Jake 1,488 Posted April 9, 2015 Roxas was required for Sora to wake up, so most likely not. However the main story connects to how Riku had to use his darkness within him to save Sora and how he couldn't let Sora see him like that, which was the consequence of using the darkness. But yeah, If Roxas defeated him beforehand, I doubt Sora could wake up as he required Roxas for the process -- unless DiZ made back-up plans to get Roxas and help him wake Sora. After getting pwned by Xemnas, he probably would have been destroyed or had his memories reset. Movies798 1,358 Posted April 10, 2015 Wait? Didn't Roxas already defeated Riku after their first fight? I mean in the game Riku serve as the final boss and Roxas(the player) defeated Riku. And I remember in Kingdom Hearts 2 Riku told Sora that he lost his fight with Roxas and that was before he use the darkness and turn into Riku-Ansem. Xemnas wouldn't pose the slightest threat. Xemnas is fairly weak without KH's power. Xemnas would have used his Can You Spare a Heart? move and since Riku wasn't there he wouldhave just been killed by Xemnas' OP bullshit He didn't have that move before joining with KH so I doubt it. Even in KH1FM Xemans was just testing Sora, he wasn't serious.
