Appearance: Youthful looking, brilliant blue eyes and long brown hair tied in a ponytail with average sized lips, smooth, rounded yet small nose and a sleek face and head. What separates her from normality is her frosty blue skin due to experiencing the same form of exposure to Cryogenic Fluid as Victor Fries aka. Mr. Freeze. As a result, her breath is cold and misty, her body constantly exudes a cold "steam" mist and her voice is somewhat frosty sounding. She wears "Cryo Pants/Trousers" that have a honeycomb pattern all across them and have tubes that supply coolant throughout her body on her hips and legs, along with one leading to her upper chest, near her heart, with a holder for a Coolant Plug that acted as a backup/secondary cooling system to her main system: Her Cryo Exo-Suit. It is similar in design to Mr. Freeze's Arkham City Suit, but is sleeker and slimer, to accommodate her frame as a female, yet remains just as tough and versatile, along with a facial mask like Robin, but has a Thermal Visor built into it that covers her eyes, giving them an ominous red glow when the Visor is activated. The suit retains the dome headpiece and enclosing front visor, for protection and voice distortion, but instead of the mechanical modulation of Freeze, she has a more Frosty, almost Demonic modulation for the purpose of spreading fear, along with her imposing stature in the suit and her surprising speed. As a result of her admiration of the Batman along with her seeking to inspire fear into her enemies, the Gauntlets of her suit have the same triple-blade fins facing outwards built into them.

 

Personality: Sweet, loving, thoughtful, feisty, unrelenting, somewhat cold to criminals, brave, intelligent  and snarky.

 

Bio: A child genius, Eleanor blasted through school and College with excellent Grades, along with picking up friends along the way and generally regarded as a lovable prodigy, yet she also had an interest in Cryogenics that went unfulfilled until recently. She has looked up to Batman since a younger age, during his second year of crime fighting and desired to improve herself and join his leagues. When the Batman died, she was unsure of how to achieve her goal however, as her inspiration had perished before she could get to him, even as she continued her exercises, both mental and physical, she had to look for another to help her.

 

It was during this time that she met Mr. Freeze, stumbling upon him by finding his Lab which he had holed himself up in to get away from his Life of Crime in honour of his wife, instead focusing on curing her condition. However, she was being tailed by Arkham Knight Militia, who decided they wanted to rough her up and before she entered the room in which Victor resided, ambushed her and began to attack. She fought them off before bursting into Mr. Freeze's Lab, surprising the Scientist but he did not attack immediately, as he heard others approaching and shortly after, the Militia burst in and he attacked them on sight, to prevent them from damaging his Lab or hurting Eleanor, freezing them with a new Freeze Gun. However, one of the Militia tackled Eleanor, shoving her into a Tank containing Cryogenic Fluid that spilled upon her and the Militia Soldier. The exposure mutated them quicker than Mr. Freeze's original incident, as it was far more potent this time around. Victor took out the remaining Soldiers before knocking the mutated one unconscious and taking Eleanor to safety, taking pity on her in a surprising move and quickly outfitting her with her Secondary Coolant System to keep her alive.

 

Thankful for this, Eleanor began to think of Mr. Freeze as an inspiration, putting aside her mutation and interacting with him as she would, dismissing the occasional remark for her to leave him be. This proved fruitful as Victor saw some of his lovely wife in the girl, allowing him to open up to her more and, after discovering her genius and wish to protect Gotham after Batman's Death, built her a new suit while she made her version of his Goggles as a Robin Mask, then she dubbed herself "Aufeis", which is German for "On ice" and is a formation of massive, layered Ice found in very cold areas such as the North Pole or Antarctica. Mr. Freeze was amused by this, but liked it, supporting her decision and getting heavily involved, in order to cleanse his soul and help her out.

 

More recently, Eleanor has discovered that she is developing some...less than desirable qualities, currently she is cold to Criminals, but inside she feels an inner demon brewing. She does not kill, true to her wish to honour the Dark Knight, but the thought has crossed her mind.

