Roleplay Kuroshitsuji: Book of Roses

Aya and Veran managed to find Lazarus a bit easily, more thanks to Veran's ability to pick up his scent.

"Lazarus! How did you sleep?" Aya called out, the two approaching him.

He probably did not want them near at all, but he was supposed to work at her mansion. They would have to drop him off with Wulfric before they left for the circus.

Veran did not bother to look at Lazarus, for he was checking the time. The parade would start soon.

The caravan rolled its way into town. It was not time for the parade yet, they would go thought the busy part of town when it was the time of the parade.

Lazarus looked up. He paused and looked away, not wanting to look at them directly. "I slept well. Seeing my only family member die in front of my eyes made me quite exhausted actually." Lazarus said as he rested back against the sofa. However something told him that they would have to move. Him specifically. He glanced over at Aya. "I'm guessing you came to look for me to take me somewhere other than here." Lazarus said as he stood up. "Catarina told me that I wouldn't be the first monster to join your household. Something about a very annoying werewolf currently guarding your estate while aimlessly chasing squirrels." Lazarus said as he had his hands on his hips. He had yet to remove his scarf. He Would refuse to remove it. It was the only thing that kept him from looking like a monster to the outside world. "Catarina also told me about other stuff to keep me up to speed. Lady Aya I didn't see you the type to fall for such a happy go lucky man like lord Samael. If anything I see you marrying someone with a more serous tone like a funeral director or a mortician. You know. Something closer to your job." Lazarus said with no real change of tone. He was a salty child.

Veran and Aya were a bit agitated with Lazarus's attitude. Veran especially when he mentioned Aya marrying someone like a funeral director or mortician...something "closer to her job".

But-- Lazarus proposing that she marry Samael.

That got Aya flustered and blushing.

"M-Marry Samael?" she stuttered.

"I don't even know if I will be able to get married...I mean I'm focused on being a watchdog...and I'd have to be courted...and..." Aya suddenly turned to Veran. "I might have already done away with you." Veran said in a low voice. He checked his pocket watch, it was about time for the parade.

"Aya, Lazarus, it is about time to go to the parade." He informed.

"Lazarus, we are going to drop you off at the manor with Wulfric. He is not that bad. You will be able to explore my manor freely." Aya pulled him up from the couch.

They dragged Lazarus along with them to inform Samael and Alexander that they would be leaving, and with that, they left.

Aya and Veran dropped Lazarus off with the very eager Wulfric. However, they were quick to leave.

Papillon and the caravan had everything lined up for the parade. Any moment now and the event would begin. Aya and Veran thought it would be a good idea not to make a grand entrance, Veran simply escorting Aya with his demonic pace to the main street.

Music could be heard playing as Veran and Aya began blending with the people, though it was rather hard to blend in.

Lazarus was left with Wulfric, who was more than happy to see someone else other than Veran and Aya. He had a friend!!! Maybe someone who could play with him and throw sticks for him to fetch!!! How awesome was that?! "Let me guess! You got caught up in one of Aya's missions, and now you have to stay around due to convenience!" Wulfric said. "Very close. I had no choice. But that's pretty much the same as out of convenience." Lazarus said s he followed Wulfric inside of the manor. "Let me show you around! I work as a guard dog! No one gets past me!" Wulfric said rather proudly. "I...I guess I will be the gardener...I do know a way to get some very vibrant colors for cloth out of plants, though I've only tested them on yarn..." Lazarus said. "That's the spirit! We can borrow some of Aya's cloth for you to try! Shhh, she doesn't have to know. She has so many she won't notice a few missing." Wulfric said. The two would get along...eventually.Samael was already in his working office. He had a few hours for the circus, so he decided to advance in some work and patterns. He was working at a speed that could only be given after eating about a pound of sugar. "Send this pattern down over! Also send these dresses over at Red's Boutique! She has been waiting for these! Oh! And send a carrier to lady Monteraf with her hat! I've managed to finish it before her vacation!" Samael said as he walked back and forth, material flying all around as the servants tried to keep up, some of them laughing a bit as some material kept falling on them. A knock on the door as Alexander walked in. "Samael, they're here." Alexander said as he walked over with a box in hand. Samael gasped. "They are?!" Samael asked as he hurried over. "God bless the Queen! She's too kind to have put these in special delivery." Samael squealed. "Well it is for something for her watchdog, so I guess anything to keep her watchdog up and running." Alexander said as he opened the box. Samael's eyes sparkled. "Perfect."

