I think it depends on how good you are at searching for chests and that sort of stuff (using a guide saves time too). However, I normaly take long, so I think it'll be 200+ hours in my case.

Let's be honest if it was that long we would need huge padding and tons of filler worlds, Kh2 only clocked because it did just that, but i expect at least 60 hours or more on this one as they will make side content

for the main story, yes, but 100+ completion will almost definitely take a lot longer than that.

KH3 is confirmed to be bigger than KH2 in volume via worlds. So it's definitely going to be long just based on worlds.

I've noticed it won't be goddamn hallways anymore, so that a plus

80 hours at best, unless you want a lot of side content that's only combat

200+, although that's mostly just me projecting my hopes of how long it will take. And I hope at least 50% of that time is through the main story alone, if not 75%. My taste is the longer the better, I'm kind of messed up that way. X)"

Or to put it this way, the funner they make KH3 and the longer my experience with it can be prolonged, then all the better. X3 <3

Well, considering all the story content and all the mini/games, treasure, secret boss and any other kind of content we get will give us quite a lot of things to do, and thus, I am sure that to reach full, 100% completion of Kingdom Hearts III, it'll take at least over 150 hours.  And that's not even counting the hours for level grinding, because I'm gonna grind Sora all the way to level 99! :D  Gahhh, I want this game so badly already! X3

150 hours, but I don't think much more than that. It's going to be expansive, but it depends on your pacing; I tend to be pretty slow, and take my time.

(and also leave the game running while I do other things which gives me a poor estimate of how long I've actually played)

By the time my brother defeated the Lingering will to get just about the last thing (other than Gummiships cuz apparently nobody likes counting that as part of the completion...-.-), the total time it said on his save file was 100 or so hours, of course he did leave the game on while we were eating, so you might want to minus an hour or so from that.

My estimate is easily going to be approx. 150 hours to 100% the whole thing. (Even longer if you DO count the gummi routes, if they are guaranteed to appear in KH3)

I 100% completed KH1 in about 54 hours and KH2 in 70 and that was with me boosting stats for a couple of hours. I don't see KH3 taking any longer than 100 hours but I hope there's treasure chests everywhere because that's one of the most fun things. Exploring is fun but having the treasure chest incentive makes it even better. Also make the synthesis part more interesting than it was in KH2, I didn't really enjoy spamming heartless to get the gems and shards in the shop. Getting enough to make one of each thing in the synthesis area is enough IMO

Yeah they should take notes from KH1 and make areas intractable with puzzles or having secret areas in the terrain, something else than Combat and Treasure hunts please

I would say roughly around 150 hours or so for Platinum completion and all that jazz. I'm hoping with all the new worlds we're not use to seeing that they put development into making end game content fairly challenging.
