Favourite Square Enix PS3/360 game?

What is your favourite Square Enix PS3/360 game? We aren't including HD collections, remakes, ports, emulations or anything of the sort. Only games that were developed for these two consoles.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

 

Game is a lot of fun and probably the best Final Fantasy game released in the last decade.

I want to say 2.5, but since we aren't including HD remasters, FFXIII.

I've only played the FFXIII saga from these, and from those three I think I liked FFXIII-2 the best. FFXIII had a better story, though, and LR more interesting gameplay, but overall I still prefer FFXIII-2.

Hitman Absolution for my new Square Enix game on a PS3 system, but KH HD remixes for HD remakes/remasters of Square Enix on a PS3 system. Hitman Absolution got me so hooked into it that it was the only thing I did for months when I had free time, and now I have to watch myself so that doesn't happen again. And KH is something we all should know why we like it!