A little bit after Veran and Aya arrived, the parade had began.

It was actually rather extravagant, many carraiges carried by different animals like llamas, alpacas, tigers, lions, even people atop elephants!

They all fall behind a main carraige that was...rather long. It was unusual how big it was.

Five performers were at the main carraige, the ringmaster in the center, who had his eyes tracing the crowd, fixating on Veran as they passed by. Veran took note of this, looking back and forcing a smile on his face. Aya looked back at the ringmaster, not with a smile at all.

Nothing seemed unusual for the moment, until the back of the parade began.

They now had open cage-like contraptions, housing freaks of nature.

They appeared to be people of all ages and size...and were rather hideously deformed. So much that some mothers covered their childrens eyes. It was a freak show though.

Veran and Aya both looked at the freaks as they passed, Aya taking a sigh.

"This is the right circus..." she muttered.

Veran nodded, the circus trailing past them and further into the town to get set up for the night on the circus grounds.

They began heading back, Veran grabbing Aya and tossing her in his arms, jumping up once they were far enough, and headed into the forest, headed over to the Pandora Mansion.

The parade did not last long at all. Veran sat Aya down at the door, her then knocking.

One of the maids opened the door, smiling as she let them inside. "Welcome back, Lady Evarus." She said. From upstairs Samael and Alexander gasped. "HIDE THE THING!" Samael said as he closed the box and hid it in a drawer. Alexander sighed and shook his head. "To think I have a lifetime yet to see you grow." Alexander said. Samael hurried back, walking down the stairs to greet Aya and Veran. "Welcome back to your second home, Aya!" Samael said rather cheerfully as he reached the bottom. "Did you two see the parade? Did it had elephants and girraffes or did it have more acrobats and clowns?" Samael asked curiously as Alexander walked down. Samael blinked a few times and tilted his head. "Something seems off. I would have imagined a parade would have made Aya smile from ear to ear. But..." Samael murmured. Something was wrong. It had to be. "What...did you see in the Parade? Was it that bad?" Samael asked as he got his hands to his hips. "In all honesty Veran wouldn't be happy with anything but I do have to support Samael's question." Alexander snickered under his breath.

As soon as they were let in, Veran could hear Samael scream "Hide that thing"! What thing? He was almost salivating to know.

The boy then came down with Alexander.

"They did indeed have elephants and acrobats and clowns...I did not see any giraffes." Aya lifted her eyes to look up at Samael.

"However...they are indeed our circus." she said in a solemn voice.

"Towards the end of the circus parade, we were shown a variety of malformed people...all of different ages. Hideously deformed people. It was...well disgusting." Veran put it straight to the point.

The circus had everything set up on the grounds, Papillon watching the tent being set up.

Nimbus walking over to his side.

"Papillon...did you see those people at the parade?" she asked him in a bored tone.

Papillon nodded his head slowly.

"A little to the right up there!!" the ringmaster called out, then turning his head to Nimbus.

"I did. Interesting folk, weren't they?" he asked, patting her on the head.

"I wonder if they will show up tonight!" Papillon then turned his head back to the tent, Nimbus sighing and walking away.

