2 quid is good 2,209 Posted September 15, 2015 Oh yeah, definitely pre ordering! Pre ordered KH 1.5 and went to pick it up a week after release date. Mine was the only copy left in the whole store
Sorarocks93 678 Posted September 15, 2015 59.99? That's weird. I guess it's because X Back Cover is technically a new thing? And this makes me wonder just how long will the 0.2 BBS is going to be. 1 Exiblade7 reacted to this
Ven983 490 Posted September 15, 2015 I will wait till Amazon puts it up, and I will definitely be upgrading to a collectors edition should one be made. I love that they didn't even need to announce that it would be released outside Japan, it helps take the worry off the fans and gives these announcements a much more global feel. Green Sparrow 795 Posted September 15, 2015 I'm really excited for this game, but... 60 bucks? I'm sorry. Though this is really cool, I wouldn't say it is equal to $60. I'm going to need another trailer or two to convince me (D23 A GO GO!!!). 1 Kingdomhe reacted to this
Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted September 15, 2015 I'm a Gamestop loyalist, I might wait until they are accepting pre-orders. 1 Heartless Plush reacted to this
Gwynbleidd 551 Posted September 15, 2015 £40 is a fair enough price in the UK, to be honest. That box art is looking fresh. I know it isn't final, but it looks neat. 2 2 quid is good and Bewilde reacted to this

I like to think of the pricing like this: A game like MGSV: Ground Zeroes was $40. So, let's chalk up $40 for BBS 0.2. Then, DDD released at $40 on the 3DS, so there's another $40. Then KHX Back Cover, which is kind of like a free movie. So, a full price isn't too bad.

A game like that is worth $5. Like Dead Rising: Case Zero. $60/£40 sounds a bit much currently, unless they show or say that KH0.2 is longer and more substantial. Even with DDDHD and X: Back Cover. 1 Shulk reacted to this
Jermaine 79 Posted September 15, 2015 Excuse me.... seems a bit pricey. Square knowing that they will milk money out of people like me, with their fancy names, .... Or maybe .2 is more than we think it is 1 Exiblade7 reacted to this

BlankShell 638 Posted September 15, 2015 (edited) I'll wait for a collector's edition announcement (you know it's coming since the 2.5 one did gangbusters) but full price, eh? I mean, 0.2 and Back Cover are entirely new, more or less, so it makes sense. Edited September 15, 2015 by BlankShell
Shulk 8,623 Posted September 15, 2015 Yep, called it. Full price for a remake of a 3 year old 3DS game, a movie, and what will probably just be a short demo-type game judging from the description calling 0.2 a "playable episode." $60 seems like too much for this. Isamu Kuno 2,512 Posted September 15, 2015 I see you added 2.8 to the banner, are guys (whoever is in charge of that kind of thing) going to add 0.2 as well? I know it's unnecessary but just for the hell of it?
Elast0 147 Posted September 15, 2015 If I wasn't sure before then I sure am now. Not getting this. $60 is way too much for a game I have already played, a short movie and a small episode. I'll stick to Youtube.

Kingdomhe 1,362 Posted September 16, 2015 man games are high. i have to get $400 for a ps4 and now $60 for 2.8...... why do i have the feeling thats going to be the same price for KH3. $400+ $60 + $60 = R.I.P wallet T_T

Yeah. Most of us here already own 3D, and X:BC will inevitably be uploaded to youtube within a week of release. The "playable episode" pretty much confirms it's our Ground Zeroes; not that I'm still a bit envious I won't be able to play it, but it's probably going to have, what, an hour or two of gameplay? $60 is definitely overcharging things; but what can I say, it's Square. 1 Shulk reacted to this
Ghjklbnm 7 Posted September 16, 2015 My guess is it's the same excuse for Type-0 HD, it's on the new-gen consoles. Is it bull? Maybe, probably. But at this point it's what should be expected of SE. These are the same people that priced a mobile port of FF at twenty dollars.
