I kinda wanted to be a naga, but maybe I can do demon naga? 

Hmm, that should be interesting.  Would it predominately be in human form with serpent qualities?  It's very unique, but I don't think that should be a problem. : )  All sorts of races are accepted, though we really need to limit our amount of gods and preferably keep powers to a reasonable degree.  Beyond that, it's free reign.

Race Power: Able to transform into a goddess form where her appearance changes & she gains powers. Has no powers at all in her human form, her 1st goddess form gives her the power to fly, sound barrier (A special invisible barrier ball of sound waves around the user that can reflect almost any magical attack & redirect almost any physical attack), her body can't be pierced, cut, burned or broken by anything, AKA her body is indestructible. She can transform into more goddess forms which she gains new powers & also keeps her other forms powers too but all of her goddess transformations have a time limit to them, the higher the lvl the less time she has in that form. As a goddess she is ageless so no one knows how old she really is.

Bio/History: Uzume had joined sides with the rebellion at an unknown time to help stop the empires plans as she feels the empire has taken things to far but at the same time she's been helping the rebellion she's also been trying to find someone she needs to see. The whole time Uzume has been with the rebellion she's never once transformed into her goddess form as to hide her powers & her race from anyone's knowledge, her reason for this is unknown. Uzume has currently been roaming about cities & villages secretly trying to find this person she's been looking for while taking down empire soldiers with her powers & helping those in need. 

Personality: Uzume is a really serious person, doesn't take anything lightly, Loyal, passionate, strong-minded. But when she transforms into her goddess form Uzume's serious nature turns into a playful chilled out easy going nature but at her core she's still serious. Uzume has a focused mind to complete any mission even if it takes months to complete.

Bio/History: Plutia as been wondering about in the underworld for some time but has lately shes been appearing here & there throughout the world without anyone noticing her presences. Plutia seems to have some history with the empire as tho she had helped them out before at some point in time which has granted her their trust & that she will help them out again if need be, but around the same time Plutia had been torturing their soldiers, rebellions & others with her sick nature & horrible punishments which later on got her banished away by powerful magic users into the underworld. Somehow she's managing to enter the world at random spots & her intentions are unknown but you can bet they won't be good intentions. Plutia also has some history with both Peashy & Uzume. 

Personality: Plutia is very calm to the point she's almost seeming tired, Plutia often sleeps, happily makes dolls of others only to then torture the dolls for fun like a voodoo thing. But then Plutia transforms into her goddess form she becomes a sadistic dominatrix & gives off a bone-chilling presence due to her new sadistic nature.

I, don't really have a problem with Gods, Goddesses, Deities and other such things being in the numbers they are, as long as they're not weak as Light Beer. But not as strong as Vodka. (Alcohol analogies.)

Yeah, mostly human but with serpentine lower body, a few scales there and there and sharp nails, but other than that, you could confuse him for human.

 With all honesty they aren't even goddesses, Unversed only use the name since in Hyperdimension Neptunia they are the Goddesses. They are moreso like Supersoldiers. Nothing godly or divine about them.

Bio/History: David was born on the slums of a great city, working as the butcher of a unpopular food joint, who's main specials were beef and other meat, however, suddenly sales skyrocketed, but not the amount of costumers, as the usual costumers just ordered ridiculous  amounts of meals, this happened when he mixed the food with highly addictive substances and with not exactly legal nor organic ingredients, making it irresistible, and with the saved money of the sales, (and a lot of patience and some "help.") he managed to get the tonic Chameleon, however he was later found out as the one rigging the food, but escaped due to his newly acquired tonic, deciding to might as well do it, he manage to snag  enduring bolt and night piercer, and joined a rather small smuggling ring, who's speciality is in illegal chemicals.

Personality: David is not to be trusted, is constantly changing sides, mostly to favor himself, and is rather violent if provoked, but his loyalty has a price, also, he's easy to anger, however he does have standards, however he does work hard, and may take shortcuts there and there, but he still tries his best. He is prone to meddle with many things, usually with his work or for himself.

This looks great!  Accepted!  This is a very unique character and I'm eager to see him integrated into the story.  Where do you think you'd like to enter?  There isn't much going on for the criminal underworld yet except for Azrael speaking with Tiriel, really, but you're welcome to jump in anywhere you'd like.  Right now we've got a rebellion meeting going on in the Kingdom of Orience, an attack in Rhasolvich with an imperial general, a ninja, and a neutral player, while some kids and a healer are being offered shelter by a Shakespearean in the same town.  Further, within Rhasolvich (a lot of activity for a tiny peaceful village!) we have Peashy the kid goddess thinking about slaying a sick woman, who really needs to be stopped.  In imperial territory we have a spar in a bar with four rebels and an imperial demon, which you could join in on.  The possibilities are endless, but feel free to choose whatever feels right for you, and let us know if we can be of any help.

YAY! I can't wait to uses these characters & yeah Sabre is right, my characters are from the Hyperdimension neptunia games & in those games their the gods, but in this RP world their not gods. Like Sabre said their more like supersoldiers. I put them as a race of human goddesses, I did that to show their not true gods but more of a human that can transform into a stronger being like a god or a stronger being with god like powers. I am forever indebted to you. : P  Many thanks for taking the time to make this list, Unversed.  The only thing I can see is that Azrael, I believe, is technically on the side of the Criminal Underworld because he is the elder Demon, and Rufus Contralto is missing from the list (Human Mage) and is neutral helping the rebellion.

 

Also, Kunivas, I have two requests for you: would you mind taking both this list as well as the world map and putting them in the main RP thread so that everyone can access them?  That would be awesome, if you wouldn't mind.  I'm sure it'll be tough for everyone to find this  post later, and the map has been long buried.

No worries & I've updated the list moving Azrael to the Crinimal Underworld side & Rufus to the Neutral side & Rufus was on the list, he was just in the Rebellion side cause I thought he was on their side

*bangs head against wall*  Okay, now I'm feeling sheepish; I can't believe I overlooked that.  Eh, sorry about that.  We'll have to ask Vaude to be certain, but I think he's kind of like Henry where he's neutral but aids the rebellion every now and again.