Samael gasped as he heard Veran describe at the 'freak show' part of the circus. It sounded absolutely morbid. The fact that the queen had not simply shut down the circus all together was a surprise. But of course the Queen was the type to enjoy her show. Make it difficult. Make it bloody. Make it discreet though. "The fact that they even make enough attendance to support such operation suprises me. If I were a dad I would never take my kids to something so terrible." Samael said. "Yes, but you must also admit the shock factor. You have never seen such grotesce things before. It makes you want to attend to have a chance to see them even closer, brag about that you saw it and all." Alexander said. Samael nodded. "Sadly I can see that logic working. It is the nature of curiosity that ends them wanting to see such things. Even now part of me wants to see if they are as horrible as they describe." Samael said as he crossed his arms. The attraction to the darkness of such items could be like a drug. One sip and it was all you could think of, wanting to see how far and deprived one could go before what was left of the humanity inside simply died off into the wind. "Well, we have entrance to the circus, and there will be lots of people wanting to attend. This should give you a chance to take a closer look before moving in." Samael said with a soft smile. "Hopefully, whatever happened to the people...can be reversable in some way. Even those with natural disabilities are usually thrown away at birth, discarded as society doesn't see them fit, and those with lower income consider it to expensive to keep up with a child who needs more than the averge. Even if we can rescue them. I do not know if we can assure them that they will be able to live anymore happily than their current situation as performers of their own accord." Samael said, speaking of a sad reality. Dozens of children born with disabilities were abandoned in orphanages or in the streets all together. Living as a show in the circus, at the very least, provided something to be able to live up to the following day.

Papillon folded his hands at his hips, smiling as he looked up at the big top.

Everything was ready, they would be opening within moments.

The other main crew members had helped with setting up parts of the circus, and it was all put together now.

Time to get the show started.

Papillon walked off to the crew area to make sure everyone was ready to get started.

"We will see if we can do anything to help them. Sometimes, even people with riches cannot be helped." Veran gave one of his devious smiles, his eyes glancing down to Aya.

Aya gave him a rude look back.

"People are curious...it's just our nature." Aya sighed.

"Shall we go on and head over to the circus grounds?" Veran proposed.

Samael nodded. "Let's go." Samael said as he walked over to Aya and offered his hand. "Let's have some fun." Samael said. The four then made their way to the circus, Alexander annoyed overall of Veran's presence. He would kick him off the carriage if he could. When they arrived to the circus, it was already starting to fill up with visitors. There were many in attendance of all ages, ranging from very young to even a few elderly. Everyone loved the circus, after all. Regardless how young or old they were. The circus itself was filled with different tents, filled with merchandise to buy such as popcorn and other snacks. Side performers such as clowns and daredevils performing small shows for small audiences to give them a taste of what the grand show would include. One person was even shoving a sword down his throat! If they weren't careful, and didn't stick together, they could get lost pretty easily from one another. Samael's eyes seemed to gleam at everything that he glanced. He even laughed as one clown used a flower to shoot Veran with some water unexpectedly. Alexander laughed as well, until he was also shot with water from a flower, which only made Samael laugh even more. "This place is so cheerful and happy. But that's how clowns work, right? The happiest clowns hide the greatest of sadness?" Samael asked as he walked with the group towards the grand tent. He could feel that he was being watched, but in such a large place it was hard not to think that way.

Veran growled under his breath as he was squirt with water, Aya laughing along with Samael. Veran brushed off a bit of water from his cheek, and with that, dispelled the west of the water...almost like he can clear his wounds easily.

He then collided into Alexander, brushing his skin BARELY against Alexander, dispelling the water off of him too.

Alexander should thank him.

The pace was very cheerful...but they all four knew what was behind this place, the letter from the queen stashed in Veran's pockets...his weapons as needed on his belt.

Pointe was behind some stands, her eyes sharp on the group. She was assigned to watch them, and report her findings.

Now that she had located them...she needed to report it to Papillon.

She passed though a gate, and into the crew area, finding Papillon.

"Papillon, they are here." she informed.

"Great! Now hurry to your place my dear~ We are getting started!" Papillon smiled down at the small girl, her nodding and running off.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! The Show is about the begin so please find a seat!!" The voice of Melodia could be heard over the loudspeaker.

