What's your favourite Final Fantasy game?

I'm not putting a poll because there's too many of them.

 

So, as the title says what's your favourite Final Fantasy game (Any of them, Tactics, Crystal Chronicles, any of them are valid, it doesn't have to be the numbered ones)?

 

My favourite one is FFX. This probably is because it was the first one I ever played (also because it's story, characters and general gameplay are great). I've played most of them, but I recommend that you should evoid putting spoilers about the games if possible (or put them inside that spoiler thing).

 

 

EDIT: I actually forgot to say that FFXIII triology and the FFVII series (although I haven't played Dirge of Cerberus and Before Crisis) both come as VERY close second.

I've only played Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy XIII-2. XIII-2 is the only one I've completed, while I'm currently working on X right now, and I've got to say even though I'm not quite done with X I think it's already starting to become my favorite haha.

Yes, FFXIII is very good, but XIII-2 is the worst one out of the triology , while FFX is the best FF game (in my opinion).

Really? I actually really liked XIII-2. One of my favorite things about it was the openness and the environments really looked nice. The characters and story weren't that bad either. Then again I haven't played the other two games in the trilogy so I probably wouldn't really know all too well. But as for FFX yeah, now that I've finally got to play it myself, I can see why so many people hold it in such high regard.

I've only played FFX and FFX-2 yet, so I go with FFX. But I really love this game, it's awesome.

FFXIII-2 does belong to one of the best FF game series I've ever played after all, it's really good in all ways (especially the ending, it really makes you want to play Lightning Returns), but is not as good if you compare it to the original FFXIII (or at least that's what I think).

I only finished FFVII, FFXII and the XIII trilogy, so I haven't played that many Final Fantasy games... but out of the ones I have completed, I gotta say I love FFXII the most. Probably not a popular opinion, and I can totally see why, but I just love the world in XII so much. Sadly, the story isn't that great (or at least it progresses so slowly that it's hard to get because you just have to think so hard just to remember what happened earlier), but I really just enjoy running around the world to the extent that I don't even care.

I've only played a handful of Final Fantasies, but the ones that i have played my favorite is:

 

Numbered: Final Fantasy IV

Spin-Off: Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy

My favourite is FFX. FF6/7/8/9/12 they all share the 2º place in my list. FFXV has the potencial to share the Nº1 spot with FFX.

V is easily on my top 5 favourtie FF games, I really do recommend it.
