your sentence from "Zootopia can't make it into Kingdom Hearts III" to "I don't want Zootopia to be in Kingdom Hearts III". Again, I was talking about popularity in Japan. It hasn't released in Japan, so Nomura and his team don't know how popular it is with the consumers which are their primary concern (the Japanese).I'm just saying it is incredibly unlikely. I never said it is impossible. As I stated earlier, the movie's Japanese cinematic release would not change it's inclusion. Hopefully we get some interesting and surprising additions to Kingdom Hearts 3. Zootopia could happen but I would put the probability at like 5% compared with Frozen which is like 95% chance.