Aya, Veran, Alexander, and Samael were shuffling into a seat near the back, a good spot for the group.

"Let's really see what this circus is up to..." Aya muttered.

The big top went dark for a second.

"Ladies and Gentlemen~!! Thank you for coming out tonight, on opening night, to the Eros Circus!!" A voice boomed, revealing a younger, silver haired boy in the center of the performing ground.

"I am Papillion...the ringmaster...and I sure do have a show for you guys and girls tonight...let's get this show started!!"

Lights lit up on the show ground, revealing the main cast.

They each did a little preview of their performance as Papillion introduced their names, then the real show would begin.

Scourge and Nimbus took the first act, Nimbus some sort of acrobat who used large rings in her performance, working together with Scourge to navigate a large lion through the hoops, it was rather entertaining, and the two made an amazing pair with their combined act.

It got interesting once the lion had to go through a hoop of flame, but thankfully Nimbus was not holding that hoop.

The performance then went on to a skit with some clowns and other performers.

What was really going to happen though?

Samael was enjoying the performances despite it being all probably being a facade to hide something much darker as the queen had suspected. It was beautiful! He watched in awe at the acrobats, pointing at them and nudging at Aya from time to time in excitement. Alexander was having more fun watching Samael react to all of the acts. He also paid attention to his surroundings, looking for anything suspicious. If he was involved with Aya, then by all means it made him a target as well through the eyes of Aya's enemies. He would act if necessary. "How beautiful!" Samael said as he watched the lion doe its tricks through the hoops. Part of him wondered if the lion was properly taken care of. He had heard rumors of wild animals in the circus being hit with whips in order to make sure that they behaved according to what the circus wanted them to do. "Man, I wish I could have a lion, they look so cool." Samael murmured, thinking out loud as he watched the show. "You have something much better than a lion, and you know that. She even whines when we don't serve strawberries for dinner." Alexander cooed at his master, causing Samael to chuckle. It all seemed...too perfect.

Aya was rather impressed...but she was about to be more impressed.

The next act was of a little girl named Pointe.

She was rather adorable...but was also a knife thrower.

The requested audience precipitation for her act...but nobody seemed to want to do it.

So, taking a chance, Aya stood.

"You with the red dress...please come down." Pointe pointed at Aya and the audience cheered her on.

She winked to Samael before walking down, stepping bravely into the performance area.

"Ladies and Gentlemen-- I will now prove my knife skills as I aim directly at this girls head...in effort to destroy the balloon atop her head.

Aya did not protest at all. Veran was fast enough to not let this girl kill Aya...and he was on the edge of his seat, looking over at Samael with a rather worried expression.

Pointe was handed three daggers by a stagehand, turning to Aya and smirking.

Aya gave the girl a bit of a dirty look as Pointe readied her knives, aiming the first one...it flying towards Aya.

Aya took a deep breathe and closed her eyes, hearing the knife hit above her head.

Of course the girl was going to miss.

Pointe then twilled the second dagger in her hand, throwing it with a twirl, it falling a bit too close to Aya's ear, almost catching her hair.

Finally, she grabbed her last knife.

"This is the last dagger!!" she called the the audience, hearing a bit of excited noise.

Veran was not excited at all.

Just as everyone expected, or at least Aya, the third dagger hit the balloon, it exploding with a loud pop!

Aya opened up her eyes and walked off the board she had to stand against, Pointe presenting Aya to the crowd, the crowd erupting in applause.

Veran sighed in relief, Aya coming back to her seat unharmed.

"Are you stupid?!" Veran suddenly snapped at her.

"Not at all." Aya looked at Veran, who was rather worried.

The show continued on with, the final act being a beautiful Danish lullaby by Melodia.

They did not show the freakshow as an act...it was more of a side show they held outside of the big top. Interesting.

"Thank you for coming to Eros Circus everyone!! Please feel free to check out the attractions we have outside, as they will be running until about 10 pm tonight!!" Papillon gave everyone a farewell, the main cast coming out to bow, and then the other cast members.

