As the Tactician, is it possible I could get a personal copy of the stat list so I can plan accordingly, normally I color code this shit.

Mmm mm you can print the one in the google doc, right? xD

Question, pairing up in this RP will net experience to both characters paired up? or the one whose turn it is? because from what I have read, in the games one of the pairs don't get experience?

Both units get experience. But the main unit at the moment of the turn will earn more than another.

You would however be right in most cases, prior to the Pair Up system, units could "Rescue" other units and move them away from a bad location or get them off the field from being damaged, but they would both hamper and help the unit. They could hamper by piling on some stat debuffs (not much, but every digit counts...) but they can benificial as they will still get the teammate support level stat increase. With this system, the Rescued unit did not exist aside from their stat effects on the rescuer and in exchange they were granted a marginable level of safety till they could be dropped off, healed, ect. This system in fact is abisable, however, if you know when the situation is right. Primarily, what you need are: A boss unit that doesn't move off of a spot that heals them. The boss unit to either not have access to or to find a way to trick it into not switching to a ranged weapon of any kindThe unit you want to grind does, in fact, have a ranged attackBoss units give off more EXP, even when just hit. So you can farm for EXP off of such characters (bosses thst have a constant heal and don't move) as long as your careful about it. This method is great for early game grinding, but by any luck, I doubt you have a ranged weapon the Swordsman can use, so they lag behind as a result for a while, but your lance/axe/even maybe Anima or Bow users with this treatment should be able to hold off for a while until your sword units catch up.

Ok, one more question on pair ups (please forgive me for being new to this idea). If I have Maggie pair up, does the person who I pair her up with use the combined action as their own turn, or are they free to act separately later?
