EternalChange 303 Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) I honestly like the first Vanitas battle with Aqua. If you know what to do, it's not difficult, but it is intense and fast-paced. I literally jumped and screamed and danced when i defeated him. Well, for starters, I loved the Terranort vs. Lingering Will battle in Birth By Sleep! Granted, it made me rage constantly, but when I was finally able to beat Terranort, I felt so satisfied and accomplished! X3 Another boss battle I'd say I love is Venuts vs. Vanitas at the end of Birth By Sleep! Their battle at the Station Of Awakening was just too amazing, and the way it ended with Ventus' last word was just frickin spectacular! I also love Aqua vs. Terranort in Radiant Garden, after Terra has been possessed by Xehanort! That battle carried so much feels, it was just so palpable and high stake! Speaking of feels, Terra vs. Eraqus was a particularly heartbreaking battle! A slew of boss battles I also loved were the final few ones with Riku in Dream Drop Distance! Talk about badass! And Young Xehanort stopping time and reversing it just when you think you've beaten him!? Heh, it was a very nice surprise! If I keep mentioning the boss battles I like, I'll flood this page, lmao. KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted October 31, 2015 I don't really have a favorite. I can't stand Vanitas and Terra-Xehanort so I make sure my finishes are powerful ones when I beat them. I really enjoy Xemnas in KH3D because of the Reality Shift and Flowmotion. However, these are all temporary before the final boss of KH3. Then that will be my favorite.
