The Seven Deadly Sins: From The Ashes (RP)

Cobica smiled to himself as he sauntered alongside the other Sins, hands held behind his head. King Ultime, as their first mission, had ordered them to go to the Camelot-Liones border where the incident yesterday had occurred. Rumor had it that Camelot forces were gathering along the border, and their job was to confirm whether or not this was the case, report back, or, should they attack, defend the border until actual defenses could be set up. Now, Cobica did not particularly care about whether or not Liones fell. But they said they'd execute him (or try to at least) if he didn't join this group and complete these missions or whatever. Besides, might be fun. If his lifespan was going to be this long, he might as well at least try to have some fun with it. And maybe Camelot would have some nice things. Cobica liked nice things. He glanced towards Wrath (he hadn't memorized everybody's actual names yet), who seemed the most uptight and actually in control of them all. "How much longer till we get there Anger?" He asked playfully, mock yawning. "I might drop from exhaustion at this point. And if I just pass out, then the rest of you guys will stand no chance when the fighting actually starts." Cobica continued, attempting to drum up some kind of response. The journey thus far had been incredibly quiet. Cobica wasn't much a fan of quiet.

If anything, Ilea Turf was the most quiet out of any one of the Sins. This wasn't abnormal behavior either--being quiet was simply his usual demeanor. He found living to be an incredible bore--especially when he was spending his waking moments traveling to some god-forsaken part of the country with this band of ne'er-do-wells, all because of some stupid agreement with what should have been his executioner.

 

But here he was. Yawning every few seconds and nearly falling asleep on a constant basis. He actually had, once or twice, which forced the others to kick him awake. He was sure if he did it again, they would simply leave him. 

 

Ilea glanced at Cobica --Greed-- for a spare moment. He was already getting the feeling that this man did not enjoy the eerie silence between them at all.

"What do you expect? Where all murderers and thieves here. The...ahhh...scum of humanity, if you will. I'm sure we're all plotting to kill one another as I speak," Ilea told him, amidst a small yawn. But as he did so, Ilea fiddled with the golden armlet on his left palm. The others would have a good time trying to kill him with this doodad.

"How about you take some time to actually memorize other people names and stop being so prideful." Ren spoke up to Cobica, looking at the fellow sin quite disgusted.

"Being prideful is my job. And you guys are definitely doomed if I hadn't come along~" she was playing with a single amethyst in her hand, tossing it back and forth.

She absolutely loved fighting with her stone powers. It was something she had always taken pride of. Her beautiful ability.

"We are only here to be doing something simple do don't get to cocky~ that's my job." She said seriously, smirking after saying so.

Conchita gave another large bite at the cookie. She had left with a bag full of food, and had not stopped eating since. She didn't really wanted to bother anyone. Just eat. She was that hungry all that time after all. She chewed and glanced up as one of them finally spoke up, about the long journey and how he would faint if they didn't get there soon, he even went head to tease Wrath, or whatever his name was. Then spoke Sloth, then Pride. It all didn't matter to her, honestly. She shrugged, before speaking up, her gentle voice surging. "We've all been arrested for a reason, so no one is saint here~ Therefor I think we're all capable of fighting even if we're missing one or two~" Conchita said, smiling softly as she looked up at Greed, scanning him. She then clapped her hands together happily. "But then again, if any of you die, it means that I get to eat your corpse! Oh I can cook for the rest of you guys, if you're alive still and all! I can make a mean brain-matter pancake, and the liver usually tastes splendid with some salt and black pepper! Oh, but of course I'll leave your bones to your family members to bury, unless no one wants them, then I'll grind them up and make some cookies with them!~" Conchita said, almost to the point of drooling as her mind went to the endless possibilities. But just as quickly, she calmed down, regaining her composure. "Oh, but that's only if you die, and all."

A lone wanderer with full of hatred and desire for vengeance travelling through the land. Alone with his horse, he searched for the mystical being simply called the Lust. He was only armed with a deck of tarot card and a bag full of strawberry sandwiches (apparently, he likes strawberry)

 

"So this is it, I arrive at Camelot-Liones border..."

