Saber Lily 1,543 Posted January 13, 2016 Mainly I have a set number of objectives I have to fulfill to pull my insanity off. You people just don't want that but no worries. I thrive on making the impossible, possible. *puts on sunglasses* Like Kim Possible. Edi5: Also give me time to post, so I may be able to do what I want. Vaude 536 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) I thrive on making the impossible, possible. *puts on sunglasses* Like Kim Possible. YYYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH! I'm all up for Atrias' assistance. After witnessing some more of his writing-style beyond this RP I can vouch for his abilities. As for the generals, here's some NPC profiles for them. Name: Paul Lotus, the Aquamarine General, and Jasmine Lotus, the Cinnabar General. Gender: Male, Male. Age: 36, 36. Side: Seraphim Order, formerly part of the Korbenic Empire. Race: Elf twins. Appearance: ...Nah, just kidding. That ain't Paul. Well, not this one. Young, impetuous, undaunted, and by honor bound, Paul and Jasmine were born identical twins and shared proud expressions that matched their elfin faces--aquiline noses, thin brows, drawn lips, and pronounced cheekbones. They each have a build of a middleweight kickboxing champion, colorful raiment to distinguish them from the crowd and from each other, and twin rapiers at their waists forged alongside one another by a master smith. The major difference is that Paul has tanzynite overuse symptoms, octopus-like tentacles drooping from his calf and his forearm. He hides these from other soldiers, but cannot hide anything from his brother Jasmine. Weapon: Rapier. Tanzynite tonics: Paul -- Enduring Bolt, Gymnastic Expert. Tanzynite Instigators: Paul -- Flash Flood. Race abilities: N/A. Magic: Jasmine -- Water/Lunar Magic. Personality: Both brothers are too proud to hide and are undaunted by numbers. They share a tight, almost psychic connection where when one feels pain, warmth, or joy the other can feel it as well. Each one has a sense of duty to protect those underneath them, taking upon themselves actions they know will haunt their lesser officers and soldiers, especially when it comes to killing innocents. They consoled each other when no one else would understand, but with the responsibilities of protection they were torn apart by distance and never by heart. Backstory: At the age of twenty-one they left their home in The Shivering Moors, adventuring the world for a while and afterwards enlisting with the army, thinking that what they did was honorable. Jasmine kept his magic secret when asked by a recruiter upon Paul's request, but both were revolted by the horrors they saw and defected. As time went on, they became rebels, gained ranks, and after time became generals of the Seraphim Order. Paul was stationed in Hylvania while Jasmine was stationed in Kaipora. rikunobodyxiii 700 Posted January 13, 2016 How about next we get some characters who are weak to werewolves? Huh Scrap? After all, you've got two werewolf killers and a witcher with a silver sword. I have ONE werewolf I demand balance in the werewolf world@VaudeI certainly wouldn't mind having some allies for the defense of Hylvania. Scrapmaster 1,731 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Huh . . . forget the generals, then. It looks like everyone is heading there and my thoughts of duels are outmoded by 'mechs and capital ships. That seems to be the case of most RPs round here, you see Oath loves to bring mechs and battleships and ships to literally everything, specially kingdom hearts Rps. So it ruins some good one on one duels, because its not a one on one duel if its a firetrucking mech fighting. i'd love an awesome fair duel, but I firetrucking knew Oath would bring his battleships into this. so I brought mine, who only one remains...but the ships aren't there to just fight and die...hehe. Good thing Kaipora will be taken over within the day, so there is not much they can do to help it, literally, the assault has begun, and the forces are kinda weakened when ambushed by three fronts. Arya Stark 1,337 Posted January 13, 2016 Kaipora doesn't stand a chance, not with three imperials heading there. But Hylvania will definitely be successfully defended. @riku I would love some help. Were you thinking a character allied with the North, or a werewolf character? Also, real talk. I was just diagnosed with a concussion. With that, I've been told to limit my computer usage. Theoretically, this won't slow down my posts, but I just wanted people to be aware that I'll be not as active as I was for a little bit.

