How can I unlock the dodge roll, and high jump in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix?

You have to level up limit form to max for dodge roll and valor form to max for high jump

Max level to all drive forms are level 7

High Jump is obtained by levelling up Valor Form. Valor Form gets experience for each hit you deal whilst in Valor Form.

 

Dodge Roll is obtained by levelling up Limit Form. Limit Form gets experience for each Limit Finisher you use whilst in Limit Form.

 

The best way to level up both these forms is to go the Cave of Wonders: Treasure Room in Agrabah. In there, there's one of the Mushroom XIII challenges: Mushroom V. Firstly, for Valor Form have Oathkeeper (for its Form Boost ability) and Star Seeker (Air Combo Plus) equipped. For Limit, just have Oathkeeper. (Limit Form uses only one Keyblade anyway.) Transform into the form you want to level and press Triangle to begin the challenge. In Valor Form, you just want to keep dealing aerial combos on the Mushroom until you have about a bar left in Valor Form. Once that happens, go to the save point in the map before and select World Map and return to the room. Your drive gauge will be restored this way. For Limit, go near the exit of the room and just spam Sonic Rave until your MP is depleted, and go out to the save point to restore your MP. Then come back and repeat this until Lomit Form has one bar remaining. Use the technique from earlier to restore your drive gauge and rinse and repeat. You'll level up both forms and get High Jump and Dodge Roll in no time. Hope this helps!
