Here we go!!

Over the last hundred years,

In a world where gods, humans, and any race coexist,

The two leading kingdoms, Acacia and Samaria

fights a war to see who controls the World..

Who are you? What is your story? You decide!

Nero

------------------

"All units forward! Don't falter! The gods are in our favor!" Nero shouted to his platoon behind him. He was ordered to take another Acacia army camp in Veshire Forest. He was told that it was a very important territory and contribution to Samaria if he takes over the area. Veshire Forest is a giant array of trees and magical animals, mana (Acacia would call it Aether), and its very important to Acacia because it provides a bulk of their technological functions. Nero charged faster on his horse speeding towards the camp.

"Just as we planned men! Separate and take them out from the other side! I'll take care of them here," Nero shouted. "Yes sir!" The other troops replied. Each horsemen split up and traveled both a left and right path leaving just Nero alone. "Today, we gain victory!" Nero shouted.

Busy, Busy, Busy. The only three words to describe Asuka today.

Most of the Grim Reapers were assigned to collect the fallen souls of others, and so was she...just in another place.

A freaking siege on an army camp.

She dashed through the trees, hiding her true form in the branches, until she found the troop she was looking for.

"A Samaria Troop invading an Acacia camp...lead by some guy named Nero. Booorrriiinnnggg...." she complaint.

Soaring in the sky in the clouds was a guy who had light and dark wings. "Nothing beats the open breeze on the wings, especially on a nice relaxing day like today." The man named Travis said to himself. He was an angel of half being light and the other being darkness. Travis lived in the kingdom of Samaria, but had people he knew in the other kingdom as well. He never wanted to get into fights with anyone, since he just didn't feel it was worth the trouble. But when he was soaring over to an area near the Veshire Forest, he saw people going to battle in the area. Travis quickly landed behind Nero. "Oh how rich, Nero once again thinks he is going to win, that's a good one. Now remind me why you are always serious, but something usually goes wrong? What does battle ensure anyways?" Travis asked trying to mess with Nero.

Jonathan didn't like the veshire forest in the least, he never knew why but the place never seemed right to him, and having been sent into a mission along with Nero to capture military camp from Acacia was just plain bad news, while he enjoyed fighting he still hated the forest, but orders were orders and its not like he could just refuse.

He heard the plans and knew exactly what to do, while Nero was to charge at the front by himself, which made Jonathan question the man's sanity quite a few times, he was to charge the back of the camp along with some soldiers, as Nero served as the main distraction he guessed, and he was doing exactly that as they were now very close to getting to where they needed to be, he had his sword ready and his void magic was now being charged, he was preparing to do the charge as he went along with the troops.

Nero slowed his horse down, almost to a halt, at the sight of Travis. He would always mess with him at times like these so you could say, Nero expected his coming. Nero turned to Travis. "If the Queen hasn't informed you, then it's none of your business!" Nero retorted. When it comes to his duties, one could say that he, "defines strict". However, Travis was a strong and helpful ally. They even worked well together in training camp. However, if the Queen hasn't told him anything, it was his duty to keep quiet about the matter.

Nero's team members neared the camp faster than he had expected. Among these was his friend, Jonathan, a high ranking soldier and strong warrior. "I gotta fly," Nero said to Travis. With that, he got off of his horse, and leaped for the sky - running on it as if it were stairs.

He raised his flare gun to give the signal to ambush. There were quite alot of enemy soldiers in the camp. About five, six, seven hundred enemies from a bird's eye view? Nevertheless, this battle had to take place. Even if he and his team were greatly outnumbered.

When Nero was gone, Travis stood there smiling. "How nice, he still thinks I work for the Queen. Doesn't he know I still work for myself above anyone else?" Travis said. He then turned to where Asuka was hiding. "You can come out sweetie. No one is in sight any longer." Travis said. He knew the Grim Rippers quite well, since he was an angel after all and knew of both life and death. So to him, a grim rippers true form was nothing to scare him, since he was used to seeing the darkest of creatures and seeing the lightest ones as well.