It was not a very long circus at all.

"Should we go find where they are showing the Freakshow?" Veran asked Aya.

She then nodded. They needed to.

The danish lullaby...since I just want to include it...because it is like...super relaxing.

Samael wrapped his arms around Aya as if she had gone through hell and back in a mater of five minutes. "I'm so glad you're ok! I was worried she might have missed or something!" Samael whispered in worry, rubbing his head against Aya over and over. The circus ended with an enormous applause, everyone hurrying to get up to move outside to the other attractions. Samael clapped, standing up as he smiled at Aya. "What a beautiful circus! Though, please don't try and get your head chopped off with a knife while I'm watching, please." Samael asked as he gulped. Those were the mot tense and scary minutes of his life. The only thing scarier that could compare would be those times when his father got drunk off his mind and looked around for him to beat him with the nearest object he could find. "We should be able to find the Freak Show pretty fast. We just need to follow the crowd that's screaming and gasping, I think." Samael joked, taking Aya's hand as he walked with her out of the seats and outside the tent, following the crowd. Alexander looked over at Veran, smiling. "For a second I actually thought you cared for Aya, Veran." Alexander teased. They were being watched. He just knew it! But where?

As Aya and Samael walked out, Alexander and Veran followed.

"Of course I care for Aya...she may be my food, but she is also a living being." Veran commented to Alexander, watching the two teens in front of them as they held hands.

Aya gripped Samael's hand, "Veran won't let me die...it was a good move for me. Maybe I can get them to recognize us.".

The group approached the Freak Show, Aya could hardly bare to look at them, Veran looking down at Veran.

"We will save them, Aya." he reassured.

"Quite interesting...isn't it?" A rather sinister voice could be heard from behind them.

Veran was not going to act out and attack anyone...and Veran turned around. It was Scourge and Papillon.

Veran nodded as Aya turned around.

"So you're the brave little flower who faced those knives?" Scourge strutted to her, brushing his hands on her face.

Veran gave the man a very very rude look, Papillon laughing.

"The show was interesting...was it not?" Papillon laughed, dropping something.

"I want to show you some more magic...follow me~" the little thing he dropped was actually a smoke bomb...and nobody really thought it was suspicious, as people were doing magic tricks all over the place.

This was all apart of Aya's plan....except it was a bit more harsh.

Papillon had stuffed their mouths with pieces of cloth, dragging them back behind the gate, into the crew member area, them seeing it all.

Nimbus, Melodia, and Pointe were there, Nimbus helping Scourge tie their hands behind their back, Aya squirming in protest. Veran could have broke them out...but it would interfere.

"Take their belongings." Papillon ordered Pointe, Melodia with a gun pointed at them.

Pointe took Veran's tailcoat, with the letter in the pocket, his weapon belt, and some of Alexander's things as well.

Papillon then walked a little closer to Aya, smirking down at her.

"We don't need something like this to hide your pretty face." he ripped Aya's eyepatch off, laughing as soon as he saw the seal.

"I knew it!!" he laughed, looking at Scourge.

"Take this man's gloves off." he ordered.

Scourge did as told, pulling Veran's gloves off a bit too easily, Veran growling as he did so.

This was not apart of Aya's plan.

The kidnapping was unexpected. Neither Samael or Alexander expected it to be so harsh. Samael and Alexander were searched along with the rest. They removed about two guns from Alexander's jacket, all of them loaded. From Samael they removed what looked to be a portable crossbow that was bent down in a way to comfortably fit into his clothing. "Be careful with the trigger. You might shoot your eye out." Samael warned, them removing also an old looking pocket watch that seemed to be broken, the hands of the clock stuck on a certain hour. "Hey, give that-!" Alexander hissed. "It's fine, Alexander." Samael insisted, not wanting to cause a fuss. Alexander then calmed down, glancing over at his master. As Aya's eye and Veran's hand were revealed, showing off their symbol, Samael couldn't help but to stare. He had never seen either. It was beautiful. It made Aya look like a queen from a whole other world beyond, mystical and magical. But he would have to compliment later. They had a problem on their hands. "Well then," Samael began, his voice strangely calm compared to in other situations where he would be in a complete panic. "You have us. But what do you want from us, exactly?" Samael asked. "If this is about me whispering about the funny looking outfits that make you look like porcupines that were puked on by a rainbow then I'll apologize."

