Qrow 86 Posted October 12, 2015 Hey guys! You see, I never post anything here but with all the news that came up about KH3, I started wondering about somethings, so I decided to make this post and see what you guys think about it! A pretty small part of KHx will be discussed, but I'll put a spoiler tag (I'll try, cause I dont't know how it works ). The first thing that has been bothering me is about what part will the seven princesses will play in the game. Nomura stated that most of the worlds will be new to the series, so how are will the princess fit in the story? The X Blade needs 7 lights and 13 darkness, so Xehanort can either clash against the wielders or simply capture the princesses, so the obvious thing to do is to protect the princess. So what I'd like them to do is to make this the begining of the game, making Sora go through the worlds that the princesses belong and take them to a safe place. It would be like a tutorial, playing in small parts of each world. The second point is how they will develop Roxas's and Xion's story, which brings me to KHx. In Khx we have the six apprentices and their Master. KH3 story will be about Sora going after a "Key to Return Hearts" and that makes me wonder if this keyblade belonged to the Master of the Masters just like Xehanort's keyblade problably belonged to the sixth apprentice, who is problably the traitor (that would be very cool, the Master's keyblade clashing against his own apprentice's keyblade). But how Roxas and Xion fit in all this? I think that when Sora finds this Keyblade, his has to go through soemthing like a Dive to the Heart to prove that his worthy of wielding that keyblade. And while in this Dive, Sora would have to "suffer", fell what Roxas and Xion felt, their anger, sadness...Kinda like what happened in DDD, but in a deeper way. And going through all this, would make Roxas an Xion be released form their suffering, not in a "release them from my heart so they can be someone". NO! It would be more like comforting them so they can rest. And that would not be all, after having his feelings and mind crushed, Sora would become more mature, leaving the naive way that he's been represented through almost all games. I still have some stuff that I've been thinking about, but I'll let for another day. 2 The Transcendent Key and The 13th Kenpachi reacted to this

Also, the 7 princesses open the door to the hearts of all worlds as seen in KH1, not the real kingdom hearts. The KH in KH2 was the hearts of all people. The closest thing to the real Kingdom Hearts was in Birth By Sleep. The princesses aren't needed. I and a few others have made threads about apprentice 6 being Xehanort's master Sora needs some pain and I like your idea . Another way is if he tried challenging one of the SOD and he ended up losing badly, if someone close to him died (RIKU ahem). Sora definitely needs to suffer. KHVision 85 Posted October 12, 2015 Well, the 7 princesses of Light aren't the same as the Guardians of Light, with the possible exception of Kairi, so they probably won't even be mentioned in the game. In terms of the "Key to Return Hearts", it'll probably be touched upon in 0.2, as it was stated that there's a possibility of Aqua figuring out how to save Ventus and Terra, and then fully revealed in KH3. And it was never said that the "Key to Return Hearts" is a Keyblade, unless you're mistaken with the "Key to Unlock Peoples' Hearts" from KH1. Now, in terms of Sora suffering and maturing, I really do want to see this after having to experience how naive he was in DDD and a little in KH2. 1 The 13th Kenpachi reacted to this
Isamu Kuno 2,512 Posted October 12, 2015 No suffering for Sora. Nope, nupe, nuuu. I want Sora to stay exactly as he is. He made a promise to Kairi never to change, besides one of Sora's main characteristics is his ability to withstand a surprising ammount of shit and still retain his childlike innocence. We already have Riku's seriousness to balance out Sora's nievité anyway. 1 2 quid is good reacted to this
KingdomHearts3 2,591 Posted October 12, 2015 Roxas and Xion had replacements. Although, for Roxas, he had Ventus's heart. Xion had the burgeoning replacement. A replacement is not a heart. Neither, Roxas nor Xion will return. It makes Ventus's purpose moot if Roxas does return. As with the princesses of heart, it's either they forge the X-blade with the thirteen darknesses or it will be the seven that forge it when they battle the thirteen. The latter seems more likely. All in all, the X-blade will be forged one way or another and the Keyblade War will begin again. Nothing can avoid it coming.

Both Xemnas and DiZ said it's possible for a heart to be born out of the expresses and connections people have. They're coming back, Roxas rebirth wouldn't make Ven moot any more than Ven wpild make Sora moot. Besides them not coming back would go against every hint we've had in the past 3 games. Let's no forget that Lea's entire reason for wanting a Keyblade in the first place was to bring Roxas back. Whoever the GoL may be they're going to need all the help they can get. 1 Qrow reacted to this
Enix 995 Posted October 12, 2015 The only thing worry about in KH3 if they pull a BS ending. (For example, it was all of a dream.) 2 Qrow and Clouded Sun reacted to this

One other thing I worry about is the replacement of VAs (especially for Aqua she's my favourite, so I guess this also goes for 2.8) They need to keep all original (as well as movie based characters) played by their original voice actors. Lets hope that someone like Frank Welker could replace Leonard nimoy as Xehanort. Mena Suvari better not replace Mandy Moore as Rapunzel like she did for Aerith. 1 Qrow reacted to this
Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) KHIII better leave ABSOLUTELY NO questions left unanswered. Maybe a hint to a new character or Sora's next journey, but NOTHING from the previous story! They have to start anew with the next entries of Kingdom Hearts to keep from making the story so intimidating Edited October 12, 2015 by Sun Wukong 1 Qrow reacted to this
The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted October 13, 2015 Well, I'm pretty sure that we'll see at least a few old worlds returning, despite Nomura saying that old worlds aren't coming back! So I'm pretty sure that we'll be seeing the worlds the Princesses Of Hearts belong to once again! And if not, then at the very least, their gathering place could be at Radiant Garden! It's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out! If Sora and the gang avoid confronting Xehanort, he'll simply target the Princesses, so yeah, they'll have to visit the worlds of the Princesses Of Heart! Ooh, and I like your theory about the Key To Return Hearts being the Keyblade that belonged to the Master Of Masters! That'd actually be quite awesome, and unexpected! And I do think that Xehanort's Keyblade was originally wielded by the Sixth Disciple! Only time will tell if this proves true! As for Roxas and Xion, I truly want them to become their own people! After everything they've been through, they deserve another chance at life! D: 1 Qrow reacted to this

I can't see how the sixth apprentice would be Xehanort's master since KHx occurs years and years before everything, but then, they put some time travel haha...I'd like to read your theory though! btw, I don't anyone to die! No suffering for Sora. I kinda understand you, but I think that this is the final battle so, for me, Sora needs to grow up a bit. But I agree with you about Sora not being like Riku, he would be more like Mickey, cheerful like he is but taking things more serious other than just an adventure. Yeah! That's something I've been thinking about. I loved Willa as Aqua, a lot of people complaint about her but the way she talks... it fits perfect as Aqua's description. But I do worry about who will voice MX...
