Faaron was fareing any better than Alexander, having a bit more of a sheltered life he never really went out in the cold. "This is ridculous..." He muttered to himself as he too shivered in the cold. He eventually pulled out a traveling cloak and put it on over his clothes. Putting the hood up.

Maggie was getting bored. Walking silently through the snow was no fun, even if they did find a legendary gemstone out of it, so she decided to find someone to annoy.... I mean, converse with. The princess was even more annoying than she was, she had talked to Lenord before, Catrain had a big scary dragon that would probably dislike her and decide to eat her, Armad had stated a few moments ago that he didn't like spies, thieves, or assassins, so she decided getting on his nerves was a bad idea... Finally she decided to go talk to the bard. What was his name again? Oh, right. Faaron. She walked over to the hooded figure and poked him on the arm. "Hello there. You are looking rather chilly today." She was an icicle herself, but had decided not to show it, suppressing her shivers and walking with a slight spring, added to a smile normally did the trick. "How have you liked this adventure so far?"

Alexander didn't like cold, at all, he was used to the heat of the desert plains of Varius, he wore a scarf, some thick fur clothing as well as having his armor on, and he was still shivering, "At least I won't die of hypothermia, I hope." He whispered to himself in a wasted attempt to cheer up, he walked over to Catrain and Penna, "You know, I knew i'd be cold from what we were told, but I didn't know it would be this cold" he said as he frowned, "how are you holding up?" he asked.

As Catrain trudged through the snow with the rest of her team, she was surprised that so many people were having trouble with the cold. With all of her time spent traveling, she'd been to quite a few places that were as cold as Regna Ferox. She thought that the others would have probably been to similar places in the past, as well. "I'm fine." Catrain smiled. "I've been to colder places than this one. Hopefully you'll build up some resistance here, since we might be here for a while." She told Alexander.

"Ahh, my favourite Princess. Surprisingly, I have remained unfrozen, given these temperatures and such." She said, then chuckling at her hair being ruffled, smiling afterwards.

"As for sleeping, pretty well! Did you?" She asked.

"Im hoping on that as well, I just can't get used to the cold" he said as his shivering was stopping a bit, "I can handle the heat without any trouble, but cold always gets me, its more annoying than anything." He explained as he walked alongside Catrain and Penna, his shivering quieting down as his thick fur coat was actually being useful for once, and contrary to what a certain beastgirl said, this coat doesn't slow him down at all, although the could and the snow might,

"If we do get into a fight, lets hope theres not too much snow, this'l just slow us down." he commented, looking back, it seemed like some were having trouble with the cold as well, which made him glad he wasn't the only one having trouble.

It was... cold. This was really a very obvious fact, but one well worth noting. At least to Alice. She'd never been a fan of the cold, not in the slightest. For once she was glad that she probably wouldn't be directly facing anyone in battle. Clutching her staff, she looked over the current group of mercenaries, and turned to her brother. "Why... do you always insist on being late? You know this is a serious matter."

 

Brian scoffed. "Alice, let me tell you a few things. First of all, pegasi are naturally resilient to the cold, and their riders are often kept warm by them. This means that I can fly up in the air, get a bit of reconnaissance done, and just enjoy the sight. And second of all, it's no fun always being on time," he said,  smiling at the end. "Trust me, we'll be fine. Unless we have horrible luck, what co-"

 

"Don't. Say. Those. Words," Alice interjected, retracting her staff. "Seriously, don't. Now, let's go into camp, and apologize, okay?"

 

"Fine," grumbled Brian, as he got off of Blitz, and led him into the camp. He walked up to wherever Brooklyn was, and said, "Sorry for being late, boss, just had to take in the sights. How's the weather treating you?" with a smirk on his face.

She said the last part slightly more quietly so as to not be heard by their cold native companions. "Although," she added, "it is very beautiful. Like someone painted the world white."

