KHBbS When you first learned BBS took place 10 years before KH, what did you think?

I'm curious, since we all have different ways of thinking.

When I first heard of this, I thought... 'Ok, so there are 3 new characters, Terra, Aqua and Ventus, that were Keyblade Bearers 10 years before KH...so, in KH, they could have still be alive because they seem pretty young, but they are not mentioned. What happened to them?'

 

That was my first thought, I wondered what happened to the three of them to not appear in KH and/or KH2. (Now I know their sad fate...)

 

What about you guys? Did you think Aqua was Riku's mother or something? =D

I was like "Yay prequel! Even more yay for scenarios!"

 

I remember a lot of those crazy theories. Things like:

- Kairi dyed her hair blue.

- Aqua is Riku's mom.

- Terra is Sora's dad.

- Terra is Sora from the future.

- Riku betrayed his friends for darkness and became the Masked Youth.

- Aqua and Ven were frozen and then defrosted 10 years later by Xemnas to become Numbers 13 and 14 of the Organization (this was first mentioned when the first scan showing Xion appeared)

Well uh... we saw the BBS trailer before it was confirmed as a prequel. So I kinda assumed they died. Like it seemed like they did in the trailer (Let's face it, it didn't look optimistic)

When I first watched the KHII secret trailer I was like, "..." I just had this sense of doom, because I just knew Sora, Riku, and Kairi where not under that armor....seeing the 3 keyblades they pick up made me think they were dead or something. XwX But then I saw the FM+ secret ending and I was like, "Omg, did Riku cut his hair?! He looks too feminine!!!! 0_0" Hehehe, I feel stupid for thinking that....but I honostly thought Aqua looked alot like Riku when I first saw her. x'D And then the Ven thing, I was wondering what the hell he was doin' there; because when we 1st get a glimps of his eye right before he gets frozen, I thought it was Sora. x'D And Terra...he reminded me of a werewolf when his eyes turned gold. But my friend told me that somebody told him that Aqua is Riku's mom. And i gave him a lecture, on how Aqua had to be around 14-17 to have Riku.

And besides, why would she be riku's mom?

It should be the other way around. Terra would be Riku's dad, and Aqua would be Sora's mom.

TBH i though that it was going to be awful and that they were just dragging out the series, but now after seeing trailers, reading about it, i think it will be unbelieable and dfently not a waste of time, i rerally cant wait to play it

I thought, why is Roxas 10 years before kingdom hearts 1. I was very confused. But when I finally got the storie. Then it all started to make sense.

At the beginning before I knew it was taking place 10 years before KH1: I was confused and thought it was taking place in the future and/or past, because the helmet for Terra's armor looks like an Egyptian depiction.

When I discovered it was 10 years before, I thought Roxas was like someone who would keep living their life over and over before they saved the worlds etc. etc. idk...

I was quite honestly mad and confused. I thought that Sora Riku and Kairi were going to be the main characters of BBS. But when I found out that it was taking 10 years before, I was confused, especially when I saw Ven's helmet broken and I was like "Wait, is that Roxas???" 0_o

when i first watched the trailer, i thought they were 3 different key blade weilders who were fighting some war with (who i did not know at the thime was) MX around the same time as kh2 was taking place and thats what i thought was in mickys letter too.

was that hed found out and was asking sora to go help them.

 

but when i found out it was a pre equal i thought 2 things,

 

1. great, we get to find out about what things were like before kingdom hearts. i wonder if well see any organization members? or sora or riku, who knows even kairi?

 

2.

i wonder how they might screw this up.

 

yeah the second one was from my past expience, were they make prequal to a game, when they really should just leave the series going foeward not back, and it usually ends up sucking. so i really wanted it to turn out good and it did!

i was told they're making a game about it and as far as i know terra (or at least his sole anyway) is somwere far away ven is *spoilers alert* in the room of awakening and aqua is brobly still in the realm of darkness

When I first saw the trailer I was like "awesome !!! ". but the title was like: Kingdom hearts The Keyblade Wars. Then I thought "Wtf.." but after seeing allot of videos. I've seen it end with "Birth By Sleep" sO YEAH.. thats how I figured out.

Oh and as for Riku. Aqua can NEVER be his mother. why ? Well remember when Ventus "died" he became part of Sora's heart. And Sora still was a kid. Riku is older then Sora, that means how can Aqua have a kid with "someone" at the same time she is like saving the worlds ass. .... ..duh

 

Oh And when I saw Terra for the first time with his dark eyes thingy. I thought " Is he evil ? " . And I guessed I was right ? althought. BBS is a bit confusing me.

 

After I had seen the secrets ending(s), I had noticed the story wasn't over yet. When I saw the 3 of them in armor. I thought " Who The ---- are those, THey couldn't be Sora, Riku and Kairi for sure. So later found out they were 3 others. Instantly I remembered Terras'haircut was familiar to Xemnas's or Ansem. and when I later read the story. I was pretty sure Terra turned into a heartless named Xemnas.. ( poor guy ). I dont know what happened to Aqua. Probably died or something. Ventus was the real lucky guy. Completing Sora's heart to live inside of him being a part of his heart. Still I didn't get the thing about Ventus and Namin
