Discussion regarding the Dark Margin

This is my first forum post, be gentle. 

 

Listen. Here are my many questions. What is the deal with the Dark Margin? I get that Nobodies can kind of enter and leave as they please, but how did Sora and Riku leave so easily, and why can't Aqua and DiZ leave? Why didn't Sora think to grab DiZ and then perhaps find Aqua? If/when Aqua leaves how will she do so? Is it like Limbo in Inception? Just a random place that has undefined terms as far as coming and going?

1) no idea on how sora and riku left. Most fans just assume kairi's letter was some portal back to the realm of light (princess of heart powers)

 

2) Aqua can't use the corridors of darkness like the organization can so she's pretty much stuck. DIZ can use the corridors of darkness but he did say he was losing his memories while he was there so im guessing he forgot how to use them.

 

3) when would sora have grabbed DIZ? when the kh encoder was gonna explode? More importantly he met aqua when he was 4, he barely knew she existed let alone she was trapped on some beach.

 

4) if i had to guess i'd say kairi is the key to finding aqua. I mean if she made a door there once she could do it again right.

 

These are just my speculations almost none of the questions have an official answer yet but they will be in kh 3 im guessing. So now we play the waiting game

Thank you for your thoughts! that is the thing, pretty much none of these questions are answerable, I just wanted to see what the community thinks...

 

I figure that perhaps Sora and Riku could have ran into Aqua while on the dark margin. But it is also assumed that Aqua and DiZ's conversation was quite a while after he landed in the Realm, so she probably wasn't in that particular area.. Interesting... Pretty deep lol.

The Dark Margin where Aqua and Ansem were is not the same one as the one where Sora and Riku were. They are pretty much the boundary of the Realm of Darkness, so there's more than one of them.

About the World of Darkness and such, you haven't gone into detail. Could you possibly talk about some of these things? Does the beach at the beginning and end of KH [iI] have some connection to the World of Darkness?

 

"Presently there are 4 main untold stories to consider: "the period of the King's absence", "the period of Riku's absence", "Roxas' time in Organization XIII" and "Xehanort's past". In this case, the story of "the period of the King's absence" is set in the realm of darkness. I am examining a way to tell these 4 stories so I might be able to find a way to tell them soon.

What can be called the dark coastline seen at the beginning and end of KHII is the tip of a world. It is not strictly part of the realm of darkness but rather what serves as the boundary line in between the dark and the in-between. In the ending, Sora and Riku were on the coast on the in-between side and were looking at the sea of the realm of darkness. The door visible in the dark sea is a scene that symbolizes "Deep within the darkness, there is light", as Sora said in the previous KH."

 

So while Aqua and Ansem the Wise are in the Realm of Darkness, Sora and Riku were just on the in-between side.

Sora and Riku were on the edge of the Realm In-Between, while Aqua and Ansem the Wise were in the Realm of Darkness.
