Aside from thanking him, I'd probably ask him a few questions about some plot holes or bits about the series that I don't quite understand that can't really be explained in a future release (why don't Donald and Goofy remember Yen Sid's tower, how can Roxas be reacting to both Ventus AND Sora's bodies when he's in C.O. when Sora was moved out of that place by DiZ days ago, how exactly did Yen Sid's method of sending Sora and Riku back in time work and why are they in their younger bodies, might their ever come a day where all language versions of a game can be released simultaneously, etc.).

i'd ask him what changes he'd make to the current story if he had planned things out.

some of the plot points that are in the series now could probably work a bit better if they were tweaked slightly. KH1, CoM and KH2 are a solid trilogy on their own that revolve around Sora and co. fighting the Heartless and Nobody of an apprentice named Xehanort. BBS could explain the origins of Apprentice Xehanort and explain that when a Nobody and Heartless are destroyed they form the original self (unless that was explained in KH2, I can't remember). This sets the stage for KH3 where its assumed that because Xehanort's heartless and Nobody were destroyed, Apprentice Xehanort will return to finish whatever it was he was trying to do. 

Then to throw a bone to the fans of BBS, this will give the Sora the chance to free Terra's heart from Apprentice Xehanort when Mickey explains what's going on, but he'll need the help of Aqua and Ven for some contrived reason. Basically what I'm saying is the story we have now could still work if we trim the fat a bit.

It's a bit late to be talking about that though since this is the series we've got and it's already been written. If planned out ahead of time though, it could have been a bit easier to understand. Maybe next saga though.

Hello, Mr. Nomura.

First of all, I wanted to thank you for all the hard work you and your team have done over the years. The Kingdom Hearts series has been amazing so far.

Secondly, what is your team's next idea for KH3? Would it be another world? A new game mechanic? Or something else?

Next, I have to admit, I really like the look and design for the characters. What were some key factors that inspired you to draw these characters?

Also, I know KH3, KH UX, and some other games have been keeping you and your team busy, but I wanted to ask if I could make a reccomendation or two.

Have you ever talked with Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Super Smash Brothers? I think you and him would get along quite well. Many fans have been asking for Sora in SSB for Wii U and 3DS. What's your opinion about this? And would you accept it if Sakurai offered to put him in it?

Finally, What projects might you be planning on now? Is KH3 only the "Tip of the Iceberg" of tasks your team is working on?

Oh, if I had the chance to talk to Nomura, I would definitely thank him for creating what is one of the most amazing video game series I've ever played!  I'd thank him for the fact that the series helped me through a lot growing up, and how it's helped me establish lifelong friendships with the people I've met throughout the years! I'd thank him for all the hard work he and his team have dedicated to the series, and that I hope that they keep on doing what they love for as long as they're able! :')

 

But yeah, if I met Nomura face to face, I'd probably just freeze, stutter, and blubber like a fanboy!

I would talk to him about everything. I would get to know him and how he came up with the series. I would ask him experiences he has had while producing every game. I would ask him about events he has been to and what he remembers most from some of them. I would thank him for what he has done for all these years and how KH has become a part of my childhood. Lastly, I would ask him to tell me the release date while promising never to tell the world or any friends until they announce it first or better when all release dates have been announced.

I'd REALLY REALLY REALLY like to have a general discussion on the overall plot and story of the game. I already know basically everything there is to know, but I want to make sure I've got everything solid in my head before KH3. Not to mention it would be fun to talk to him about the story. Like what his favorite part was, etc. symbolism i dunno

 

Plus, It'd  be plenty of fun If we could talk about how he comes up with the story.

 

As a fellow artist, I'd definitely like to talk to Nomura about art in general. Like how he colors, linearts. etc. He's a great artist IMO.