 

He simply dismounting his horse and looked for a trace of the sin. After contemplating his surrounding, he called Fortuna Arcana. Thus summoning Fortuna

 

"My beautiful god, what will you predict if I search for The Sin trace in here"

Fortuna was laughing really hard

 

"You idiot! Do you really think you can search for the Sin trace in the middle of nowhere? 0% odd for you. Now don't bug me. I almost miss my fashion show" Fortuna went back to the card.

 

"Well, I supposed I just need to wait here I guess" said Valhite. He picked up a strawberry sandwiches at his bag and ate it

Wrath, or Markus, though few cared about his name, he was sort of the only one who could show at least a bit of self control of the group, noted by their superiors, and some would say he was sort of the leader of the group, although ironically, the most pissed off man in the world was the most controlled one of the group, was ironical at best.

 

He had to hold back an insult on Cobica as he teased him, before he could speak however the others began to speak, first IIea,Sloth , at least as Markus remembered, then quickly spoke Pride, whose name was Ren and Conchita, who wass Gluttony. Markus was still thinking about why in the world would anyone have the bright idea of making a team consisted of the most dangerous thieves and murderers in the continent, which annoyied him to some extent.

 

He didnt find anyone's comments annoying, but he was legitimately angered by Conchita's unecessary explanation of what she would do if anyone died, he finally decided to speak up, "Can we STOP with the death talk? we are here on a simple scouting mission and we are already speaking about our plans to kill each other and WHATs gonna happen to whoever dies! Seriously what the hell?!" Markus let out with an angry tone on his voice before he facepalmed.

 

"As for your question Cobica, Should be a few more hours of walking, but...you might have fun for your trouble, as will I in case things go wrong, and remember this, my name is Markus, keep that in mind and dont forget about it, becaus I haven't forgotten your name." Markus told Cobica with a more calm tone, but still sounding slithtly angered as well, before he glanced at IIea "Don't pass out again, or i'l let conchita take care of you, and you dont want that."

Tanya walked along with her fellow Sins, listening to them bicker, rolling her eyes at a few comments.

"Knowing each others names would benefit us greatly, you know." She quipped. "And for the record, I am not for your consumption, Gluttony." She pointed out firmly.

She wondered if their partnership would actually work out well, considering their currently questionable early interactions, they'd probably kill each other before the first week was out. Even their model of self-control, who was Wrath, would probably smash their skulls in with delight, maybe, she didn't know what he liked...

"Why don't we actually get acquainted? I am Tanya, Sin of Envy. And you all are?" She asked with a feigned courteousness, still unsure about her "partners".

Pride stopped in her tracks as soon as she heard they would be walking for a couple more hours.

"HOURS?!!" Ren exclaimed.

"A beautiful Queen like myself will not tolerate walking that long!" She snapped.

"I will never put myself through the hell of walking THAT long!! Never." Ren did not like this fact at all.

She suddenly turned to Conchita.

"You'll keep my body as a beautiful prize won't you? Someone like me doesn't deserve to be mangled~" she questioned.

Ren let out a successful laugh.

"Ha! See? I get what I want all the time~" she said with a smirk, looking at Ran.

"You. What's your name." She questioned.

"Oh and yes~ I am Ren Akise, but you guys can call me Pride." She announced to the others.

She then thought, and thought, and thought as they walked.

This was going to take forever.

"Ya knooooww....I cooouuulllllddd make a faster way of transportation. If anyone's up to it...."

"I honestly thought carrying you would close your mouth for juuuuussst a sec." Ran sighed, continuing his burden of carrying Pride. Before she could say anything else, he added, "Would you like a throne to sit on? I could forge one easily." His very nature made him take the best opportunities to insult people, and he was not one to shy away from such a jab. "I'm Ran Michaelis, Lust demon. If you're up for something fun, I'm in the mood to test out some powers as well."

Markus glanced at Tanya's greetings, "Markus, Wrath" he siad in a sort of calm tone, as he ignored Ren's pleas and kept on walking along as she stopped to complain, actually being glad that Ran picked her up, as she was now getting on his nerves, although his pendant wasn't glowing from the accumulated anger...yet.

