Hey there everyone, how's it going!?  So then, as you're all well aware, we're right off the heels of the Kingdom Hearts Premium Theater, and there's been quite a stir in the Kingdom Hearts community because of the fact that we still haven't gotten the trailers for Kingdom Hearts III and 2.8!  I'm going to admit, I felt a bit let down when I woke up this morning and saw no trailers, but, that just means that the source indicating we would receive the trailers today was not a reliable source!

Lol, I bet most of us here in the community have mixed feelings about all this, but I'm confident that we'll be getting the trailers we're looking for this weekend, when the actual D23 event begins and ends from Friday to Sunday!  Hopefully, in one of those three days, we'll get our trailers!  We just have to be a wee bit more patient!  Just a wee bit!

I feel very dissapointed and I mirror what you guys say, Nomura was talking about surprises and new announcements making the event sound really big but we hardly got anything. I know it's difficult but we have to try and remember and appreciate all the information we've been given this year. I'm mainly dissapointed because both KH3 and 2.8 trailers still say 'now in development' when Nomura heavily hinted the possibility of giving a release date at the event. Hopefully the new trailer coming out soon will cheer us all up!

Regarding the release date thing, I wonder if they're keeping that a secret still, until the public trailer is released. After all, the theater event was private, so I would think that they'd want to keep any release info private as well, at least until they publicize it.

What interviews are you talking about? You mean the one at E3, when interviewers asked him for the next new drop, and he said D23? I wouldn't consider that hyping.

––In November, D23 Expo Japan 2015 will be held in Tokyo Disneyland for three days and there is a special KH event. 

And so in the winter, there will likely be more news for the full remake of FINAL FANTASY VII.

 

- Quickly tell us about where new additional information will be released?

 

Nomura: In November, Disney will be holding “D23 Japan Expo 2015” and within the event, there will be a 

KINGDOM HEARTS fan event in November 3rd. Here, we plan to issue new information. Although voice actors have 

appeared for the event in 2013, this year’s content has been undecided. For more information, please wait for further 

announcement.

And all we've gotten out of it is three screenshots. It wouldn't even be so bad if they'd just TELL us when/if we'll see the footage. And the footage itself apparently isn't anything much to talk about, anyway! It's just ridiculous.

I honestly feel like being a little upset is justified. I still want to see that lost KH3 trailer and I feel like it's unfair to many fans who couldn't go to these special events. I do appreciate the fanbase's attempts to show off what was in that trailer though.

I'm upset at the person who started the rumor, but I'm also upset at Square for not dismissing it. While Square didn't confirm the trailer coming out, they didn't outright deny it either so I feel like they gave us a little bit of false hope. And I agree the info has been sparse since this event has been hyped up for months. I at least was hoping for Unchained X's overseas release date.

Yeah, I'm sure the trailer will all give us reason to keep up hyping!  And I hope Nomura reveals the release dates for both games somewhere further down the line! But for now, I'm just desperate to see those trailers! X3

Oh God...that would be mind numbing!  It would explain all the secrecy and Square's refusal to offer us any info regarding the trailer...oh God, but I can't get my hopes up too high, though! X_X

Yeah...I wish I could have seen that trailer back then! D:  But oh well, what can we do, eh?  But yeah, a lot of people really want to see this trailer.  The difference with this and the 2.5 Launch Event trailer was the fact that in the launch event, it was a surprise, while in the Premium Theater, we were all expecting a trailer, ya know?

Okay, so this makes 2 or 3 times in the past 6 months that Nomura mentioned D23 Japan Expo, but only because the interviewers asked him about it. I still wouldn't call that hype.

 

And they apparently did release new info, it's just not public yet because, at its core, D23 is a private event.
