Jake 1,488 Posted December 16, 2015 Update: The official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account released a tweet confirming a trailer release at Jump Festa 2016. The tweet was accompanied with a picture, bearing the logos of both Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and Kingdom Hearts III. Whether or not these are the trailers released during D23 Expo Japan is unclear at this time. It is also unclear whether Kingdom Hearts III will have its own separate trailer, or if it will be featured all in one trailer. Regardless, stay tuned to KH13 for a livestream of the event! The original article follows. With Jump Festa 2016 approaching this weekend, we wanted to give you a refresher on the event's details. Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is confirmed to appear at the event with a new trailer, with the possibility of an appearance for Kingdom Hearts III. Jump Festa 2016 is held from December 19 through the 20th (December 18th through the 19th for USA). Square Enix starts at 8:20 PM (USA EST) and ends at 1:30 AM (USA EST) on Friday, and 10:15 PM (USA EST) through 2:20 AM (USA EST) on Saturday, with the event being livestreamed on Square Enix's official Japanese YouTube channel. The Kingdom Hearts series has made multiple appearances throughout previous occurrences for Jump Festa such as Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance at Jump Festa 2012. I'm bringing my laptop with me so I don't miss anything!