 

He, however turned around at Ren's offer of faster transportation, and giving a small chuckle at Ran the lust sin's snarky comment about her still complaining,which was exactly what had crossed his mind at the same time, although her offer did leave Markus interested, "Explain how." Markus demanded.

"Well you see..." Ren jumped off of Ran's back, picking up a near by rock.

"With my powers, I'm able to mold any kind of mineral into whatever I'd like..." She said, the rock suddenly began to expand, and grow, and grow, and soon, it was a stone horse.

"Its just a statue though...I can't make it move. Which is why I was hoping one of you could maybe help me....?"

Ren looked innocently at everyone, hoping to get some help.

Zallenal was walking within the kingdom of liones with a group of 4 Emerald ranked holy knights on patrol. Two of the Emerald ranked holy knights started questioning out loud why they had to do these boring patrols when the seven deadly sins are the ones investigating something which could never well be a much bigger problem then what it is. Zallenal stopped walking & turned his head to the 2 knights talking out loud showing a very intimidating look before speaking "LOOK HERE! I don't know or care much for the reason the king chose them to take that mission nor do I intent on questioning the orders of the king. We're here to serve the king & protect this kingdom & it's people, that's your job right now so I suggest you stop questioning & continue patrolling" said Zallenal as he then started walking with his group again.

Lynn is a girl from the giant clan & has been hiding within a massive cave in a mountain near a village where Danafor use to be until this day when she felt that the villagers were starting to get annoyed with her eating most of their vegetables crops & but she also wanted to see a more glorious view of nature itself as she hadn't see much of nature since living in a cave for about 3 years now. So as Lynn started to exit her cave she made herself move as quickly as she could without making much sound so to not alert the villagers of her. Soon Lynn was walking normally out in the open fields of grass where she couldn't break or hurt anything since she was a giant being in a town or village she always had to be careful not to step on anyone but not here. Lynn was feeling happy she was outside with the fresh air blowing through her hair & the feeling of freedom, but she felt a tad bit sad for some reason. She wasn't sure was it was tho. Lynn decided to site down on the grass & take a moment to think on it.

Xillis had finished preparing herself for another patrol in the search for strong warriors that she will bend their wills into helping her release the seal that holds her lost bloodline. As Xillis exited a village house it seemed as tho the villagers had called a group of holy knights, 2 Sapphire ranks & 4 Emerald ranks to end her rule over the village she was in. Xillis took a moment to look at her opponents "So...I'll give you one chance. Join me now or I will end you all in a way you'd think was impossible" said Xillis carefully Xillis started to draw her sword "YEAH RIGHT!! your just a piece of trash to us holy knights & trash should be put in the garbage bin!" yelled 1 of the Sapphire ranking knights as they all charged at her swords in hand. After a few seconds the holy knights were all over the place, bits over there, some over here & Xillis was holding the last living holy knight pinned under her foot "Tell me where to find some strong warriors knight? & maybe I'll let you live" said Xillis "ARRGG! T-there might be some in the kingdom of liones, or maybe you can just find the seven deadly sins, I know their definitely strong" said the knight "Thank you" said Xillis as she crashed his skull killing him instantly "I did say maybe" said Xillis with a smile on her face as she left the village.

She watched the interactions of the rest of the sins with curious eyes. They were all so very different! The only thing that they shared was the fact that they were asked to help out in this mission, as a second chance of redemption, and the fact that all of them were considered too dangerous to be around society unsupervised. Yet gathering them all in a group? Who was the brilliant person who thought this up, honestly? Conchita took a step forward, staring at the statue that Pride had created. "Depends." Conchita said, licking her lips as she moved her hands forward, making a grab motion. "Can I take a bite out of it? It looks pretty nice from here?" Conchita asked with all sincerity, her wings fluttering in curiosity.

Ran smiled at the perfect opportunity as he brushed the mane of the stone horse, animating it. The creation bowed its head to Ren, reenacting the shyness of a stallion. The Sin kicked the rear of the horse upon reaching boredom, unimpressed with such a construct. "We make a good pair. A few more of these and we're good to go. And I just can't believe you missed my innuendo."

