Sora96 17,256 Posted May 16, 2015 Oh cool, lets make FFXVI a low-budget 3DS game with speech bubbles instead of voices since platforms don't matter or anything. Lol. Worked for Dragon Quest IX.
Skhyatze 165 Posted May 16, 2015 Never really had any respect for them anyway. To me, all they had was MGS left.

Key Sharkz 69 Posted May 16, 2015 And yet they recently just updated the iOS versions. Which is poor marketing considering iOS controls the smaller market share, and has higher licensing fees. Which goes to show that these mobile devs are not doing their homework. Plus the iOS versions of apps are different in that they have a very quick cut off point. Any device that is 2 generations old is at risk of losing support, while android is still supporting devices from 4.0 quite heavily. Sticking you business plan to giving Apple the priority is like fixing a broken doorbell instead of the big hole in your roof.

Soravids 1,056 Posted May 21, 2015 RIP Konami, you'll be missed. Indeed. Sadly Konami's legacy ends with MGSV: TPP

Sora96 17,256 Posted May 21, 2015 I'm not really concerned about those, I only really play MGS. Yeah, and everyone who's ever worked on them is about to be long gone, just like what happened to those franchises and now they're jokes. You compared this to Final Fantasy but the difference is Sakaguchi's involvement was reduced with nearly every entry after V and the people he worked with took over. In my sincere opinion, every game that has been released after another (from the FF Franchine) has been getting worse and worse. The 13th edition was alright, but for an instance, the 10th one was really bs in my opinion (I'm sincerely sorry if you like the game, but hence these are forums)

All the original FF people are gone. In my sincere opinion, every game that has been released after another (from the FF Franchine) has been getting worse and worse. Yeah for sure, don't worry about expressing yourself! (I really don't take it offensively) But I REALLY REALLY REALLY hated FFX for some reason. Soravids 1,056 Posted May 22, 2015 (edited) LOL. You sir are wrong. Brush up on your history please! The creator is. And a lot of the others are too. I guess I might have been wrong in saying EVERYONE was gone (some sources just can't be trusted), but that doesn't mean I was wrong in saying Metal Gear can be carried on. However, I might be completely knowledgeable about SE's staff cause I really just wanna enjoy the games. Don't get me wrong it's neat to look at, but at the end of the day, aren't we all into games just cause we love playing them? He produced VI, VII, executive produced VIII, X & X-2 and co-produced IX. Sakaguchi was able to teach and choose his successors.
