He is a talker perhaps overly so as he spins off everything. he has authority problems seeing it best to violate any and all laws that wouldn't result in casualties. When faced with an opponent however he is cold and heartless. He also makes it a tenancy to spoil the atmosphere of any dark and brooding heroes for the hell of it. Nero Kunivas 3,046 Posted November 2, 2015 Now this....this is very, very interesting and holds potential! Sign me up~ ~Character Sheet~ Codename: Dusk KnightReal Name: Jerry DaltonAge: 27Gender: Male Appearance: Using whatever materials and tech he could find and/or create that were effective, Jerry made a armoured bodysuit that covers him neck to toe, in a similar design to Nightwing, with a few elements from Red Hood and Batman himself. The Dusksuit, as he calls it, is tight-fitting, armoured in all the right places like chest, shoulders, hands, arms, legs etc and is black with a few grey highlights, yet a bit more glossy, like Dick Grayson's suit. It is also quite technological, with him having a small computer device on his right arm, the Gauntlet Computer, which is more advanced than the rest of his suit being almost exactly like Batman's one that he used before his death. The Gauntlets also have the same three bladed fins on the exterior facing outward like the Batsuits. Emblazoned on his back is a grey Bat Symbol, paying homage to the Fallen Dark Knight and wishing to live up to his great name, but is coloured differently and on his back because he knows he is not worthy yet. As such, he does not don a full Cowl like the Bat, He instead has a hood attached to his suit and wears a High-Tech Facemask like Red Hood would, but it is Blue in colouration and has a Heads-Up Display along with shifting tones and visuals. Around his waist is a Utility Belt housing many gadgets inspired by the Caped Crusader. Personality: Focused, determined, filled with anger, good sense of humour, sarcastic, literal-minded at times, intelligent and noble. Bio: Jerry was born to a very wealthy family, with their own company and his childhood was otherwise uneventful, but since his teen years, when the Batman was first seen on Live Television before the Blackgate Incident, Jerry idolized him, even when some parts of the Media demonized him and the GCPD disapproved of him at first, he was inspired when Vicki Vale reported on The Batman as he was fighting thugs atop a rooftop before entering the Royal Hotel. He wanted to be like him, regardless of the dangers, he knew someone had to stand up for Gotham alongside Batman, because while great, he was one man. He was allowed to experiment by his Parents but they were too concerned to allow him to actually go and fight crime, but he was still granted quite the leeway and this allowed him to train his body and mind along with making his Suit. During the events of Arkham City however, tragedy struck: His parents were sent to Arkham City like Bruce Wayne and others because they opposed Arkham City and its methods, then during the implementation of Protocol 10, as well as some Goons and Thugs being hurt or killed, they were gunned down by TYGER Forces in a firefight, leaving him an Orphan but with the Inheritance of his Parents Company: Dalton Enterprises. These resources given to him and this recent tragedy pushed his plans forward massively, allowing his Suit to be completed and his Gadgets to begin development, while he appointed a good friend in the company as the new CEO who knew of what he was to do and would help him keep it all undercover, with the help of the Family Butler, who was not all that different from Alfred. Soon enough, during the Arkham Knight Comics, the Dusk Knight was born and he took to the streets, causing problems for branches of Penguin's forces and Harley Quinn's Gang of Criminals formerly ran by the now deceased Joker, but they chose to ignore him, thinking of him as a cheap pretender for the Dark Knight, who was the more immediate threat, so it wasn't hard to see what they were actually thinking of him. When the Batman died to the Arkham Knight, stopping Scarecrow's plans, he was further inspired by the now Martyred Dark Knight, emblazoning the Bat Symbol upon the back of his Suit to honour him properly and has now decided to make his mark and make the Dusk Knight known to all criminals of Gotham City. Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Trained to Mental and Physical Peak. Interrogation. Genius Intellect. Photographic Memory. Various Gadgets and Weaponry based on the Dark Knight's Arsenal. Uses a Secondary Batcave in Gotham that Batman left behind as a base as the one near Wayne Manor wouldn't be smart. Martial Arts Mastery. Working on a Automated Vehicle and Jet Plane, but they're not ready as of yet. Nigh-Indomitable Willpower. Criminology/Psychology Expertise. Fear Inspiration. Theme (optional): We Are The Night. Though we'll have to progress a little into the story before actual trails would be held for anybody, even those already in jail.Gonna work on a character. Anything wrong with never having played/watched playthrough of the game? I have some general DC knowledge. That enough to pass? Should be. Depending on your character, we might have to alter details for the Arkham Timeline, but it shouldn't be too drastic, if applicable at all. Firo_Procheniezio 71 Posted November 3, 2015 You know playing butcher means cutting off heads, killing, torture etc. (Not meaning i'd imply torture (unless situation calls for it))