Bio: Victor Fries has always been an oddity, since childhood as he had taken to freezing neighbour's pets in order to help them, to cure them of illness easier along with satisfying his interested in Cryogenics. However, later in life he met his Wife: Nora Fries, who he fell deeply in love with and they married each other. However, Nora started to suffer from Huntington's Chorea and he had to put her into Cryostasis to buy time for him to cure her terminal condition. At this point, he was approached by Ferris Boyle, who offered to assist him in exchange for Cryogenic Weapons, to which he agreed but discovered that Boyle wouldn't hold up his end of the bargain, so committed company espionage and began doing the research himself, but this was met with Boyles anger and attempted murder of Victor, which ended with Victor and a Guard being covered in Cryogenic Fluid while Boyle escaped unharmed. His Metabolism changed and he only realized it when the Guard attempted to leave the Sub-Zero Temperature room only to die of Heatstroke upon entering Room Temperature, leaving Victor to construct a Make-Shift Cryo Suit to survive.

 

A long time later, after encountering Batman during his early years along with Boyle and a large incident later, Victor, now known as Mister Freeze, was blackmailed by The Joker, who was dying of TITAN Poisoning, into making a cure otherwise he'd hurt Nora, before the events of Arkham City and after Asylum. However, he was ambushed by Penguin and left for dead were it not for Batman, also dying of TITAN Poisoning due to Joker's Blood within him, helping him out, even after a conflict between them through a meticulous and difficult fight. Eventually, Batman found his wife Nora and he was forever grateful, promising to end his life of Crime and focus on Nora. When Batman was killed, Freeze felt oddly distraught, feeling suddenly lonely as his only company now was his comatose wife who is potentially semi-conscious and knows of his misdeeds, potentially leading to a terrible climax. He however met Eleanor Snow through a interesting and unfortunate sequence of events but the two bonded quickly and he is now supporting and aiding her quest to honour his wife and Gotham's Saviour: Batman.

Personality: Quite rude and mean. She often will taunt other people. Emma is also an impulsive thief, often stealing things for no reason, even if she doesn't want it. Emma tends to approach people skeptically, and does not give respect or even be kind of nice until they earn it. But once they do, she is fiercely loyal.

Bio: A young woman born in the Middle East and was shortly afterwards orphaned by rebels. Emirah became an excellent thief. After all, on the streets, there was no other dignified option for her. Her incredible skill at obtaining anything that she wanted to get impressed a man that she encountered. He was a tall, mysterious man that had been working for many years to acquire an army. When she managed to nick his wallet without him at first noticing, the Arkham Knight was very impressed. He offered her a job in his army, and he promised that he paid very well. Feeling that this was a good alternative to the barely subsisting life Emirah currently led, she said yes. She became a skilled spy and thief for his forces, and during her career, she americanized her name to Emma, and also adopted an alias, using a name she had been called many ties when she was younger, Haraami. Emma began feeling incredible loyalty to this man, and became one of his most trusted lieutenants. Along the way, she also became fast friends with another leading member of the Knight's army, a man named Mercy. During the Arkham Knight's original invasion of Gotham, he sent both of them away, fearing for their well-being. But now that the danger of Batman is gone, he has called them back again to assist him.

Powers/Abilities: An incredibly thief, capable of stealing art from a well guarded museum or robbing a bank without setting off an alarm all by herself. The same skills also help her when it comes to acting as a spy, infiltrating buildings to eavesdrop, hack computers, or sabotage. Haraami is also a capable fighter, trained in it by the Arkham Knight himself.

Weapons: Haraami wields a custom pair of very advanced weapons. A pair of revolvers, that at the flick of a switch can fling out curved blades so that they become sickles. And in this mode, a chain can connect the two sickles, allowing them to become a kusarigama.

Personality: He loves mocking and teasing, especially his partner Hamaasi. He enjoys the thrill of a fight more than anything else. He shares a fierce loyalty to those who earn it. Marvin is also quite ruthless and destructive.

Bio: A kickboxer from Metropolis, Marvin had been doing that since he figured out he could. Fighting was his life, his everything, even since he was a little bully on the playground. The fact that he was good at it just made it all the better. Soon enough though, he was unable to resist the premise of making some good money off this career in the sports industry. Marvin was very very good at what he did, which just made the take all the sweeter when he threw matches. Of course, those aren't the only things that he did. He was also oftentimes hired to eliminate people... permanently. Despite being a purely melee fighter, Marvin, or the stage name he prefers to use, Mercy (very ironic, which is something he quite enjoys), was able to easily eliminate even armed guards. In any case, his illegal behavior caught up to him, and he was thrown out from the league. Fortunately, he had a sponsor that had been looking to recruit him for a while. He was a tall, mysterious man that had been working for many years to acquire an army. Under the Arkham Knight's wing, Mercy became an even better fighter, and cared for him, making sure that he would be . Feeling for the first time that he owed his well being to another person, Mercy has sworn his life to the Knight. Over the time, he has grown close to a friend and partner, Hamaasi. And I had this amazing idea for a new batch of characters. Because yes.

