Valhite saw as the bear and the bird fires ultimate canon. Valhite was just about to summon the tower Arcana but he already blown off. The canon hit Ren and the other man.

 

"No!! Ren!" Shout him. As Ren incinerated. He punched the ground grumblimg why he couldn't protect anyone.

 

"Even that unknown guy is also perished.. What the heck" he could only wathc in terror as the beast trying to kill every people in the area.

 

"What should I do now.."

Markus could only watch in horror as both Pride and Lust died, "Great...all I needed, casualties...this is going to be trouble...FOR ME!" he shouted at the end as he punched the ground so hard it created a small crater, with a pretty large hole where his hand impacted, pissed off now, after all, the superiors probably thought he was the one responsible over the group, and he hated that fact.

 

He stretched his arms, as his aura grew, his anger as well he was unaffected by the wind and fire going his way, an energy barrier around him protecting, a strong one at that.

 

"We focus on killing these things, what else?" he said in a firm and angry, but low tone.

He heard someone with a strong anger punched the ground. Hard enough that the ground itself cracked. He knew now that guy is also a Sin. The guy told Valhite to keep focused to kill the beast instead of regretting what have happened. Valhite, was so inspired by this man . Finally, Valhite stood up

 

"I could boost your strength triple times than your original. But your speed decreases greatly. So, I will create a distraction on them so you could punch them with that monstrous power. How about that?" Proposed Valhite

Conchita gasped, watching the mix of wind and fire torment the air around them. The wave of heat reached her, she felt her skin ache, almost burning. Her sensitive wings felt it even more. She was barely able to keep her balance, the wind throwing her around like a rag doll as she struggled to fly with her wings. She spun her axe, electricity following the tips as the spinning formed a small shield of electricity in front of Conchita, just in time as the fire reached her, pushing her back with great force. "Wha!" Conchita shrieked. How she hated this type of situations. She watched as the fire incinerated not only two of their own, but the trees around them as well into nothing but ashes. "Holy crap!" Conchita screamed, her back hitting the nearest tree as she spun her axe to her side. She stood up in the branch, looking around at the storm. "I'm pretty sure magical bears and birds weren't part of the job description!" Conchita complained. She couldn't even eat them! To top it off her hunger was getting worse. If she didn't pause to eat she would start becoming even more irritated, and that would mean end up becoming unnecessarily violent. "What can we do, though? It looks like we beat them, but..." Conchita held her axe tightly, ready for any up coming attack that might come as a surprise.

Markus looked at Valhite, who had just stood up, intrigued by his offer, Markus pondered for a second.

 

"Alright, lets do this" Markus said walking forward unaffected by the wind, he awaitedawaited for Valhite to boost him.

 

"This better work, the last thing I need is more casualties" Markus said with the same tone as before, angry, but calm.

Valhite nodded. "Alright, Strength Arcana!" He summoned strength arcana to his hand and threw it at The Guy face. The card dissapeared before it could hit the guy face

 

"Alright you could feel the boost now. But I can't distract them alone. Tell your friend I need friends to distract them" said Valhite

Zallenal was moving through the rocky terrain when the most biggest Giant appeared before him. Zallenal must have finally reached the land of Giants Megadozer. Zallenal quickly took a good look at him while he was atop a mountain, "Hm...he looks very strong indeed. I hope this goes well" thought Zallenal as he prepared himself mentally. After the ground stopped shaking Zallenal quickly kneeled on one knee before he spoke "I am here on request of my lord Ultime to see if you will so kindly stay neutral in our current affairs lord Setzier?" said Zallenal waiting for an answer.

Lynn is currently moving through big open fields of grass about to pass into a swampy area as she heads somewhere.

