Dog Ninja! (Sign-Ups and Discussion)

Long ago, in the small little village of Tengoku, lived an evil witch who summoned demons to attack the village. What's worse, she created an army of cursed pineapple to attack the village as well! With these two great enemies, the villagers of Tengoku suffered the wrath of the witch.... That is, until Dog Ninja and other fellow awesome warriors came to the rescue!

With the power of the mighty warriors, they slayed every demon, and every cursed pineapple that threatened the village! The witch disappeared, and the village was safe once more! But unfortunately... The duties and serveces of Dog Ninja and the fellow warriors were no longer needed. As time grew and grew, the story of those warriors became nothing but a fairy tale.

You are the ancestor(or not) of one of the past's mighty warriors! As an aspiring Ninja, Samurai,(or whatever you are) you find yourself struggling(or not) to get by due to the zero demand of services in the village. However, nearby in the Great Forest, lays a hidden seal meant to contain the witch from long ago. But what if someone were to disturb this seal?

 

In this rp you may be one of two races;

 

Warrior: Ninja, samurai, mercenary, or whatever you'd like! As a trained fighter in a wide variety of arts, you find yourself scrambling to find any sort of work. Because demons and cursed pineapple are no longer a threat to Tengoku, you are lucky to find a cat in a tree to save. There's other work in other villages, but so far Tengoku hasn't had any work for your wondrous skills.

 

Demon: A servant of the dark forces, you have the dark arts on your side. You can teleport, hide in the shadows, and a whole bunch of other cool demon stuff. Due to the triumphant of the warriors many years ago, most demons have been slain. As a result demons now live amongst the humans, disguised as one of them. The witch was your ally, but due to her disappearance there is no hope in taking revenge against the humans once more. Due to many years passing since the victory of the humans, many demons have decided to turn good rather than evil.

 

Rules:

Your character may be human, or animal. (This rp is called Dog Ninja! Obviously so feel free to get creative!)

Your warrior may any sort of class. Ninja, samurai, monk. Get creative!

KH13 rules apply.

Keep this PG-13

Control as many characters as you can handle.

No God-Modding. You gotta lose sometime!

No killing characters or critically injuring them without permission.

No controlling other characters without permission.

Try to have at least five lines in a post. (It’s okay to have less here and there)

GRAMMAR OR I WILL MAIM YOU.

Feel free to contribute to the story, after all this is a rp. :)

Abilities/Skills: Ninja Jump, Ninja Cut, Ninja Slice, Ninja Jutzu.

Weapons: Shuriken, Dual Katanas.

Personality: Dog Ninja is a pretty cool dude. All he wants to do is impress the villagers with his awesome ninja skills!... By completing odd jobs. Because there is nothing but peace in the village, he is sadly out of work. It's hard to even get a dog biscuit.

Bio: Orphaned as a young pup, Dog Ninja spent his days training himself in the nearby orphanage in order to become the awesome ninja his ancestor once were. Trained by his sensei, Dog Ninja is skilled in a wide variety of arts. Now, his main job is... Slicing things. Fruit to be exact.

Age: the platypus equivalent of 46

Gender: Male

Class: Monk

Personality: Kind, quirky, calm, protective, and determined.

Bio: For years, the Scholar trained to protect the village from the ancient evils of demons and cursed pineapple, but without those enemies to fight, he began to search for other pursuits. He now spends his days as the owner of a humble tea shop, but he still remains vigilant for the sight of spiky fruit!

It doesn't look like anybody else is going to join... Foofie. I really wanted to get one other person in this rp. If anything, would you like to do this a 1x1? I'll try to ask around for another person.

Abilities: A very long, useful tail, Can run very fast and jump high. Has great combat skills.

Weapons: Her tail. That's all she needs.

Personality: Energetic, positive, joking, wisecracker.

Bio: It's unknown where Mia came from or when Mia is born. All that's known of her is that she is a rare specimen called a Marsupilami and that she was raised in the orphanage and she loves flowers so much that she keeps a four petal violet flower in her hair (the one in the picture). And the first word she ever said was "Houba"...And with all the words she learned then, she has kept that word ever since.

oh man my first rp!

Demon-

Name: Dave, although his demon name is Pleguas

Gender: Male.

Age: 190 years.

Appearance:

Demon appearance: Purple scaly skin with orange, almost transparent looking underbelly, ram horns, his face looks like my profile picture, and has two cat like claws, and dragon like claws for feet.

Abilities: Septic spit, berzerker mode, pouncing on enemies and being able to summon underlings.

Weapon: his claws and a trumpet to summon underlings.

Personality: He is normally calm and collected, although a bit dense and quiet, however if you try to attack him he will throw himself into a rage and not stop unless the enemy is defeated, he doesn't exactly have any self-preservation skills, and normally just goes on headfirst into battle, unless it's very explicit and clear that the side he's on is going to lose, he'll just continue to attack no matter what, and can't really be understood, his body language is almost non existent and his voice is very monotone, he will usually just lay down or lean on wall.

Bio: Dave was one of the witches many troops, and was incredibly grateful to fight for her cause, although he didn't exactly know what was it, so he risked life and limb for the witch, until the heroes showed up, which at the imminent fall of the witch he went into hiding, mostly out of fear, although recently he manages to integrate (kinda.) into human society.

well, I was concerned about if I could give my platypus enough depth for a 1x1, the point is now moot.

Hurray everyone is accepted! And it is an honor Deadlocked to have my roleplay be your first! Since we certainly have enough people, I'll probably start this perhaps tomorrow if everyone is okay with it.

I say that's great with me! I can't wait!

Well I was thinking maybe healing and poison are reversed. Like healing spells harm him, and poison actually heals him! If that is ok with you.

That sounds great! I say go for it.

Bio: Lalya is 1/4 demon 3/4 human. As a child of only three both her parents died. She moved in with her grandmother(One of the demons the that the witch Summoned) the two live a simple life in a nearby village. One day Lalya leaves to go live on her own in Tengoku. She gets a job working in the village's flower shop.

This isn't strict, however it's only fair to those who hasn't posted in a while. After all, we don't want anyone to get lost in the rp (just saying this since you both made a lot of posts)
