Psychic_Ketchup 367 Posted September 12, 2015 Let's see... Caius travels through time, but doesn't really manipulate it that much, since what he's trying to prevent happens over and over. Young Xehanort basically gets given time powers by his future self, so that's cheating. Ultimecia is from the future, and is a really dumb villain. Lavos I'm not too familiar with, but considering he lay dormant for most of the history of the world, he is a bad time traveler. Which leaves the Time Mage, who literally has the word 'time' in his name, so he obviously wins.