Xillis heard the voice that echoed in the sky's around them speaking about how her power lvl measurements of the ethereal bear were off. "Hm...that sorcerer witch might be right there, A creature that's not physically alive is harder for me to fully see their overall power lvl. But I know for sure my measurements are somewhat close witch" said Xillis as Cobica's exploded body landed near her. Xillis eyes narrowed towards Cobica when she hear'd Cobica call her sexy. As Cobica was about to snatch her sword from her back Xillis muttered the words "BlackThunder: Tempest turn" & suddenly 2 blurred images of Xillis went around Cobica while Xillis turned around throwing a punch at Cobica's stomach, but as her punch made contact with Cobica's stomach it simply passed through him, then Xillis's body faded away revealing that Xillis was actually right behind Cobica with one of her daggers lightly touching his neck area from behind "I see...your Strength states are Str-1980. That's pretty impressive, those states are even higher than mine, but don't get cocky" said Xillis as she lightly stabbed her dagger into the back of his neck, just then a sudden jolt of thunder burst'd through her dagger shocking all of Cobica's muscles making them tense up so tight that it was paralyzing him consistently. Xillis then crossed her arms again "I saw your power to regenerate yourself, so I know your a troublesome opponent to kill, your mistake was letting me see that ability. Now stay still won't you. You'll get your chance at me after your other sins finish their fight" said Xillis calmly.

The disintegration of two of their own Sins, Pride and Lust, while she didn't know them very well, did shake Tanya to her core, giving minor grief but extreme anger, though not as much as Markus of course. "Grrrr! Damn it all to hell!" She shouted in frustration as Markus powered himself up along with a boost from the guy with the cards, perhaps this time was desperate enough for her to strengthen herself. So, pulling out a special Dagger, she took the blade in her left hand and sliced it, quickly creating a bleeding wound, speaking an incantation, her Talisman began glowing with a red, pulsing light and her irises even lit up a bit as her power increased via Blood Magic. "Now you've provoked Envy's Wrath, beast...time to die." She uttered before wreathing both hands in flames, which had turned red due to the Blood Sacrifice and launched a barrage of enhanced Fireballs at the familiars with a vengeance for her fallen comrades.

Markus held out his arm, as not only his strenght was massively boosted by his wrath energy, but with Valhite's arcana boosting him as well, a small smile on his face from the sheer power he could feel.

 

He simply gestured towards Tanya, who was the first to attack, "There's the distraction, help her out" Markus said as he started walking forward, feeling how slow he was with the boost was a weird feeling, but he would manage, but he then looked at Xillis and Cobica, he then held a pure energy orb on his hand and threw it, the orb hitting a tree next to Xilis, disintegrating the area hit by the orb instantly, "GET OUT OF THE CROSSFIRE" he shouted to her and Cobica, "If you're not going to help at the very least take whatever it is that two are up to and take it somewhere else." Markus said with anger on his tone, as always

 

Seeing Conchita in struggle, mostly of which he thought was her hunger, "Conchita, help Tanya and the boy, we'l let you have a bit of Cobica later, not like he'l lose anything" Markus said as he kept on power walking forward and stopping, waiting for an opportunity to open.

(The only memory I have of Banjo and Kazooie is the boss scaring me so badly that I cried each time I heard the theme song for the Nintendo⁶⁴ game. On another note, I lost sight of what we're fighting...)

 

Conchita perked her head up once she heard Markus offer up Cobica. She didn't hear him offer up a teammate, however, in her mind, he had offered up food, and that was good enough for her. "Eh?~ Do you really mean it, mister Markus?!~" Conchita asked, the thought of cooked up meat with some herbs sounding really good right now. "Hm~ Alright! I'm on it~" Conchita said cheerfully, jumping down from her branch as she flew higher into the air, following Tanya and the boy's attacks. Conchita spun her axe, sparks flying from its blades. "Here we go!" Conchita said, starting to spin in circles as she held the axe. The axe glowed brightly with electricity as multiple beams and slashes of electricity went flying at the familiars, smashing against them and the ground with force to shatter the ground where they landed here and there. Conchita spun, shooting as many as she could before slowly stopping, feeling the world around her spin, now a bit dizzy. "Whoopsie..~"

"Finally more help" Valhite said to himself.

