I got a chuckle out of that, but surprisingly enough I can see that happen.  MAKE IT SO, YUFFIE!  I have a bad feeling, however, that she'll say "Instead of having kids, *grabs Gabriel's shoulders threateningly*, let's adopt."  Poor Gabe might not know what he would be getting himself into.

Gabriel's a mute so...his AI will speak for him...setting up for the ship even more. Much fo hos disagreement xDBy the way Gabriel is very young . Dude's 19 I think....and Yltriss...she's like 10x his age! His Ai won't care though

Just because I am rather clueless regarding Gabriel, would Yltriss have any knowledge that he is a mute and that his AI is doing the speaking, and does the AI have a laughable wit that Gabriel cannot erase?  I find it hilarious that his own translator is matchmaking for his shy self.  =P

Regarding Fire Emblem, it is good to see so many fans of it under one Internet-spanning roof.  It tickles me pink to see that Awakening pairings are not only a source of sustenance for me but for others as well.

The games are indeed remarkable.  You may recall my fondness for the tracks back during the early days of Endless Blade Waltz.  There's just so much to love about the Fire Emblem series, something that Vaude got me interested in many years ago.

I've played Sacred Stones and Awakening, though I need to play some of the earlier games, too.  Thus far I would have to say that Awakening is my favorite because of its cast and soundtrack, but FE 8 is a close second to me.

The problem of having an AI become self aware. And thr fact that Gabriel's power make him connect with anything technological pretty much automatically with his mind. The thing can read his mind and say what it wants.

 

Pretty if Gabriel is shy around girls. The Ai is gonna tease him and try to get the girls to talk to him

Troublesome AIs aside. I think everyone knows Gabriel's vocal cord condition (csn't eveb try to speak or else he'l feel pain like it tearing itself apart). So he relies on Ais and holograms for communication.

 

Now his AI gets him into these situations with girls... at least its Yltriss its speaking to imagine if it was Neena or Eclaire...it would totally do that. Thing knoww it cannot die so it says whatever it feels like.

So I've been re-listening to some soundtracks lately.

 

ANd i've mind as well throw in one here, which I think fits with Korben.

 

 

Korben's final stand music, or whatevs.

 

 

 

 

 

Perfect tone, intense, creepy and gives the feeling that the boss isn't holding back.

 

Also, Hericide's meaning is the death of a lord, by the hands of one of his servants, albeit thats impossible, I believe. but yeah.

 

Regicide is just killin kings...theres a lot of cide word meanings...

 

 

Also, note, the game this track's from, The binding of isaac. IF you are of faint heart, or really religious, I don't recommend playing it, it has some pretty firetrucked up underline meanings.

 

After thinking a bit about what im doing...I really have nothing better to do...christ I need a hobby.

When I looked up hericide to find out more about this, I came up with 99% of results being for herbicide and a few for Binding of Isaac references until I found out that Bing has a stupid auto-correct feature supplementing "herbicide" for "hericide."  Silly Bing.  Nevertheless, very nice choice of music, with most probably an equally fitting title for Korben's potential death.

 

I wonder who will gain the honor of slaying the emperor, if such things come to pass, and afterwards claim his title?  Half, if not all, of the Emperor's servants do not appear to be loyal.

Gabe's loyal simply cuz of tech, the empire has the resources for his research, so yeah, he is one of the most trusted 'employee's' of Korben, so he is comfortable in his position.

 

If you throw money at Maxis, he can turn on the empire, no problem

 

 

Dunno about Yltriss though

 

As for who might get to slay Korben...It'l be Oryx of course!

Rija's.... complicated. She is very very loyal, but at the same time holds her morals in very high regard. What will happen to her is yet to be seen, especially with people like Eclaire (her formerly being in a position similar to Rija) and Derik (Rija's hunny bun in full canon) on the opposite side
