Mysterious Figure 353 Posted April 16, 2015 Well that was kinda random and pointless, maybe it was for the people who couldn't get the demo?
Hearts Creed 142 Posted April 16, 2015 I really don't see much a problem with the English voice acting. It's perfectly fine to me. 2 Nora Valkyrie and Chronomagister reacted to this
TerraRedeemed 255 Posted April 16, 2015 The voice acting is soooooooooooooooooo bad. The acting is perfectly fine. It's far superior to Type-0 at least. That stuff made me cringe. 3 Nora Valkyrie, Chronomagister and Hearts Creed reacted to this
hatok 6,413 Posted April 16, 2015 three hour demo has three minutes of notable content The voice acting is soooooooooooooooooo bad. it's 'good' in the sense that the actors are doing a pretty good jobs, biut they're really over the top and stereotypical which really hurts it
Clouded Sun 1,232 Posted April 17, 2015 I agree with the voice acting part. Noct (The most troublesome, I thought) and the cast grow on you after a while, but the voice actors do portray enough emotion to be unique. However, they may be a little over the top at times. "Wha?! Where?! Who-what?!

Where?! Who-what?! personally, I don't think you should be able to tell everything about a character from their voice yet what we have here is proper British guy, hyperactive young guy, and gruff guy. Compare similar things, Balthier was British, but it was more subtle than what we have in FFXV. Tidus is energetic and young, but he can emote more than that. These voices are so extremely embedded in their trope it makes them seem one dimensional