Now that I think about it, there was Ansem's ship, but I guess all's fair in love and Keyblade Wars. As for duels, hmm, I've got an idea. An awful idea, but an idea nonetheless. Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Oh, heh, right. Yes, I intended them to be for the Seraphim Order, though I forgot that there were two rebel factions. =P I'm really glad that you like the idea, and you would be correct that they would be boss battles. Hmm, well, sort of like mini-bosses in the long scheme of things because they do not have much plot going for them except put on a show before they die. I'm not good at large battles, sadly, elsewise I would adore playing a greater defence to the town, but Yuffie seems to have that covered. Instead, maybe the two would be lashing out separately for a while until they meet, then afterwards they will collide with the New Empire elites. So here's what I'm thinking: the sieges of Hylvania and/or Kaipora* continues on one or two more posts so that more ruckus is caused by both factions, and the battle to the death between four generals in two one-on-ones. The twin garrisoning generals are probably too honourable for their own good, neglecting the fact that both sides can take shots at each other amidst the duels. Unlike Zane (or Zack; I forget who) who has the ability to phase through objects and the opposite as well as Isaac who has Marksman, Nightpiercer, Rocky Road, and guns, they will have aggressive, flashy water abilities (one has magic, one has tanzynite) that would make them a little easy to target. Of course, this is all speculation, and I am open to ideas from any and all. * = I did not see that Isaac was heading to Kaipora until the post was nearly done, so problems might arise with my plan here. I'll think about this for later after I finish up with a few things. If you'd like i could fill in some large scale battle details. I'm liking this idea so far. Truth be told, combat within an RP is not my strong point, and setting things up in an interesting way may not work in my favor. So how about this: I'm setting Vaude and Atrias in charge of creating the rebellion forces for Kaipora and Hylvania. If you guys wouldn't mind shooting me either a message or posting your final verdict here I'd love to skim it and initial approval. So far I really like the concepts that you've come up with, Vaude, and I think this will give life to the combat of the RP, which it really deserves. Sabre has some great things going for Messiah as well which will stir up some interesting conflict (which I thank you much for, Sabre, by the way), and that, coupled with all plans that others issued out I think this could look like a very realistic war. Concerning Kaipora: I will admit that I think it would fall very quickly, considering we have some of the strongest imperial troops heading that way. Hylvania does have Zane and his army, yes, but it is still smaller in comparison. Some battles for each would make things interesting, I'd think, but to be honest I'm going to put Vaude and Atrias in charge of this area. Let's go with what you guys think would be best here, and let me know what you come up with later. Thank you very much for the suggestion, Vaude, and thank you Atrias for the offer to aid! I will be ready when you are, Atrias, though I apologise to everyone if in the upcoming two weeks I will be slow. Life's a drag when it wants to be. As for my twin general characters, I actually didn't think about continuing their roles after the battle, but maybe these NPCs can be PCs (assuming Fiora doesn't kill them). How about leaving the character roster unaltered for now just in case one or both situationally die? If the battleships were gummy ships fine, but, I mean REAL battle/warships. the GIANT ones. Its ridiculously military-ish for a Kingdom hearts, where everything looks....kinda colorful most of the time. But thats me, im not saying they ain't awesome, cuz they are...but yeah. Do Explain who is Ychera, im interested And Yuffie, take care of yourself. don't push it. I'm thinking about EVE Online frigates and cruisers right now, all pitted against Gummy ships, locked in a deadly dogfight above the planet. Yikes. And yay! That's quite the roster of powerful-seeming characters, but I'm going to see if I can get the dimension-travelling Ychera out for this duel. Summary spoiler for Ychera: To summarise her is difficult when it comes to personality because she changed over the course of six years, but she maintains her original no-nonsense attitude, world-weary stare, and swiftness in calculations. Her looks are scarred and calloused by years of battle abuse, revealing that she had borne much over her young life of twenty-five years. Her chestnut hair is cut to neck height, and her body is heavily built with muscle from swinging a serviceable heavy weapon. Her favoured weapon is a long-handled scythe that is fully metal, and abilities range from electric manipulation, magnetic manipulation (a form of electric manipulation), shatterpoint (Shatter from NS2's Glitz Pit) which increases penetration up to a level of three over a period of time, and tangible energy (Shield from NS2's Glitz Pit) which sacrifices body mass for offensive and defensive properties. The electric and magnetic manipulation is done through waving and weaving her hands, more archaic than serviceable, but it has its uses. Gathered energy can be burned into the skin into runes, stored for later use, and it can definitely confuse an enemy. She has an ability that can ensure failure or victory where she turns to her halfblood nature (being half human and half Egii, a savage race with elemental traits) after having her blood spilt. Fibrous hairs extend from her skin and gather and release electricity upon an instinctive level. Early on she had thoughtless rampages from going feral because of this animalistic nature of hers, but she tamed this over the course of two years of on-and-off struggle. Edit: I forgot about this earlier, but she also has a second blood circulation system, one which pumps what I call quintessence. It is essentially raw energy that can be converted into elemental power, and she can make full use of it when combined with tangible energy. She has little remembrance of her family, but she has a younger half-sister that roams after her named Alia, vengeful because of the loss of status of her father after the family discovered his relations with a human and blaming Ychera because she can no longer blame Ychera's dead mother. They had a few disastrous encounters, but Ychera tries her best to disappear into anonymity instead of making up with Alia. She realised from the start that there can be no forgiveness between the two. After years of participating in the Glitz Pit and three more years adventuring a multi-dimensional universe, she settled down at a quaint little hotel with a quaint little man who loved her, that is if you call adventuring together through fire, hail, and blood monsters six months a year settling down. Like you, I too had three main characters: Ychera, Rufus, and Spud, each having a single elemental ability and varicose skills. The RP never did get finished, but it was a great experience with great folks. Too bad the site's artistry is now like the shallow end of the pool in comparison to the ocean it once was. Arya Stark 1,337 Posted January 14, 2016 *snickers slightly because the story is dumb* I was high-jumping, and one particular jump I managed to bring my knee very hard into my face, causing my nose to begin bleeding. If I do a werewolf character, it will either be a Stark (if that's alright with you) or something more like Bigby Wolf from Fables/The Wolf Among Us (a werewolf from the other direction). Also toying with an adaptation of a Wolfbrother from Wheel of Time or a Kitsune.

I just thought of something after reading your last post. I'm not sure that Messiah could've necessarily caught wind of the attack on Kaipora. It was a rather small meeting which commenced that even discussed the attack on Kaipora, and Isaac is choosing a very discreet strategy to infiltrate the city. Either Messiah has *very* good intel and has internal spies, or the Empire has very loud soldiers. Either way, I suppose it's possible. I just find it really unlikely that Messiah learned of the potential attack unless there was an information leak, which I kind of doubt.
