KH2 Maxed stats

Has anyone ever thought of maxing out Sora's stats ? It could be a challenge .

It's possible, but it requires heaps of dedication and grinding. If you're playing the Final Mix version you can farm off the Data Organisation. I don't think it would take long to learn each battle pattern. Here's what I recommend:

 

Power Boost - Only Xemnas drops these so you have no other choice.

Defence Boost - These are dropped by Xigbar, Xaldin and Saïx. I'd go with Saïx because there's this trick you can use with Peter Pan to Stun Lock him.

Magic Boost - Roxas and Axel both drop these. I'd go with Roxas because there's no gimmick like in the Axel fight.

AP Boost - Honestly by the time you're up to fighting these guys, you'll probably have enough AP but I'll cover these anyway. Demyx and Luxord drop these. I'd personally go with Demyx since all you have to do is go into Wisdom Form and spam Firaga and have plenty of Ethers equipped to Sora and Goofy.

 

Having said all this, level 99 bosses like the Data battles and the Lingering Will won't take anymore damage when that particular stat is at around 80-ish, so if it's solely to fight them then there's no use going to the maximum which is like 164 or something.

In the original 2 I got every stat to 150 and I had 120+ hours of gameplay but it'd be easier in 2fm since there's an extra lucky lucky if you play on critical and you'd get the drops faster. After a while though it isn't really notoceable at all the difference in your attacks. The game scales the damage to boss in a way that you basically do the same amount of damage as normally but it's a fun way to pass time

I've done it through data battles. But really upgrading to 80 is all you need as that is the maximum damage bosses can take.