Seeing Nero's flare made Jonathan let out a smirk as they had gotten to the back of the camp just in time, "There is our signal men! charge!" he said unsheating his sword from his back as he started charging towards the back entrance of the camp, to which the Acacian's took notice and had defensive wall mounted right from the get go, Jonathan started charging void magic into his hand as he kept charging, making sure to keep a defensive void shield to protect him and nearby soldiers from incoming fire from the Acacian's firearms.

Upon getting closer "I'l open a path men! be ready!" he shouted as he placed his sword on his back as he jumped off of his horse as he cast a large orb of void magic and threw it into the Acacian's barricade, resulting in a large explosion and the creation of a large opening in it as smoke and dust was left from the impact as he landed on his feet and kept on charging at them on foot. he just hoped the troops remembered their training, after all he and Nero couldn't take this camp by themselves alone.

Asuka crawled out of her hiding place, her eerie smile widening.

"Dont call me that, or you'll just end up with a scythe in your skull." She said simply, rather innocently.

"I've got work to do, Travis. Don't bug me." She said, wielding her scythe and jumping off into the battle to collect souls.

Travis smirked. "I love it when they get all serious about killing people. Good thing I am an angel, meaning I am already dead but alive in a second chance body." Travis said. He then flew up to the sky and flew off to find the Queen of his kingdom. He wasn't invited to battle, which made him want to find out why. Something was up, and him being excluded made him wonder more of what was happening. "Time to pay her majesty a visit. Whenever she doesn't tell me about a battle, it usually means something is up." Travis said to himself flying off to the Queen's castle.

"YES!"

Zen shouted and threw down his controller, as he finally beat Behemoth already. Jeez, the AI in this game are pretty damn smart. Prompto was always shooting at the right time and Ignis always healing. Zen loved the feeling of teleporting all over the place, too. Too bad his darned powers wouldn't do anything for him...

Once when summoning one of his "slackers", they'd just shove their hands in his pockets and run away. And Zen would have to find the money behind some rocks or under his desk. Freakin' trolls... which was what they were anyway.

He wanted some cool power like that. Teleporting and all these weapons and crap. Man, Noctis was his hero. For sure.

Then, somewhere over the rainbow, in a land not too far away, Zen picked up a whiff of smoke. "Jeez, it's the neighbors again." he sighed, a bit fed up with the rowdy Acacian camp nearby. Why wouldn't he be? They totally screwed up his internet service. Who knows if what they're burning is near his buried server stash. Slipping on his boots, he decided to give those idiots a piece of his mind!

Robert Lion

Vershire Forest

As Robert started moving through the forest dodging a lot of different animals he came across a small party of Smaria Soldiers, he knew that they were planning an attack as he killed a few earlier and found out their plans maybe it had something to do with Leah, he thought. He pulled his sword out and let out a long sigh. There were only six of them and he knew he would have no problem killing all of them without having them raise an alert. He spotted out the leader and planned to interrogate him on any infomation he knew. The leader wasn't the overall leader of the attack but any infomation would be useful.

Quickly, Robert jumped from the trees and had his sword land on one of the soldiers head as he pulled it out he let out a small fireball and bured the other's eyes. Before the soldier could scream Robert sliced his throat. He moved to another two and swung his sword down knocking one of them off their feet. He brought his sword down stabbing the soldier in his stomach. One soldier charged at Robert he quickly jumped and kicked the soldier in the head twice before letting his steel taste the soldier's flesh. Four down two to go. The soldier beside the captain started to draw his sword, Robert quickly ran over and with all of his might choped the soldier's arm off and brought his sword to the soldier's head. The captain was moving away now. Robert pounced on the man and brought his sword to his flesh.

"Where is Leah Lion", he asked.

"Who", the captain replied.

"No use", Robert whispered as he sliced the guys throat.

