Yoko Shimomura to appear in 4star Primal Orchestra music festival

Yoko Shimomura, composer of the Kingdom Hearts series has announced via her Twitter page that she will be appearing in the 4star Primal Orchestra music festival. At this music festival she will be speaking about something, although she hasn't decided what yet. This will be recorded and available to be watched online. For those who don't know, 4star Primal is a video game music festival held once every 4 years for artists involved in video game music and fans to get together as one. 4star Orchestra is a game music festival held once every four years for artists involved in game music, creators and fans to get passionate together as one. Our second ever festival, 4star Orchestra 2015, will be held alongside Hachioji Music Festival 2013 in Golden Week 2015.

 

For the FINAL public performance, we have put together a Special All Star Orchestra centered around the musicians who also participate in the official concerts and recorded tracks! With Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimomura, Noriyuki Iwadare and Atlus established as our four themes, we hope to bring 4star Orchestra 2015 to a close on an appropriately gorgeous stage.