(I sense a very nice rivalry between Markus and Xilis will flourish)

 

"Not a bad plan" Markus had to admit it, he wasn't expecting a good idea from Pride, but seeing she and Ran animating the stone horse and making it movable, surprised him, however he was quickly annoyied at Conchita speaking about eating dead people again, the sole fact that she was willing to eat people's corpses disgusted and angered him.

 

 

"This should help...as long as it lasts" Markus commented.

Ran shot a glance at Conchita, having admiration for her nonchalant attitude. With a proud stride, he ended up next to her as he had an idea. "Tell me, are you a picky eater~? Because if you're that gluttonous, I may have the cure for that." With a quick snap of his finger, he increased the regeneration of his left hand before placing it near her mouth. "Bon appetit." He said with boredom, hoping that she could provide a quick fix to his sudden apathy.

Zallenal finished his patrol with his group of holy knights & told them all to go & train their sword combats while Zallenal went to see their king, king Ultime. "Hm...I feel strange, maybe it's what those holy knights said earlier. I shouldn't let it get to me tho, maybe the king has another mission I can go on so I can take my mind off these annoying thoughts" thought Zallenal as he reached the kings royal thrown room. Zallenal slowly entered seeing king Ultime in his royal seat before Zallenal kneeled down bowing his head speaking "Your highness. I'm sorry to interrupt you but I was wondering if you had any other missions for me to complete?" said Zallenal.

Lynn soon stood up "Ahh, that must be it" she said out loud "I haven't help anyone in a while, so I'm sure if I find someone to help I'll feel happier" said Lynn to herself as she then started to look around into the far distance trying to find someone out there. "Hmm...Ah! I see someone!" said Lynn seeing a person (Valhite) with his horse, Lynn started to run towards this person (Valhite) in a hurry "I wonder if he's in need of any help, maybe he just needs someone to talk too, I sure wouldn't mind someone to talk too, it's been so long since I talked to anyone haha" thought Lynn as she soon approached the person (Valhite). Lynn was looking down at him forgetting that she's a giant to human sized people sometimes & that her approach of running towards him might have scared him a bit "Ahh..mm...s-sorry for running towards you so fast, I hope you weren't scared mister...?" said Lynn.

Valhite still sat in the middle of nowhere, ate his 4th strawberry sandwich while reading the manual of Tarot Wielder. He thought many ways how to kill Lust. But he can't do it alone. His power now isn't enough to fight all the 7 sins. So he still thought for the best way to confront the Lust.

 

While still thinking, he felt something under his butt. It's like the earth itself moving. He saw the sky, and no sign of bird flying in terror, nor any pollution around his environtment. But he heard someone stomping the ground so hard it made the ground moving. He saw to the right, nothing. He saw to the left. Well, not so special but a giant ran toward him. He still perfectly calm

 

When the Giant asked him a question, he said something terrifying.

 

"Hello young Giant, care to try strawberry sandwich? Look at the jam. It makes you temptated isn't it? Come on , i'm not biting take it" he trying to gave the whimsical and peculiar giant his sandwich

A shrill voice cackled out, the room filling with smoke that which formed a sort of screen, almost as if someone were watching something and sending their sight to another. The screen came in fuzzy at first, but as it cleared it showed the group creating horses out of some purple stone, and a young man sticking his hand out to... "My word!? The sin of Gluttony! It must be one of them who can regenerate, lest they think the stories of her insatiable hunger were false, but I doubt that she could contain her grand designs. It's a wonder she hasn't eaten one of them yet, must have been given a massive quantity of food... irregardless, tempting her like that is like waving a freshly cut steak in front of a starving tiger! Folly of them..."She sighed, waving away the mist from the cauldron, and pouring two shakes of gastric sulfur into the boul, nutralizing it. "Our dear king isn't too smart. The first time that the sins saved the world they were far diffrent people. The core of them being a sin is in place, but it will be their un-focus and stupidity that will end them... next time I will hold an IQ test and check for attention disorders before we send them out."The smoke cleared, revealing the green skin of our wonderful Witch, Seveta Tillma. Her flattened-edged face and green skin were barely visible in the unlit room, until the candles magically burst back into flame. "I should send my Familiar down there and test their skills..." She hefted the cauldron above her body and threw it utopia one of her many shelves, and summoned her chalk. Once the appropriate Summoning lines has been drawn up, she stood in the center."Spirits of the wild, heed my wish, do not hit me with a fosh! In its stay, bring forth my familliar, one who is quite hard to slay!"The beast formed in an eery mist, spectral-bodied, it was gigantic. "The sins. Go to them. Test their blood, my wonderful bear... take your bird friend along with you!" The bear's body almost seemed to evaporate as it flew from Seveta's chambers and out towards the location of the Sins...