Robert put his sword back in its sheath and looked at the mess he made, he has allowed his rage to take over these past days and by doing that he is leaving an expectation that others could use to try and find him. Robert looked in the sky as a flare went up perhaps Nero, the main man in charge, decided to attack. Robert hoped that he could go through the back maybe he could kill more of those stupid Samaria Soldiers. As he started moving, however he saw a man with void powers being charged. The man jumped in the air and threw the orb of power to the ground causing an explosion.

Robert knew about those powers as he was the son of an excellent Historian. Robert took a step back to recollect. Robert could probably take down the guy since every person has a weakness however he could not take him down as well as the soldiers at the same time. Robert looked at the dead soldiers thinking. Maybe he could join them and rise through the ranks surely he could find his sister easier even reducing the casualties. He has been looking for her for the past three days maybe he was time for a different course of action. He moved to the soldiers and took off their armor very carefully and put them on.

"Hang in there Leah", Robert said, "I'm coming for you sis".

Leah Lion

Unknown

Leah woke up in chains. Where was she? Last thing she could remember was her parents being killed and her being dragged away. Then there was a strange man who made her drink something causing her to sleep. She looked around no one was there she had a window and the sun was just rising. She tried casting a spell but was unable to do something. She looked at the walls and realized that they must've had some special mineral causing her magic powers to be negated. She was stuck.

(Sorry for Robert's post being so long and Leah's so short. I don't know how fast you all post so I don't want Robert to constantly be catching up with the rest of you guys)

Just when Travis was about to be gone from the Forest's sky, he noticed a man killing some of his group's soldiers. Travis quickly landed behind Robert Lion. The man gave him an odd feeling, one that he has harderly seen in his life. "Careful there, you don't know what you are doing. You can't just come attack our troops and then expect to join. It doesn't work that way." Travis said as he then pulled out his dagger. "Now, don't get any more funny ideas. You are not one of us, if you try to kill us. Now tell me your reason behind the killing?" Travis said with a strict voice.

(I don't want to ruin your fun. However, I believe there's been a misunderstanding of Acacia. Acacia has all of the current sciences, but no technological prowess to execute them. They have not yet reached an industrial revolution where people find new ways of doing things. Ergo, phones, tablets, game systems, they don't exist as of yet.)

Robert Lion

Vershire Forest

Just as Robert was about to put on the helmet, a man fell from the sky but landed perfectly behind him.

"Careful there, you don't know what you are doing. You can't just come attack our troops and then expect to join. It doesn't work that way." The man said as he then pulled out his dagger. "Now, don't get any more funny ideas. You are not one of us, if you try to kill us. Now tell me your reason behind the killing?" The man said with a strict voice.

Robert turned around slowly and took a good look at his new enemy. The man was no ordinary human like Robert, instead the man had white hair and a black wing on his right and a white wing on his left.

He was an angel.

Robert was strong but how can one kill something that is neither dead or alive. Robert knew that with those wings even if he ran he could still be caught. By what the man said he had to be on Samaria's side which made this even more dangerous. History only made Angels even more mysterious so Robert could not find a way appease him with certain phrases. Robert also did not know how much the man saw which could mean that he could say anything or not say anything. Robert dropped his sword that was the first step of earning this person's trust.

"Don't worry friend I am on your side", Robert said, "These men are traitors to her majesty. I was employed to deal with them before we join the fight and then to continue under Nero's command. I don't want any trouble we are on the same side and I would like to keep that way".

Hopefully this man would believe Robert and if not Robert would be ready to fight, after all he had a sister to save.

Leah Lion

Unknown Location

Leah was trapped, stuck, utterly left hopeless. She allowed the weight of her body to bring her to the ground. She quickly tried to recollect over what happened and what could possible happen.

*Flashback*

It started like a regular day with her parents there. Robert was away since he did own his own cottage in the countryside ever since he moved out but he still constantly visited them. Right after breakfast men clothed in Samaria garb ran inside and demanded to see Leah Lion. Her father, Richard, quickly jumped and grabbed his sword in an effort to protect them. Normally Richard was known to be able to deal with twenty to thirty men. This day something was different, Richard just came off a job and was recovering from a near fatal wound and he was slow. The men quickly dispatched him and left him on the ground barely breathing.