"If we do end up in a battle, hopefully our opponents will also be slowed down. Otherwise, we'd be in a lot of trouble." Catrain sighed. "Of course, it would be much better if we just didn't need to fight at all." She said, hoping this would be a casualty-free trip into Regna Ferox. "Those of us riding wyverns or pegasi would probably be best off in the battle, but it would be kind of difficult to carry everyone at once." She tried to make a small joke.

"True, can't carry everyone" He said, with a chuckle and "If a battle does ensue, mind If I tag along? last thing i want is to trudge through snow to get to the enemy unit, if I don't die of hypothermia halfway." he said with a laugh and a smile, "Im sure we'l manage if we get to a fight though." he said as he walked with Catrain and Penna, "I'd take a desert any day over this..." he commented, as he heard the others commentary about this, he couldn't help but overhear what Maggie said about the people who live in cold areas, which made him get a small smile on his face at her statement.

(Ok, prepare yourselfs..)

After the group crossed the bridge, they finally entered the gate with caution, surprisingly, there were no guards, not even a soul, how it was possible, if that was the main entrance to a sacred treasure, to not be protected or guarded? "This.. this is strange, don´t you think?" Reiner mutteered as he rided his horse to the other side of the gate. There was a white structure, like a palace, but a little smaller, with many green details, like jade. 

"So this is the temple... but.. where are the guards?" Wolt reflexed as he followed the group to the main plaza, there was only one door to enter the temple, open in a sign of welcome, the silence was frigthening as the snow began to fall. 

 

As they came close a fetid smell was spreading around. "Ughh.. what is that...." Reiner thought as the group became closer and closer, then a growl began to sound on the other side. "Prepare! incoming enemy!" Reiner shouted as e prepared his lance. Then from the door, a human form came out, it was alive? no.. it was not, but it was moving, just like a living person, axe in hand, red eyes... legends and myths of the war of yore ddescribed them.. Risen.

Snow will reduce accuracy of attacks, doesn´t affect pegasus knight and Myrmidons.

Green team are neutral units that will help you on their respective turn. They can also be attacked by the enemy so be careful. Green units are controlled by their respective ouner, so the tactician can´t decide their order of attack, it will be decided by RP creator. If  agreen unit falls, it will die, so you usually will need to recruit them before it´s too late. Only Brooklyn and Arcelia can recruit new units in their turn using the command Talk.However you cannot attack if you decide to talk to them so think careful if your HP is low . Due to story plot, green units cannot be recruited in this chapter.  

 

Also remember, we are now playing serious, so 3 strikes and you´re out. Best of luck. Now pick the order tactician!

I would suggest teaming with someone who has the same kind of weapon and abusing the Weapon Triangle (sword users V axes, axe V lance, then use Brooklyn to attack at and damage the bowman with his Fire magic. Make sure if your unit can use other weapons to specify which weapon you have equipped or this may end poorly.

 

Do note, this is just my suggested action. War is hell. Orders and plans don'taccount for the subtle bits of chance in a way, that's where instinct comes in. If you feel you must make another move, so it.)

My ancestors bestowed that fault upon me so I Guess i should try to fix that... for starters I'll just say...Im sorry for all the grief our people have caused you and I do hope we can come to terms one day." He says before he returns his attention to the road ahead

 

Yany nodded in agreement to Armad hopping the same thing. As the group crossed the bridge entering the through the gates Yany could feel something strange within the air "Hm...whats this?" thought Yany to herself, then Yany could smell something foul in the air "This smell is very similar to the smell of a corpse" said Yany to the group before we could see the risen enemy.

After seeing the risen Yany quickly used her beaststone transforming into her werebunny form. "So these are what Panne fought many years ago. Risen..." said Yany as she stared at the risen enemies, "Are they after the sacred treasure? or are they after us?" thought Yany before spotting her opening "That risen looks like an archer & an archer can't counter my quick attack speed" thought Yany as she charged at the archer risen through the snow "The snow might have slowed my vision but you risen can't hide your smell, TAKE THIS!" yelled yany as she jumped spinning her body like a ball straight towards the archer risen enemy.
