Sora's move set in SSB

If Sora were to be in Smash bros.(Not saying he is or will be), I would expect his specials to be something like these. (If the gifs don't animate, try clicking on the images and they will show them animating in a smaller window. The glide image does not animate unfortunately.)

 

Standard special: Fire spell (Kingdom Hearts II)

Sora becomes surrounded with fire. Holding down the button increases range and power. Vulnerable to attacks from above.

 

Side Special: Strike Raid (Kingdom Hearts series)

Sora chucks his keyblade a certain distance depending on how long you hold it. While throwing and catching the keyblade, Sora is vulnerable to attacks.

 

Up special: Glide (Kingdom Hearts series)

Sora jumps from ground slightly and glides forward. Can change direction. If in the air, immediately begins glide. Also, activating glide as a smash attack will turn it into superglide.

 

Down special: Aerial Slam (Birth by sleep, Recoded, Dream Drop Distance)

Sora knocks the opponent to the skies and follows them for a finishing hit. Has a chance of meteor-effect when opponent is weakend up. If in air, swings his keyblade down with no meteor effect, regardless of enemy's damage.

 

And that's what I would want his move set to be if he were in Smash Bros. Tell me what you think, or if you'd like, share your idea of his move set!

I think if Glide were to show up anywhere, it'd be in Brawl's glide mechanic

I also figure the down B would be Stun Impact, it's a bit more distinct to Sora

to add, I think Sora's second jump should use the aerial jump animation, his down smash should be explosion, his dash attack should be sliding dash

his down air should be like the finisher of aerial slam, with a meteor effect.

final smahs should be a transformation into final form, or if the KH1 design is used, Ragnorak or Ars Arcanum

Unfortunately, the 3Ds/WiiU version does not allow gliding.

Ah, ah, ah. Palutena's Jumpglide! That's her alt Up special! And yoshi's up special let's him slowly descend while tossing his eggs at enemies. Also, This is to allow Sora to recover easily if he gets launched, but harder if he's too far below the stage, making him a fair fighter. Every character has a weakness in battle. Some are weak to being launched at a low angle, some are more vulnerable to being dunked, and so on. No, not taking more damage, but have a difficulty recovering or escaping from an attack or rapid attack.