 

This will be a four character sheet, I'm not trying this without a mouse. Thank God I got a keyboard for my tablet.

Personality:

Altria: Calm and steadfast with a well-controlled temper, Azure is the leader, and she remains the one who keeps the group together.

Liberty: Cheerful and outgoing, she is the heart of the group, always making them smile and keep their spirits up.

Nova: A hothead with a big heart, she adores Liberty and does her best to keep her safe. She tends to be the first to jump into a burning building to help people.

Serin: She's a bitch. But a good bitch.

Bio:

The Sisters Damocles were created in-embryo using genetic manipulation, to create the perfect soldiers. Seeing how Altria was perfect and her sisters not, the organization they belonged to was ready to dispose of Liberty Rose, Nova, and Serin...but Altria stepped in. Aruging and defending her siblings to the point she beat up the entire science team with a plastic tray, she was allowed to keep her sisters and train them.

 

Together they became known as Fireteam Damocles...or the Sisters Damocles. An effective team of gun and sword wielding, the paramility organization that created them, going by the name Holy Grail, commisisoned the Sisters Damoclaes as SABER Team following the death of Batman and deployed them to Gotham to see about not only getting some contracts...but possibly finding anything they could regarding Batman and his assets.

 

Powers/Abilities/Weapons:

Azure: Master of Ba Gua Zhang and Northen Xaolin, her swordfighting style is that or the Classic British style, utilizing her mighty sword Excalibur. SHe rarely fights though, and is moreso AWACS. Her armor has special systems to help with combat, as well as servos and the like to allow her to jump from rooftop to rooftop with ease. Excalibur contains a Wind Blade Attack sistem, where speical mini turbines whip the air around the blade to a sharpness that can cut through solider glass.

 

Lily: Mastering Muay Thai and Kickboxing, her armor contains the basics Azure's, except it contains a Llamrei Interface System, allowing her to interface and control her Llamrei Assault Vehicle to it's fullest. She also has a blade, Caliburn, that utilizes special particle emitters that create an almost laser sword effect. It is unstable and highly experimental.

 

Nero: Deciding to master the fighting styls of Brazilian Jujitsu and Aikido, Nova's sword is a much simpler device than any of her sisters. She can light Aestus Estus on fire, because firetruck you.

 

Shadow: A master of Krav Maga and Shaolin Taekewando, Shadow wields Durandal...which is slightly more complex than Nova's. When actived, it fires lightning generatoed by a small generator in the hilt. This does add to the weight but she's used to it. As the only on of the Sisters who works on foot at all times, her armor has all base needs, and includes a jump pack for quicker travel, better HUD systems, and first aid systems in the left gauntlet.

 

Tech:

 

The Sisters are based on a modern yacht called the Serenity. Azure pilots a special aerial rapid deployment craft like the Batwing, dubbed the Avalon. Armed with four omni-directonal dual tri-barrel machine guns that can be locked in to fire railgun shots at long range, as well as armed with fuselage-mounted missiles. But these are mainly to assist with defense, the Avalon mainly watches the skies and acts as an AWACS unit for Lily and Nero, and their Llameri.

 

On the ground, the Llamrei MK-II Tumbler assault vehicles are quad-wheel all terrain interceptors boasting impressive armor, the Llamrei are armed with twin hood-mounted semi automatic heavy cannons, axel-mounted heat-seeking missiles on the back tires, side mounted spike launchers for evading chasers, and twin grappling hooks to assist with scaling buildings. Lily and Nero are expert pilots of these vessels, which can enter Battle Mode, allowing for strafing and the deployment of the front-mounted Heavy Railgun, allowing for long-range seige warfare. The Llamrei can only carry four of these rounds, due to the rest of the vehicles needing to house the drive systems, computer systems, and ammo for the hood cannons.

Lyonal is always looking for more Hero's to help, make friends with a certain "Zelda" Nad you may find your equipment upgraded.Along with yourself, should you let your guard down.I'm contemplating a Hero, but I'm not sure. I've always had a bit more of a Marvel approach to Super Hero's, enjoying more light-hearted characters that can be serious as per my usual style.I could also just bring Derik in, that would, however, mean we need at least 4 more villians.

I second that opinion, you could say that an all out war is about to begin for Gotham by heroes, villains and neutrals alike with the Arkham Knight standing at the top.