They were all tied up, and surrounded by members of the circus. Samael being the first to speak as soon as the cloth was torn from their mouths.

"Why do I want you?" Papillon questioned.

"During the parade, I noticed something was off about this one here...and as soon as Pointe here saw that you guys came to the circus...I was determined to have you...and if this letter is correct..." Papillon was reading the Queen's letter, dropping it to the ground.

"Head of the Everus clothing line...Aya Everus, and head of the Pandora clothing line, Samael Pandora!! Do you know how much publicity I would get for having you two join my circus?!" Papillon laughed, the group snickering.

"You two wouldn't need your butlers anymore! Even if one of them IS a demon...I'm sure I could find a way to get rid of him!!" This guy was crazy. He kicked dirt on Veran, the demons eyes glowing red in the darkness.

"Ah- Ah- Ah....you have no reason to get mad...demon. If you decide to go against our wishes...we will kill you all." Scourge threatened, Melodia putting her finger on the trigger.

"Veran." Aya hissed at him, him giving a deep sigh.

"I was sent here to find the source of recent kidnappings...and destroy the source. I will follow the orders of the Queen." Aya pulled her head to look up at the ringmaster.

Scourge kicked Aya, making her fall over, her shaking it off and sitting up again.

"This is no way to treat a Viscountess and an Earl." Veran growled. "Do you think I care?" Papillon spat.

"I will shoot." Melodia threatened.

"Hold it." Samael spoke, glancing over at Aya. Now this was a very volatile situation. They were at the mercy of the circus members, even if they had a demon with them. He put on his smoothest tone, the same he put when he tried to negotiate hard deals against partners and clients. "Getting rid of such precious resources as our butlers would be a horrid mistake on your part!" Samael began. "These two know everything of us! They are the ones we trust with our lives every day. They know our abilities, our fears, our ups and our downs. Would you really get rid of people so important? People who could possibly allow you to bring us to our fullest potential? After all, they know us. If there's anyone that is able to recognize what will work and what will not, it's them. Not only to mention one of them is a demon. How rare can that possibly be for a circus? A creature that can perform even the most inhuman of stunts without breaking a sweat. Demons only appear on this world for certain circumstances, and depending on the demon some can be more rare than others. Veran is certainly one of the rarest of them all. Those who don't even have a name on the books of the occult yet." Samael said calmly, glancing up at the ringmaster. "Besides, killing us will only cause a whole world of trouble. If the Queen finds the body of her beloved worker, she will find herself with no other option but to send all of her best guards over. If Aya could not deal with you, then what choice does the queen have?" Samael spoke as he rested his head back, staring at the ringmaster in the eyes. "The least you can do is keep us alive, and simply make it seem like nothing was wrong in the first place before moving on. You are businessmen same as us,jst in a different area. Surely we can find a compromise."

How could anyone say no to the tone of voice and face Samael was giving?

The boy did have some very good points...but the circus would still view Veran at least as a threat.

"We will keep the butler's alive on one condition...they cause no harm to the circus at all. If they cause harm...or anyone of you cause harm...expect not death, but mental turmoil you will never forget...or as close to death as we can put you." Papillon signaled for Melodia to lower the gun, Scrouge and Nimbus untying them.

Aya and Veran stood, Aya immediately laying her eyes on Samael and smiling at him a little bit. He was amazing.

"We will do as you say...but we will also follow orders of the Queen." Veran made the point of.

"Good-- I will make sure to overload you all with work then." Papillon smirked.

"Nimbus, Melodia, you can handle them from here on right?" The ringmaster turned to the ladies, them nodding.

