Aqua7KH 5,395 Posted November 14, 2015 (edited) I don't know how many of you guys are aware of this, but earlier today mass shootings and explosions began in central Paris. Over sixty people were killed earlier today, and it appears that a hundred more were just killed in the Bataclan Concert Hall after a hostage situation took place. The terrorists are still wrecking havoc, so if you are anywhere near Paris please stay indoors and try to let your loved ones know you are safe. The police opened a telephone hotline to get information about friends and loved ones; 0800-40-60-05 And there is also a Facebook page to let your loved ones know you are safe; https://www.facebook.com/safetycheck/paris_terror_attacks/ Guys, BECAREFUL of what news source you are using! Many people are confused as to what is going on, so be mindful of where you're getting your info from. I didn't post any news sources because of this. If you wish to follow what's going on, either view what people post in this thread or use a news source that you're most comfortable with. Another thing, if you are in France DO NOT post information regarding the terrorist attack. Other people, including the terrorists will see that information. This is a very dangerous attack, and if you're in Paris I hope you're out of harms way. Many news sources are covering the attack as well. HarLea Quinn 26,501 Posted November 14, 2015 Paris is in my prayers. These kind of real world problems are the ones we should be thinking about and helping in any way we can. Let's rise and show the hope in humanity. 25 WakelessDream, Xiggy's Fish, GotMilk5101520 and 22 others reacted to this
Trece the Xam ( ▀ ͜͞ʖ▀) 3,859 Posted November 14, 2015 Please, users do read carefully what Aqua7KH has said, it is very important if you are in danger. I know it's 2AM and it's a friday, a lot of people go out at this time (I do, at least), but stay out of harm's way, you do not fool around with this sort of trouble. 3 Hargleblargleboo, Alicia Maddox and Moochieh32 reacted to this
Mystics Apprentice 2,397 Posted November 14, 2015 Good grief, I question what is wrong with humanity sometimes. It amazes me that people can be so heartless as to go on these mass shooting and bombing sprees. What's worse is when they think they can justify it! I too will be praying for the families in Paris. That is just horrible and I hope those responsible for the attack are stopped before causing further damage. : ( 8 Blooming Marluxia, Sora96, PrinceNoctis and 5 others reacted to this

Rinax 473 Posted November 14, 2015 Why can't people who want to hurt others just play FPS games, like CoD. You don't hurt anyone real, can't get arrested, kill however you want, get guns/weapons with in-game currency, etc. ...Just keep determined, everyone. The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted November 14, 2015 Oh my God...I can't believe something like this is happening! D: It's just messed up the way that people just go about killing innocents like it's no big deal! I mean seriously! Humanity can be really screwed up in the head sometimes...and that is just sad. Sometimes I do understand why many people have lost faith in humanity, but just as there are horrible people, there are also noble people. But, as for the situation at hand, all I can say is that I hope the people of France are able to overcome this ordeal, and my prayers shall be with them! My sincere condolences go to the dead, and I hope that their families will be able to push through this! Let's all pray and hope for the best for them! May God bless them! 2 Alicia Maddox and Blooming Marluxia reacted to this
