I'd normally be fine with this, but the rules do specify a limit of two characters per person, and I only allowed Kaneki and Javelin to join after the RP was closed since they were in the original RP. Of course, given how slow that group has been with posts, I might be willing to make an exception... I'll need some time to think about it, sorry I can't give an answer just yet.

Hey, everyone. It's... been a while. Xiro beat me to being the first post in this thread in a month but I can still make my somewhat grand entrance here.

 

So... As we all know, it's been a while since there was a post in here. While the sudden departure of a couple members had an impact on this, it's also largely my fault as I didn't do much to work around this. While school did keep me busy, I really should have tried to manage the RP more efficiently, and I apologize for that. This is the third attempt I've made at running the RP, and I was hoping this would be the run to actually make it all the way through. I'm not blaming anyone here for that failing to happen, though. I just needed to be a bit more active with my management.

 

Now, on to the main matter of business... After talking with Xiro about the topic, he had an idea that I thought I'd share with everyone else here: would anyone be interested in another reboot? We could try to continue this one (and if you all would rather do that, let me know and I'll do my best to piece everything together again), but at this point, I'm thinking it might be best to try starting over again. And I know that would be the fourth attempt at this RP, and I know that some people might be getting tired of the reboots at this point, but I know that some others want to keep this story going. If anyone doesn't want to come back for another reboot, I understand that. I'm just curious to see who all would be interested so I know that it would be worth putting into motion.

 

I will add that, if we do go for another reboot, I want to take a bit more time off to plan and make sure that we won't have any of the same issues that we had with these past few attempts. I'm hoping that I'll be able to put what I've learned from the previous runs to use for this one. Speaking of which, I've got another question for those involved: would anyone object to skipping over the long introduction of Radiant Garden and Twilight Town and getting on to the main action sooner? I feel like there's not much different to be done in terms of the setup, and Xiro suggested that this could be a good alternative to going through what's usually the same exact thing for the fourth time now. I could come up with a little summary for those events to help set the scene, although it would probably be based off of what happened during those chapters in this particular RP.

 

So, long story short, I'm looking to see who all would be interested in what will (hopefully) be the final reboot of this RP. Again, I apologize that I've done this so often, but I plan to make this last one the attempt that works. If anyone else is interested, let me know, and I'll get to planning once we see who all's in. Thanks for sticking around this long; I'm hoping that this will be the last time I try this again.

To Shulk, I would suggest delegating RP Host privileges to at least one [and at most three] other player(s) to allow an RP to continue if the host gets swamped with stuff again.
