I must say March of this year would be a reasonable month to release KIngdom Hearts Unchained X. I've seen a couple mobile games take about 6 months to localize and can see this game releasing around then. What do you guys think about the game possibly being released in March?

It's like I don't even care anymore about this game's release date anymore. I'm okay with whenever it comes. I had some hype and all for this game when I played the Japanese version for the short amount of time when it released in Japan but now that hype has significantly dropped.

Square Enix releases it when they release it. No one knows what the release date will be. They might just drop the game on us like a bomb out of nowhere just like with the Japanese release.

Two things that's been bothering me with the localization:

 

1. 0 news whatsoever from SE. None. They have announced the localization a year ago, so why don't they just give some progress report ?

 

2. Global being so far apart from JP version has always affected a mobile game's content in some way. Missed events, missed rewards, lack of current QoL changes. This is a big reason why Global should've been released alongside JP version.

 

If this was any other typical mobile game, I would've understood.

But we're talking about the worldwide mega hit series from both Disney and SE. How is this not a priority ?

This isn't one of those cheap F2P gacha game. It's pretty huge.

Thank you for the correction, but that still supports my statement. It hasn't been a year since it was announced.
