Yep, PS4 version looks better. Yeah, YouTube's compression is pretty bad.

The dissida games for me has always been "I don't know what is going on or what I'm doing, but at least everything looks cool!" I glad to see that hasn't changed..

If they're making a video to compare the game on PS4 to how it is on arcade machines, it might as well be confirmed for PS4 by now. Of course, people are still going to say it's never leaving arcades, despite how obvious a PS4 version is.
