The fox-girl faunus just watched everyone. They were getting along so well already...why couldn't she speak? Be...because she was a Faunus...she was shy...all those factors, she couldn't fight. Slumping, Sora Takagi turned to leave, maybe find her room...no, she just slammed into the door, bounced off, and into a group of boys. All of them turned, and the moment they saw her ears lie back, the jeers and discrimination started to flow. One pushed her actually, and she teared up. Turning, Sora began running, until her fluffy tail was grabbed.

She cried out in pain. This was a horrible idea. I should have stayed at the cafe...

He let go, but it was clear she didn't know where to run anymore.

What a great first day for the shy, introverted Faunus.

Adri wondered around, catching snippets of conversation here and there. The way people flocked together was wierd. Around her father, peopled acted like a pride or pack of predators. But more...well, normal people seemed to flock like birds. Adri wondered if a lunge and hiss would send a group scattering.

She caught a few people giving her sideways looks, but she was use to that. No matter where you went, being a faunus marked you. But it only got you down if you let it.

Adri stopped in her tracks abruptly when she saw a fox Faunus girl being picked on by some boys, one even pulled her tail. Adri's cat ears twitched once, but her face went blank. The girl was scared and the boys took advantage of it. Time to even the scales.

Walking straight up to the boy that pulled Sora's tail, she placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Come with me." She ordered.

"Hands off!" He sneered, trying to brush Adri off.

Grabbing onto the same arm, Adri wrenched it behind his back in an arm bar. The guy yelled in pain, drawing in his pals. Using her Semblance, Adri evaded their attempts to rescue their friend, and countered with short sharp kicks to vulnerable areas. A couple of times, she had to use her captive to intercept blows for her, but he was most obliging with enough pressure. After the group of boys were left groaning, Adri marched the tail pulling over to Sora.

"Say you are sorry." She ordered.

"Screw y-" the boy started, but a twist of his arm caught off his words and had him yelling in pain again.

"Say. It." Adri instructed again, her face still a blank mask.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" The boy shouted.

Adri looked at Sora and gave her a friendly smile.

"Will that be suf...suffi...enough?" She asked, giving up on the harder word.

Sapphira raised a brow and shot Starr a curious look.  "Well, I'm glad you're so honest, then."  Sometimes she was rather surprised by how cocky and self-confident some of these people could sound.

Shortly thereafter Iridia excused herself from their group, charging over to a potential fight that was breaking out not too far away.  Her cousin raised a hand in recognition, smiling and getting ready to shout something her way when she felt a cold hand clamp over hers.  Confused, Sapphira glanced down at her hand and then up into Dominic's face, bewilderment clearly written upon it.  She listened intently as he stuttered over his apology, causing Sapphira to feel even worse about her initial assumption.  Of course, he probably had withdrawn out of embarrassment; it likely had nothing to do with her.  And besides, why did it matter so much to her anyway?  Even she didn't know.  A smile and laugh emitted from the bluenette, eyes squinted as she tilted her head.

"Hey, no problem!  I guess I'm not so revolting after all.  And, by the way, do you like Chinese Checkers, or any board games for that matter?  During our downtime--even if we're not on the same team--you've got to come by and we can play together.  We totally need to whup Iridia's butt at some chess.  I swear, that cousin of mine is too smart for her own good, and you'd never guess she was actually younger than me."  Finally she raised a brow as she heard Dominic's opposition toward a Fauna joining the team.  "And whoa, what's with the Fauna opposition?  Nothing wrong with them, is there?"

He was shaking his fist, while starting to tear up. "Those bastards, they... They killed my parents, and I had no choice but to... To watch, that is why I loath Faunas people, they are all the same to me, murderous animals without any care for other people." He says without thinking about what he his saying but knowing what is coming out of his mouth. He couldn't contain himself anymore, got on his knees, and began to punch the ground crying his eyes out.

"Y-Yeah...Honest..." Starr quietly said to himself while looking away in embarrassment, as he was unsure whether lying was the right thing to do when trying to form new friendships. Then again, being his regular, low self-esteem self never got him any friends before so maybe this was the way to go. After all, all these other people who acted high and mighty always ended up being the most popular. Maybe this was his chance to be someone with friends around him for a change.

After interrupting his train of thought, Starr realized that he had been so lost in it that he failed to realize that both Dominic and Sapphira had left their little group and now he was left along with Royce. "Wait...Where did everyone go?" Starr asked while trying to locate them in the crowd.

Sora didn't expect that. She rubbed her tail a bit, then pressed closer to Adri. "Y...yes..." She whimpered quietly. She hated being the center of any attention, even at work. Her little maid outfit though, was now all rumpled, and she was too nervous to try and smooth it out. She just hid behind the cat faunus nervously, shaking. This was a horrible first day, even if this cat Faunus just beat up the bullies...Well...

Even though she wasn't really like that...she kind of wished Adri broke their legs.

(By the way, Angel, Dominic and Sapphira are still present; I believe it was Iridia who had left to check on Nutmeg, but the others are still with Royce and Starr)

Sure, she knew that Dominic was a little sensitive, but his next move completely bewildered her.  She took a step back, eyes widened as he began pounding the ground.  She glanced up to Royce and Starr, silently pleading with her eyes to help out with this bizarre fit that Dominic had entered.  Eventually Sapphira knelt, her arm over her knee as she extended her other hand toward Dominic.  She timidly pat his shoulder, not really knowing what else to do.  "Hey . . . ."  She swallowed hard, stealing a glance back at Starr again before looking at Dominic.  "I didn't realize you'd had such a history with Fauna.  I'm sorry, but just because some people were mean doesn't mean it's fair to group all Faunas together.  I've had Fauna friends growing up; some are really great people."

Fearing that this statement would upset him even more, she quickly followed up with, "But I understand your feelings.  Really, I do.  I can never forgive the people who killed my father, nor people even affiliated with that lot.  C'mon, let's get you something to eat or drink, maybe.  That way you can tell me a little bit about your special abilities."  Sapphira gripped his upper arms, gently urging him to his feet.  "You guys can come along if you want," she added in the direction of Royce and Starr.

Adri nodded to Sora, then yanked her captive so that his ear was near her mouth.

"Remember." She hissed. "Be nice."

In one fluid motion, the Precog twirled the bully away and let go. He stumbled as he fought to get his balance, then he ran. Feeling that a good deed had been done here, Adri turned and smiled at Sora.

"Hi, I'm Adrianna Delphi, but my friends call me Adri." She said, each word said carefully and precisely, like she memorized this speech. "Glad to meet you."

She held out a hand to Sora.

(Sorry I have been vary busy with work and what not but here to you.)

Dominic got to his feet with the help of Sapphira with tears coming out of his eyes, "I still... I still can't  forgive them for what they did." Dominic says wiping his tears. He nodded at the offer, "I... I would love that." As they walked to find something to eat he saw a Faunas girl (Sora) getting helped by another Faunas girl (Adri) he instinctively grabbed the hilt of one of his weapons staring at them without showing any emotions he then turned to look at Sapphira and smiled. "So, what are you hungry for?"
