Posted December 27, 20159 yr For years I could never beat Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts or Kingdom Hearts 2. He was too fast, too strong, and in my opinion too OP. Then, after many years of fear I stood up to him. This is footage from my battle.
December 27, 20159 yr I see what your problem was. You didn't block enough times nor long enough and started attacking when he was still attacking. Also, those uppercuts are to be dodge rolled. If you watch Everglow's walkthrough and how he fights Sephiroth, you'll see how he fights and blocks. Otherwise, good job. That and when he is rising high and covered in red, you have to attack him then or all health goes to 1HP.
December 27, 20159 yr He never stops Sephis powerfull attack that is the most problem here. You need to glide double jump and smash him.
December 27, 20159 yr Good job. I remember when I first beat him. Have fun with the Data Battles and Lingering Will. Edited December 27, 20159 yr by Aqua7KH
December 28, 20159 yr Author Good job. I remember when I first beat him.Have fun with the Data Battles and Lingering Will. Oh dear god... Also to everyone, my reaction time isn't good enough to block over and over. Also I didn't watch any walkthroughs before doing this so...yeah. The whole attack him when he goes up thing would have saved me some trouble.
December 28, 20159 yr You know, instead of mega-potions, you only really need to stock up on Ethers. That's what I did for this fight, the Data Battles and Lingering Will. No offence though, you gotta learn how to block more and time your attacks correctly. Edited December 28, 20159 yr by Oblivion 22

December 28, 20159 yr I would, but my reaction time suck :unsure:There are ways to improve that. Start off small by blocking attacks from Dusks and Shadows and then go upwards in difficulty slowly.I don't know if defeating the Data Organization XIII and the Lingering Will is even possible if you haven't mastered dodging and blocking. Its not that hard, so I'm sure you'll get the hang of it eventually.
