Sora96 17,256 Posted January 31, 2016 (edited) What do you hope Motomu Toriyama's new project is? For anyone asking for more options, there's literally nothing to suggest anything else. Sorarocks93 678 Posted January 31, 2016 Final Fantasy X-3 Why is VII Remake in that poll? Didn't they say that his project would be revealed this year? The remake has already been revealed so...
Sora96 17,256 Posted January 31, 2016 Final Fantasy X-3 Why is VII Remake in that poll? Didn't they say that his project would be revealed this year? The remake has already been revealed so... Someone who I respect still says he's working on VII Remake and the message from SE doesn't rule it out.

Sora96 17,256 Posted January 31, 2016 (edited) True but Kitase is not the director this time around! No, he stopped directing years ago when he promoted Toriyama. He's producer on this remake and running the studio. It's a remake that's following Kitase's game very closely. In addition any changes or additions made will likely be criticized. Would rather make a new game over a remake any day tbh. Edited January 31, 2016 by Sora96 1 Sendou Aichi reacted to this
Soul_Seeker 753 Posted January 31, 2016 Final Fantasy X-3, for obvious reasons. I'd really love to see a true end to the story and a current-gen FFX game that looks even better than the remasters.

Plus is not so bad, whether the game is an incredible success or an utter failure, people will ALWAYs have something to complain or opiniate about. That is the sad truth about this generation! This generation? I think it's just human nature for some people. I don't think our current generation is the only one that's ever complained or opinionated about something. Dave 5,715 Posted January 31, 2016 They should really just buy the rights to Huniepop and let Toriyama work on that. It's clearly the game he always wanted to do. 1 Setrex reacted to this

I don't think our current generation is the only one that's ever complained or opinionated about something. That is true everyone always has an opinion, however the reason I emphasize this generation and the upcoming ones is because we were raised or at least have had access to the Internet since very little. So this whole subculture of always having a negative connotation is a particular trait that is relevant or at least characterized with the boon of our generation. Sora96 17,256 Posted February 1, 2016 Not the remake. Yeah, a remake, so he can't change too much otherwise people will be pissed. People have already got pissed. Kitase is still heavily involved and hasn't been this involved as a producer since Advent Children & Dirge of Cerberus. All changes and additions will have to be approved by Kitase. They should really just buy the rights to Huniepop and let Toriyama work on that. It's clearly the game he always wanted to do. Hardly. He's on the Final Fantasy Committee and he also loves Front Mission.
