Here's my evaluation:

 

Boba Fett: Badass, highly fitting for the reputation he has as a Bounty Hunter. Also, just, really cool.

 

Stormtrooper: Unfittingly badass considering how....useless they are. Just sayin'.

The Stormtrooper, though, is a bit too buff for being, well, a Stormtrooper. It just doesn't work for me.

To be fair, it's probably a lot easier to design recognizable alternate versions of characters who've had one consistent look since the 70's as opposed to a character who's had dozens of different re-designs in his 75+ year existence.

 

Also, not sure why people don't like the Stormtrooper so much- if anyone needs to look more able and competent, it's those guys.

Yes, yes it is. If you surveyed the world you probably could find at least one person sexually aroused to almost every type of object. It wouldn't necessarily be impossible to find someone turned on by a light switch.