 

Valhite lifted his hand upward and start the summoning sequence

 

"Summon! Sword Arcana!" He shout as an Arcana appeared at the top of his head.

 

"5 swords please" he said to the Arcana. The Arcana then unleashing 5 swords from inside of the Arcana and Valhite wield it Telekinetically. After he got the 5 swords, he ran toward the bear and throw his 5 swords at the bear vital points so that the bear would be Paralyzed. He then summon his Magician Arcana and unleashed water across the Bear body. He was very tired because he used too many Arcana at once. Then he stopped and looked at conchita

 

"Hey axe-girl do that electricity attack again on the bear!" Yelled Valhite

Cobica rolled his eyes as he stood paralyzed. The appearance of a suit of dark armor destroyed the dagger, ending the paralysis. The armor disappeared just as fast as Cobica stretched for a second. "Y'know beautiful, you really shouldn't be so mean to guys who just want a little peeksy at your sword." Cobica said as he sliced through the two copies of Xillis with Carnwennan. The magic dagger was now imbued with the Tempest Turn spell, and it showed as two copies of him stood next to Cobica. He glanced towards the others, who still seemed to be struggling with the beasts. "Hey Mark-boy, I'm trying to seduce, I mean make a new friend over here. But I guess if you can't handle those silly animal ghost things by yourself..." Cobica yelled at Wrath. He summoned dark fire in his off-hand, before firing the large projectile at the familiars. It promptly split into several more dark fireballs, which theoretically would explode on impact. He looked back to Xillis. "Now, where were we..." He said before turning invisible. His copies moved towards Xillis, doing anything they could to distract her as Cobica invisibly pilfered her blade.

Setzier laughed loudly and heartily. Zallenal could note that his breath smelled really really bad. "And why would us mighty giants need to listen to anything puny humans ask of us? Perhaps instead, Camelot has offered us a fortune to side with them! Then what would you do little boy?" The Rebel Giant asked of Zallenal. Of course, technically, he was not the Giant King, but he might as well be. So many of the Giants had sided with him, that he held more power than that geezer. Setzier waited expectantly for the Great Holy Knight's answer.

If when that happens, and it's too late for us to start over, then it will be a dire time for us all!"But you're able to do necromancy!" The bird cried out."Thst I can do, but there is no magic thst can force a soul to return... yet... and that is part of what we need of them! So forgive me. Dinner will be on me, tell Casper to put it on my tab tonight."The bear and bird jumped for joy at this moment, not taking another second, they vanished into mist."Ah, those two, as much as they can be a bother, they're good. They weeded out the weakest of the group, and brought the strongest a little closer. It's time for me to mark my appearance... at the Border! Oh, Smitty!" She clicked her toung, and a broom, which resembled some sort of odd device with a collection bag, rotating bristles, and a bag with witch to collect the dusts and dirt flew down to her. She mounted it, and flew off into the wild blue yander, towards the Border...

Markus had a disappointed expression in his face as the beasts vanished, "Dammit!" He said in annoyiance as he smacked a tree beside him, with his wrath built up and the strenght boost from Valhite, the part of the tree in which he hit blew up in half, the other half falling with a loud thud, "Can you take this thing off?" he asked Valhite with a now disappointed and angry tone.

 

"Alright...We should keep heading on with the mission given to us, we can't go back if we don't do it." he said with an annoyied tone, as he cleaned the dust off his outfit and looked at Xillis and Cobica, then glancing at Tanya, Valhite and Conchita

He was surprised by the much power this guy has. He looks at the tree and thinking if it was him, he would be torn to pieces

"S-sure, I will" Valhite absorbed the power of the strength from that man body, and put it back to Strength Arcana.

 

Then the man talked about some mission which Valhite didn't know for sure.