Nero Kunivas 3,046 Posted November 3, 2015 You know playing butcher means cutting off heads, killing, torture etc. (Not meaning i'd imply torture (unless situation calls for it)) Considering the source material (Arkham Knight being an 18 and oh my god Scarecrow's face uggh) that's not out of place. Sikota Urinakano 876 Posted November 3, 2015 (edited) Codename: Dealer Real Name: Ted Tinkerman Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance: Personality: Calm, cool, collected, and calculating. Usually. Highly arrogant and occasionally bratty. Bio: Boy genius and prodigious mischief maker. His expansive mind allowed him to even perform beyond impossible intellect and accomplish small feats of telekinesis. Lowkey poltergeist, and tinkering extraordinaire, Ted caused enough trouble in his suburban living areas to land him a spot in Arkham. Being a dog eat dog world, he decided to play the part of the crafty fox, laying low amidst the power struggles, building his signature weapons to later make a name for himself. Powers/Abilities: Vastly superior intellect and minor telekinesis. Nothing too major. Just making a box fall here and there. Though there is his cards... Weapons: A small deck of mechanical cards made from the scrap he’s collected off the streets of Arkham. Highly susceptible to his telekinesis, Dealer can manipulate the cards much more dynamically. They come in three types: bladed, charged (for electrical shocks), and for emergencies: explosive. Arya Stark 1,337 Posted November 4, 2015 Code name: Nightwing Real Name: Dick Grayson Age: 20 (I'm not completely certain how old he was in Arkham Knight, but you get the point) Gender:Male Appearance: Personality: Nightwing has grown even closer to his friends after Batman's death. It had kind of shocked him through and through, brought him to his senses. Though he still acts arrogant and likes to engage in banter with the enemies he encounters, he doesn't engage in as many dangerous suicide missions as he did. He's a bit more serious and quieter. The old Nightwing is gone, but this new one isn't half bad either. Though he was nearly convinced to take up Batman's cowl, he decided that it was better that he didn't, though the reason may be less logical, and more emotional in origins. Bio: The original Robin, Dick Grayson has been training under Bruce Wayne for crime fighting and detective work since his parents untimely death during their act. Even under the exposure to trauma involved with this kind of life, Dick Grayson thrived. He loved it, found it thrilling. As a rebellious teenager, he of course became kind of arrogant, even to his master Batman. It was during this time, that Dick left his care, becoming a solo act as Nightwing. He and Batman made up soon after, but he retained his new independence, protecting Bludhaven well. During the events that led up to Bruce's death, he was in the city, but had been strictly assigned to dealing with Penguin. He constantly tried to get Bruce to ask for help, but being Batman, he always refused. It is because of these encounters that Nightwing partly blames himself for Bruce Wayne's death. But now, he is working to make sure that everything Batman fought and lived for becomes true. Nightwing is out for vengeance, and the Arkham Knight will pay. Bludhaven will be fine for a bit, right now, Gotham needs all the help it can get. Abilities: Nearly superhuman speed, strength, and skill, Nightwing is a nightmare in combat. He whirls around, using his acrobatic training and athletic body to every advantage, always able to thrash any group of thugs in a brawl. His martial arts training is extensive, and he is a master of as many disciplines as Batman was, but chose to be less about counters than Batman was, preferring a purely offensive style. He is also an excellent detective and has an intelligent mind, which he tends to use to hack computers frequently and with skill. Weapons: A pair of escrima sticks, that can combine at the handles to form a lengthy Bo staff. The sticks can also create electricity, allowing him to shoot lightning, taze opponents, and empower or disable some machinery. He also utilizes throwing stars named wing-dings (I think). A utility belt also holds several other small gadgets useful for taking down enemies, like smoke pellets and glue grenades. On his left bracer a holographic computer can appear, allowing him to search databases and hack computers on the fly. More characters soon(duh, I'm Yuffie after all) 1 Nero Kunivas reacted to this