As soon as the stone horse was brought to life by Ran, Ren made six more for all of them.

"Now Mr. Lust with his finger down this girls throat will just have to animate these horses to life and BAM, we are set up for good." Ren said with a sly smile.

She was rather happy that this actually worked, and climbed right on the one that was already animated.

"Thank you, Ran." she said, looking at him."But don't expect me to thank you again~" she smirked.

Tanya gave a little smile to Markus as he gave his name. "Markus, pleased to make your acquaintance."

She made note of the others names: Ran, Ren, Cobica, Conchita...interesting people. She didn't catch the others for they may have said it, but she may have found it too hard to hear them all. She then looked to Conchita. "Well, true enough, true enough...should I die however, be nice with my body. Because even food deserves care and attention, right?" She said with a wink. Conchita was a girl, but it did not matter, she'll wink to anyone if she likes them...and oddly, though she was a cannibal who may have already planned 5 different cooking methods for her, she was somewhat fond of the Fairy.

 

"I won't be needing a Horse, for as impressive as that was. I'm not tired of walking just yet." She quipped, noting the creation of Horse. But then again...that was very impressive, a shame to waste it. "Oh, go on then." She spoke with a chuckle, gesturing for her own one.

"I don't need a horse. I can fly if I get tired from walking, and walk if I get tired from flying!~" Conchita said cheerfully. Suddenly she was offered up a hand, a literal hand, to eat. Conchita blinked. "You...wouldn't mind?" Conchita asked shyly as she stared down at the hand, watching as he insisted. She almost felt her heart melt, dramatically sniffling. "Oh you are so kind!" Conchita said with the brightest of smiles. She opened up her mouth, taking the hand in her mouth, and with a single bite, she chomped down, crushing through the bone, veins and muscle. She pulled slightly as blushed started to gush, the sound or ripping flesh and muscle echoing. She eventually pulled away her treat, and began to chew on it all, surprisingly with her mouth closed. She smiled innocently enough, chewing the hand she was offered as the sound of her teeth crushing the bone and muscle went beyond her own hearing. Drips of blood dripping down her lips and chin as her lips were stained red. She ate it so normally, as if she was eating a cookie. But then again, it wasn't that difficult for her. "Wow~ Best snack of the day~" Conchita said with her mouth still full as she continued walking with the group, more than happy with her meal.

Lynn was sooooo happy that he wasn't scared of her being a giant but he also offered her a strawberry sandwich, & it just so happens that Lynn loves strawberry sandwiches. "Oh! Thank you so much mister!" said Lynn as she didn't hesitate to take the strawberry sandwich & 1 2 3 it was gone, eaten in a second "Oh! I almost forgot, my name is Lynn mister" said Lynn as she sat on the grass next to Valhite "Hey mister, I was wondering why your out here eating those delicious strawberry sandwiches? are you lost or something? I can help you find your way back if you'd like?" said Lynn eyeing Valhite trying to see if he has anymore strawberry sandwiches for her to eat.

Xillis was wondering through the forest of white dreams when she saw something out of the ordinary. A strange tower like building & from the top level window a shot of strange vapor like mist flew off into the distance "Hmm...what was that?...no matter" said Xillis as she approached the front door of this strange looking tower "I wonder who lives out here?, maybe it's someone that can help me find some strong warriors that I can get to join me or maybe even find those seven deadly sins that holy knight spoke of. Or maybe there's a strong person living right here, If not I'll be in a bad mood" said Xillis before she knocked on the front door of the tower.