"Wait, mission? Why are you looking at me? Anyway what's your name? And who is the unknown man which is killed beside Ren?" Asked him to that guy

As the beasts suddenly vanished into the mist, Tanya felt a mix of suspicion, relief and disappointment, but verbally stating: "Huh....I, don't know how to feel about that...their strength was incredible....I want that." She said aloud, she envied their power, not exactly uncommon for her to do.

She cleared her throat, healed her hand wound with Healing Hands and deactivated her Blood Magic in the process, looking to Markus. "You did pretty good in that battle, Markus. Good job." She said with a light smile on her face.

Valhite's questions caught her attention, obviously he must have been looking for the Artist formerly known as Lust, now known as ash on the ground.

"The Sins of Pride and Lust were the ones who perished in the Firenado the Familiars produced, stranger. And our mission is important and we need all the help we can get, especially now." She said as she dusted herself off and adjusted her clothing. "What is your name, anyway? We don't have time to wait around." She asked with a hint of impatience in her voice.

Zallenal was trying to ignore the giants really bad breath as to not be rude while he continued the conversation while still remaining on one knee, "I assure you I'm no measly human lord Setzier, I am a great holy knight of Liones & whether or not you side with Camelot doesn't really concern me. But I will remind you your clan & the fairy clan both have peace treaties with us humans to keep the peace in this world of ours & if that peace were to be break out in war over something like money would be a betrayal of all we have done. So I guess I would ask the question why would you want side with someone that would break the peace lord Setzier? surely not for the money?" said Zallenal hoping his words didn't offend the giant.

Lynn was currently moving through a massive swampy area filled with very tall trees that clouded the sun itself making it seem like it was night all year round & strange green water that can't be traveled through by human sized creatures as they just get swallowed whole, but if they were a giant or could fly they could travel easily. Lynn had come across an old as house in this swampy place. "Here's the place, just like I remembered. I wonder if that old lady is still alive here?" said Lynn as she knocked on the door carefully while she put her head close to the door. Soon a very old looking lady opened the door holding a cat in her arms "Oh! your still alive! thankgoodness I-- OUCH!" yelled Lynn as she got her head smacked by the old lady "I'm not dead yet you little scamp! I may taught you how to use your clans powers & even taught you how--" said the old lady "No,no,no, stop. I'm sorry...but I know you can see what I've been doing lately since that girl killed my parents & I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on where & what I should do about her & the 7 deadly sins?" said Lynn hoping for some guidance.

Xillis was watching the fight until Markus threw an energy orb near her causing her to quickly move out the way which she did in no time flat. But in that time it looks as tho Cobica had escaped her daggers paralysis using a dark armor like stuff "Uh! that's dark matter...so...he's one of us" thought Xillis as she stood strong eyeing Cobica closely as he stretched out. "For you to speak to me in that manner must mean your either the sin of greed or the sin of lust & NO one is to touch this sword of mine...It's purpose still is yet to be met" said Xillis as she then took the blade from her back holding it still in it's sheath in her left hand while Cobica made his 2 copies of himself. "Hmph, so this is one of the powers of a scared treasure given to those of sins." said Xillis as Cobica turned invisible "Stealing my tempest turn move was almost a smart thing to do if I didn't know how it works. Those copies of yours will fade away on contact" said Xillis as she quickly threw 2 daggers with black thunder running through them at the copies heads causing them to fade away, "I wish you'd know who I am sin?" said Xillis as she heard Cobica's footsteps coming closer to her & so she muttered "BlackThunder: Zetag" & in a flash of black thunder Xillis was gone with her blade still in hand, still unsheathed. Her presence on the battlefield was gone as tho she somehow either teleported or was shot somewhere else.

Valhite was froze for the statement that the girl said to him. That guy who had died is Lust..

"Lust!!?" He freaked

So, that was... Lust.. he felt to his knee

 

"I waste my time, my age, and my training to defeat Lust! Damn!!" He punched the ground..

