I also think K. Plus Goku is the most popular shounen anime character ever, and probably the most popular anime character in general. So I'd say it's possible, although he is an anime character first and a game character second. I haven't really gotten into the series, but possibly Shantae or Shovel Knight. There is that possibility of an anime character like Luffy or Goku and considering the popularity of One Punch Man, maybe Saitama. Granted the roster+dlc characters are mostly what I expected and/or find interesting, so my interests are slim. (Those being the ones who have little to no chance in Smash.) Wolf, too, although I don't think his inclusion would be based around the ballot. Still hoping for the incredibly low chance that Seven or Lin will make it, though.
