i remember reading that nomura had said that if he were to make a game about the keyblade war that he would want a higher gen console and that it would take up more than one game. so me and my friend were talking about it and we thought it would be awesome if there was a keyblade war game which had a progressing story but also had a customizable MMO feature. picture it create ur own keyblade and keyblade weilder then battle it out in a massive war. its a longshot but i got to say we thot it would be amazing. any other opinions and thoughts?

You're mixing facts, Nomura said KH3 would be on a console.

There is currently nothing to imply there will be a game based on the keyblade wars. Many believe it would be impossible due to the tightly woven plot of the series.

I swear, mention a game about the Keyblade Wars and people instantly think MMO. It won't work. A KH MMO in general would take away all of the magic in the series. Everyone'd be a Keyblade wielder, regardless of different classes. Besides, unlike other MMOs where you go around training and taking quests from people, Keyblade wielders actually follow certain rules. They must protect the world order. If you're a Master, you either take on apprentices of your own, or you're free to go out to travel the worlds, without meddling in their affairs. The overall plot of the KH universe is just too restricted to allow something like an MMO to exist.

heck, i came up with that idea, but as i really think it over, it just wouldnt work, like reversal said, it would take away the 'magic', it isnt meant to turn into a World of Warcraft like game,

i never said they had plans to make a game about it. i said that he said that IF he were to make it... tho i had somewhat misunderstood. i had read this off of the 13 Directors secret reports. in report 11 he had said that in order to tell the story of the keyblade war it would take multiple games and hi spec hardware. i am sorry for the confusion. i had merely used this info to start a conversation on keyblade war game ideas with my friend. u all have ur opinions i just personally like the idea and i think that if done correctly it could be amazing.

it just doesnt seem like it would work, kingdom hearts is one of those things that has to have a story line, also, the boss fight would have to be a large battle between all the keyblade wielders, which wouldnt work, since thats what generally must have happened, keyblade wielders of light and keyblade wielders of darkness, and that wouldn't really work (which i just said, lolz)

it cud have a story i just want a massive customizable multiplayer on the side for fun and replay value. however i dont like the idea of PC

its fine, if it was a game that wasnt out yet and i really wanted to play it, id probably spoil it for myself, just like i did with days and bbs, but considering that it is actually out, i dont know what the big difference, lolz, but i guess i find this one of those games i really anticipate, idk

i ve looked up spoilers like crazy for bbs for yrs. im probly goin to do the same for 3D. bbs is probly the most ive ever followed a game lol

The Idea for a MMo sounds good but it may not work out that well one problem is what will they do to the disney worlds since a few have been used you can't have the same disney characters showing upso many years in the past. what i think could happen and something i would like to see would be a cutscene or a few cutscenes of events during the keyblade war such as an important battle or something