 

He didn't know what to do again, all his life was given just to killed the Lust and he died easily by a bear? He could have defeat him by himself. But why to a bear?

 

Then the girl seemed to ask for his help. He stand and glare the girl

 

"I never trust the Sins to do their job for the good" he said

 

"But, seeing you willing to cooperate with me and protect that girl over there" pointed Xillis

 

"I... decided to take the role of the Lust if you may. But if you don't want me to become Lust that's fine, as long as I'm with you guys. I will have my life full of joy" he said

 

"But don't think you could attack me easily from the blind side, I will put my guard up everytime" continued Valhite. Accepting the girl invitation to join the fray

"Well it might be because we AREN'T good, to be a sin you need to be a dangerous criminal, like that Fairy over there, shes a cannibal, so you can't turn into lust out of the blue, but you are free to acompany us, I don't care." Markus told Valhite with a serious expression on his face, the wrath starting to die down as his pendant stopped shining.

 

Hearing the small rant of the woman that Cobica was trying to 'seduce' which to him looked more like sexual harassment more than anything, he heard some of her statements, "Well you could tell u-" but she had soon teleported in a bolt of black thunder, making hims sigh "Or you could teleport away, that works too." he said now annoyied as he looked at Conchita, as he gestured at Cobica, "As promised, have fun." He said, as he nodded at Tanya, "We survived, thats something." he said.

Tanya couldn't help but chuckle inside at Markus's remark about the teleporting stranger that Cobica decided to harass. Even she wouldn't stoop to sexual harassment, regardless of her envy. "At least he could have bought her dinner first." She quipped. "And yeah...us surviving counts for something...can't say the same about our comrades....a real shame, they showed promise too..." She lamented, but was glad that she, Markus, Conchita and the other two survived.

She then looked at Valhite. "One does not simply become a sin, especially one of Lust. I'd guess you're more celibate than lustful. However, your abilities could be useful to us, so feel free to accompany us if you wish." She explained as she looked back at the surviving Sins, glad that they weren't ALL dead, but punishment would be due should they abandon their cause or lose focus and would come swiftly due to their backgrounds.

"Did I do good?!" Conchita asked, pulling on Markus' arm as she jumped up and down happily. That was the first time in a long time that she had any fun in fighting. She backed away, turning to Cobica. She paused, crossing her arms. "But...Cobica is still alive." Conchita said, turning to Marks with a sad and annoyed look. "I can't eat him while he's alive! That wouldn't be very nice! He's part of the team isn't he?! Besides if I try to eat him alive he would move too much and that would be very annoying. I need to cut him up and skin and cook it well. I need to make it something worthy to eat, you know!" Conchita complained, whining before pouting and slowly walking over to Cobica. "Cobica~...you wouldn't mind lending me an arm or a leg of yours, right? I can even make you dinner if you give me enough of your body for me to cook...I promise you'll taste pretty yummy~" Conchita said with a smile. She was always hungry, but she would only report to just eat a fellow partner if she was at the edge of her starvation. If there was a chance, she would cook and make every meal as enjoyable as possible.

Tanya looked at the rather excited fairy, noting that she really like two things: Fighting and eating.

"You certainly seem excited, Conchita." She remarked with her hands on her hips, stepping towards her, stopping at an expected social distance. "A little endearing in an odd way considering what you're excited about." She added playfully.

She contemplated offering her own flesh just out of curiosity, but she wasn't certain about how well her Healing abilities could help, especially since she's never been bitten like that before.

"How are you feeling anyway?" She then asked.

Ilea let out a tiny sigh at all of this. Well, that was a pain in his ass. Two of their Sins down and they hadn't even started the real mission yet. If his companions were just going to die left and right, they'd be wiped out before they even got to their destination.

"You're all a sorry sack of imbeciles..." Ilea let out another sigh and twirled a bit of his hair. So much for a being a band of powerful warriors, he mused. Apparently being criminals didn't save them from their own mortality.

