Gahh, this is exciting news!  I just knew that something Kingdom Hearts related would be appearing at Jump Festa, I just knew it!  Now, all we have to do is hope that we'll be able to see this trailer!  Oh my God, what if we get new footage of Aqua!?  What if we get a look at the Foretellers in the Kingdom Shader engine!?  WHAT IF AT LEAST ONE NEW SECRET BOSS IS ADDED TO DREAM DROP DISTANCE!?  Gahhh, I can't wait for December 19th!  Hopefully, we'll get a surprise KHIII trailer too, but if not, I'll be more than happy with the 2.8 trailer!

 

If 2.8 gets a release date, I'll be really surprised! :O

Yea. This is weird since non of the games on this one is a PS exclusive. So there's really no excuse. But nevertheless it isn't my game, so i have no say. Just criticism.

Okay, then in that case, don't hype at all!  Keep your expectations as ridiculously low as possible! xD

​They might choose to release after the PS4, but before KH3. In fact I bet a 2.9 full collection will probably come out a few months before KH3 in 2017 for both Ps4/One

Don't really care, I'm not buying it to play only 0.2, I'll just watch the cutscenes of both X Backcover and 0.2 online.

2.8 is a special case. It's probably harder to map touch controls to a button interface. Also, why to Microsoft fans care about KH? It's never been on Microsoft before.

And what would 2.9 include exactly? They already confirmed they have no intention of porting 1.5 or 2.5, and furthermore said 2.8 is titled "Final Chapter Prologue" because it will be the very last release until KH3. 2.9 isn't happening. Though we may get lucky and get . . . . .Kingdom Hearts. . . . . . .Re:Connect-The Dark Seeker Cronicle-The year after KH3 comes out.

So... this all tells me stuff I already know. Nothing in these interviews says anything about reason why 2.8 isn't being ported to Xbox One. So... what have I learned? I'm just wondering.

I've read all of these before (exactly when they came out) and nothing states anything about Xbox releases or reasons why they aren't releasing on Xbox consoles. So... what am I supposed to learn here?

Fine, then maybe looking on SQEX's NA site for the game would convince you. Look just below the language options and you'll see. http://www.kingdomhearts.com/khiii/

 

If you have been talking about HD2.8, then forget about an XboxOne release. KH3 is the priority right now and porting it to the XboxOne would take too long. There is your reason. If you want KH3 soon, then there will have to be an inconvenience somewhere else.

If you told me that outright then it would have made more sense. However, it wasn't from one of those interviews or KHIII website (I wanted 2.8HD, btw). I still want to see an interview of someone asking Nomura that exact same question.

You would get that same answer. He even said that when asked about why no multiplayer for HD2.5. If they did, KH3 would be delayed. Just keep that in mind for every title from here until KH3 is out.

ONLY 9 OR 10 MORE DAYS LEFT FOR THE NEW 2.8 TRAILER!!!  (I say 9 or 10 since Jump Festa is in those two days, so we may get the trailer either the 19th or the 20th, so yeah. xD)  HYPE UP EVERYONE! HOPEFULLY, THIS TRAILER SHALL BE PUBLIC! :D

Yes it will most likely be, but don't tell people to hype up. Do you want to go through another experience like what happened with the KH Premium Event at D23 JP if it so happens that no trailer is released (I assure everyone I am not saying a trailer won't be released, but what if it happened)?
