Sora96 17,256 Posted May 30, 2015 Avengers: Age of Ultron has passed Frozen on the highest grossing movies of all time and currently sits sixth just behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 which it'll easily pass next week. 3 zeeshank22, Dio Brando and WakelessDream reacted to this
Nero Kunivas 3,046 Posted May 30, 2015 Interesting....yet not surprising, given Marvels recent track record. Frozen I have seen and loved. Age of Ultron I have yet to see but I'm willing to bet it is awesome. *Waits for the Frozen hate comments to flood in.* 2 Isaix and Shana09 reacted to this
Arya Stark 1,337 Posted May 30, 2015 That's because Age of Ultron was better than Frozen. Don't get me wrong, I loved Frozen, but I found Age of Ultron to be better. It also had more hype and a wider initial audience. 2 KeybladeLordCheeseCurd and Dio Brando reacted to this
Setrex 1,031 Posted May 30, 2015 (edited) No surprise there. It was a highly anticipated sequel to a film that already did great at the box office. Frozen was a film that was mainly targeted at kids/girls/anyone who isn't insecure about watching a Disney film. It just had far more success than it deserved. Disney got my money on both occasions. So eh. Edited May 30, 2015 by KHSoraKeyBlade 1 PillowHead reacted to this

outbackjim21 83 Posted May 30, 2015 Age of Ultron honestly doesn't deserve the praise, it's not as a solid as the first one, the villian was fantastic in his first couple of scenes then he becomes a joke. The movie cemented hulk in a "use him til you have to fight him"/"crush the villian" formula. Overall the entire movie did nothing but set up civil war and ragnarok, it didn't even help set up infinity war all that well aside from vision. Where as phase one did nothing but set up the avengers with an amazing payoff, phase two doesn't do crap except show just how crazy the events of phase one mattered/will matter in phase 3. Overall, the movie lacked and pretty much exemplified how lackluster phase 2 was (aside from winter soldier, that film was actually good)

Xer 670 Posted May 30, 2015 Yeah it was better than Frozen, but I don't think it was better than Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

J. Severe 1,137 Posted May 31, 2015 Doesn't matter which one makes more than the other, in the end Disney still wins.