"We will provide you with a place to lay for the night--but expect it to be in no condition like you are used to." Nimbus warned, the group being held against their will to follow the girls into a small, flimsy tent that contained two wooden bunk beds and a dirt ground.

"I'll get Pointe to bring you a change of clothes..something more suitable for the night..and for your work tomorrow." Melodia pushed them into the tent.

"If you even try escaping, we will know." Nimbus then warned, the two walking out.

Aya, Veran, Samael, and Alexander had had their world turned upside down like that.

"This didn't go according to plan..." Aya sighed, walking up to Veran, who looking down at her with a sad expression.

"What shall we do now?" Veran asked.

"We have no choice but to obey them..." she sighed, sitting down on the right bottom bunk.

Samael sighed. Dealing with that was more stressful than any client he had dealt with before. But they were alive, at the very least. "Surely, we'll find a way to get out of this." Samael said, trying to keep a happy mood despite the circumstances. "You and Veran had been through alot. This should be another situation that you will have to improvise. As wondrous as they are as performers, they are still by all means human by nature. And all humans, at least once, slip up. When that happens, we will take our chance." Samael said, walking over to Aya and getting his hand on her shoulder gently. "We'll make it out of this, alright? We'll learn how to get along, and move with the flow, and when they least expect it, we'll strike like a cobra in the sand! You're the most amazing person ever, after all. You can break the heavens if you wanted to." Samael said, trying to cheer up Aya. Alexander seemed rather upset. Who wouldn't be? But it was more specific. "They took the watch. I swear if they turn it into scrap metal-" Alexander hissed, quickly hushed by Samael. "It's fine if they do. It is only a watch that can be replaced. You know it shouldn't keep you from thinking clearly." Samael insisted as he looked over at Veran. "We'll learn the ups and downs of this circus before they even leave London...I hope." Samael said as he proceeded to remove his shoes. "S-Samael, no! The floor!" Alexander hissed, watching as Samael began to walk around barefoot. "It's fine. It's actually very comfy!" Samael said as he then climbed up onto the top of the bunk bed. "We can think about it as camping with a very bad host." Samael chuckled. Internally he was wondering if they would even get out of here alive. He would have to sweet talk his way all over the circus and try his best.

Aya stared at the small light in the middle of the room that was on some kind of wooden crate...it was empty, but served a good purpose as a nightstand.

She shouldn't have brought Samael.

She knew this was going to happen, but didn't know it was going to be like this.

"We will find a way to do this." She reassured herself, Veran nodding.

Pointe was at the entrance of the tent.

"This is Pointe with some clothes for you." She called out before entering, handing Veran a pair of night clothes for everyone, and a pair of day clothes for everyone, giving Aya another eyepatch and Veran what looked to be an old pair of short black gloves.

Veran accepted them, Pointe walking out as soon as that was taken care of.

Veran grabbed the pair of night clothes that looked like Aya's, it was a very bland nightgown, with long sleeves and thin material. He approached Aya, placing the nightgown on the bed as he politely began undressing the lady, his movements were slow and calm paced, but he soon had to make it to wear Aya was clothed differently in a blink of the eye.

"Its cheap cotton." She commented on the quality, laying her head down on the quite uncomfortable bed.

Veran would not change, as due to the fact that he virtually could not get clothes dirty by himself...unless people get stuff on it. By himself though, he couldn't get things dirty with sweat, etc. The thing that ruined Veran's clothes the most was probably blood.

He turned to the second bunkbed, smiling like a madman.

He had to share with Alexander.

Veran climbed to the top bunk with a lift of an arm, taking his pair of clothes up to the top with him. He had no use for them them now, however he pulled on the pair of gloves, them stopping right at the end of the seal.

"Since I cannot leave this tent, I was listen tonight to see if I can find anything just by the range I can hear...." Veran explained, Aya going "mmhmm".

Everyone who had gone to the circus was gone now, and everything was silent, except for the occasional person here and there.