Zallenal waited a moment for Setzier the giant's response to his question, but then he spoke again "Well?...if you won't answer my question then what about this question. Why would Camelot a kingdom that has power need more power from your clan?" said Zallenal feeling a bit off about what Camelot's been doing.

Lynn waited the old lady to speak. The old lady closed her eyes while she stroke her cat "The girl you speak of who killed your parents his my daughter Xillis." said the old lady. Lynn was shocked & confused "B-but why did you not tell me this sooner? & how old ARE you?" said Lynn right before she got another smack to the head by the old lady "You never ask a lady how old they are!, now then. You were to young for starters but I think I can tell you know. When Xillis was born she & her brother Zallenal would play all sorts of games that caused them to challenge one another to do better then the other to win. As the years went by they soon became old enough to venture out on their own, so I gave Zallenal some words to live by that would help him find inner strength, & I gave Xillis a special wrist band that can show her the power lvls of others to remind her to always train to be better then her brother & a special sword so she can protect her lover as I did with it, should she ever find one. But from what has happened between her & her brother I fear that Xillis will use the sword for what it was created for." said the old lady "Well?...what was the sword created for?, & what should I do about any of this?" said Lynn "That's truly up to you my dear. I don't much care for what befalls the world, But if you want to see nature remain untouched by war & darkness then I shell tell you what you come for. Head south to Camelot, there you will find your missing weapon & your parents special weighted gloves & boots" said the old lady "Thank you for all your help, bye now" said Lynn as she then headed for Camelot.

Xillis soon come down from the sky in a bolt of black thunder cracking the earth below her, she was far far away from the where the seven deadly sins were now. In fact she was really close to the Fairy King's Forest, Xillis stood up slowly staring into the sky "Heh heh...heh heh hahaHAHAHA!!" laughed Xillis uncontrollably. "So one of the 7 sins is a half-demon like me...I haven't felt this excited since I fought my brother many years ago, HAHAHA!!" laughed Xillis. Soon Xillis's demon mark started to show on her left arm, her eyes blackened, the tips of her ponytails slightly turned black "I'm getting to excited!...I- I need to clam down" said Xillis to herself right before the holy knights that Zallenal sent to see the king of the fairies Multius showed up "H-hey! you there! you look alot like the girl how kill those holy knights in that small village." said one knight "You'll be coming with us." said another knight "Ah...something I can let my excitement out on, but first...what brings holy knights out here?" said Xillis "Where to see Multius, king of the fairies to confirm that they will stay out of our affairs" said another knight "You idiot! don't let people know what our orders are!" said another knight. Xillis had then already grabbed one of the knights by his neck holding him above the ground "Thank you, how about I see him for you since you'll all be dying here right before me" said Xillis as a strange blackness slowly turned the held knight into black dust "R-RUUUUUN!! we must report this AHHH!!" said another knight before he died, then one by one they all died. Xillis's demon mark was gone now & she is back to normal & is heading to see Multius, king of fairies.

Conchita paused, getting her hands to her stomach. "Honestly, I'm feeling hungry..." Conchita said, almost sounding sad, her eyes glimmering innocently as the same charm that lured people to their deaths for her simply radiated from her. "And I ate all of my snacks already! I'm so hungry..." Conchita whimpered, her stomach legitimately growling here and there. She looked up at Tanya. "You wouldn't happen to have some snacks, would you?" Conchita asked, then walking over to Markus. "Any snacks would do." Conchita insisted before finally turning to Ilea. "Surely you're too lazy to eat so can I have your food?" She crossed her arms. "Unless we reach our destination and we find food there. Oh but that could take hours~ I don't think I can last that long~" Conchita complained as she fluttered her wings in frustration, lowering them down looking even sadder as she held her stomach. "Hmm...~ To think Lust and Pride didn't left any bodies behind...do you think their ashes are around though? I can maybe use them to bake a cake?"