"I'm sorry for dragging you guys along, Samael, Alexander." Aya commented, rolling under the thin covers of the bed.

Alexander gave the clothes to Samael, and then proceeded to use his body as a shield to keep Veran and Aya from watching his master getting dress, careful with Aya as he did so. Specifically Veran though. It was a simple shirt and shorts, but it would do. "Good night Samael." Alexander cooed, watching as Samael went ahead and closed his eyes, trying to sleep in the not very comfortable bed. Alexander glared at Veran as he went ahead and laid down in the bottom bunk. "You better not be thinking of any tricks, Veran. Otherwise I'll kick you from down here." Alexander said, pulling the sheets over him as he tried to sleep. This would be absolute hell. The moment they were done with this mission Alexander would make sure to give Samael the grandest bath of them all before offering silk pajamas and slippers. Samael gripped the pillow, his mind in a constant thought, trying to think of any plans to help Aya. They had to get out of here, alive by all means.-Next Day-Minutes before the sun rose the circus was already up and getting rowdy, ready for the performances of today. This would be a long one for the newcomers who were of course being held against their will.

Nimbus walked into the groups tent as everyone was getting ready to start the day. It was very early and the sun was just beginning to rise.

"All you need to wake up." Nimbus raised her voice, Veran raising from his bed.

He lay there all night wide awake, listening.

"I will wake them up, you can leave." Veran said in a rather rude voice.

"I guess demons don't sleep hmm?? Fine. You get them up. Breakfast is served in about 10 minuets, and then you guys will report to the big top to Papillon so we can figure out what you are good at." Nimbus ordered.

"I only take orders from my master, however I will have to oblige." Veran swung himself down, Nimbus walking out.

As soon as Nimbus left, Veran nudged Alexander."Wake up if you want food." he snapped, turning to Aya and gently nudging her.

"Aya, I'm sorry that it is early, but they are serving breakfast and they want us in the big top soon." Veran notified.

Aya turned over, ignoring him.

"Aya I'm serious." he placed a hand on her shoulder.

Aya turned her head.

"Let's get moving." Aya sat up, Veran pulling her clothes on very quickly, in a flash.

They were not that nice of clothes.

(I image the clothes something like this, but more casual....http://www.zerochan.net/1000012

Alexander woke up and was quick to alert Samael. Samael sat up sleepily as Alexander helped him changed clothes and then helped him off the bed. "Come on, stay alert Samael." Alexander said as he watched Samael slowly wake up. "Hmmm...Ok ok...I'm up." Samael said as he shook his head, his bedhead suddenly disappearing as his hair fell into place almost magically. He smiled at Aya. "Lets get breakfast, then! I'm curious to see what kind they will have." Samael said as he walked out of the tent. Breakfast for groups had to be efficient and allowing to produce enough for everyone to go around. Samael was in awe as he looked around outside the tent. People walked back and forth, some practicing their acts on the spots, others helping move stuff around, others just being sociable overall. It was like a little town! The scent of breakfast was strong in the air, however, causing Samael's stomach to grumble slightly. "I think I can follow the smell." Samael said as he turned to Aya and gently took her hand. "This way!" Samael said happily, running off with Aya to get soem breakfast. "H-Hey! Wait up, Samael!" Alexander said, following close to his master.

Veran followed behind, not rushing. As Aya and Samael managed to snatch some food, a piece of bread and a single piece of fruit, Veran began to think. What were Aya and Samael even good at anyways?

Aya could shoot...but she had no good shot, and he didn't know much about Samael's abilities.

Aya was more mentally capable than she was physically capable.

Veran sat down with them.

"They are going to make us prove that we are worthy to even be apart of their little circus...what are you two even good at?" he asked Aya and Samael.

"I'm good at making things....and maybe shooting a gun." she muttered, biting into the bread. It was hard, and not that good at all.

"You're also good at complaining and being a pain in the ass." Veran couldn't help but add.

It was going to be hard.