Leah tried to cast a spell but a man ran behind her and held a sword to her throat. The men asked again for Leah Lion.

"I am her", Leah said in an effort thinking it would make her parents safe but as soon as she said that, the men killed both of her parents before her.

"There are suppose to be four people in here", a man said, "Where is your brother".

"I don't know, I swear", Leah said.

"No matter", the man said, "leave a note on these corpses. Damon let's get Leah ready for her journey".

*Flashback Ended*

"That's it! Damon," Leah shouted.

Out of no where a man appeared in front of her cell. He had a long robe resembling a high level Mage. "You woke up", the man said, "Leah, Wielder of the Seeker's Eye".

(C'mon WakingDawn96, I had the perfect plan and you had to ruin it lol. Looking forward to seeing how this scene plays out.)

(Just a word of warning, just because Jonathan is a human, doesn't mean that Robert could take him on, after all Void has no known weakness nor any advantage over anything, at least his version of it anyway, although a stab in the back would work...)

Travis stared at the man. "You know, I have a gift of figuring out if someone is being truthful, and that sounds like a lie to me." Travis said he then suddenly realized who this man was. "You're Robert Lion! You're the man who has been causing trouble these past days. But let me guess, something you love was taken away from you, wasn't it?" Travis asked realizing this was the man who he had heard rumors about. "Quick, put on that armor, join our ranks, and we can talk later. Just don't kill anymore of our troops! We may be able to help you find what you have lost. And even if they won't, I will." Travis said with a smile. He then took to the skies and left Robert to be by himself. Travis then continued to go find the Queen, she still needed to tell him why he wasn't invited to the battle.

Nero watched the events of the battle taking place like a bird in the sky. Things seemed to be going well. "Hmph. And Travis said that things would go wrong," Nero made fun of Travis' words. However, Travis was out of sight in the heat of battle and Nero wondered about his loyalty to the queen. Anxious to jump into the fray, Nero shot down from the sky, making a small crater in the ground as he landed. Some of his enemies were blown back by just the impact. Nero sprinted forward, knocking down and punching through his opponents, three-by-three, as if they were dummies. His gruesome training from his father made him unbelievably fast, so it was no surprise that a quarter of the enemy troops were decimated. However, all of a sudden, he noticed that Acacia's soldier's were running away. Nero wondered why they were retreating instead of continuing the battle.

"Release the beasts!" A nearby Acacia soldier shouted. Nero looked around to see all of his troops gone. He only saw Travis, Jonathan, Asuka, some mysterious swordsman and boy who looked pretty pissed off (Zen and everyone else i missed who are present on the battlefield). The camp was nearly empty, so Nero was pretty confused as the what the Acacians were talking about.

Suddenly, he heard a violent, and bloodthirsty roar in the distance. Each step sounding like an Earthquake, Nero looked up to see a giant Chimera looming over the trees. "Damn Acacians. We were tricked!!" Nero shouted. The Chimera roared as it stared at the group.

Travis heard a roar in the distance. "Well now I'm conflicted. If I jump into the battle without the Queen's permission, she'll give me a hard time. But if I don't stay to help, the group may be in trouble. I hate choices like these." Travis said. He then flew to where Nero was. "What can we do about it? That thing is a Chimera, is there any way to defeat it with only the few of us?" Travis asked Nero. Travis had hardly seen a Chimera before so he didn't know really what he was up against.

Jonathan has been taking out some Acacian soldiers with his sword and void powers while the Samarian troops charged behind him, allthough he quickly saw the Acacians falling back and retreating  "What the hell?' he asked as he thought it was strange, until he heard a loud roar that is.

He looked at the Giant chimera along with the others "Never seen a chimera this big before." he said as he walked beside Nero and Travis, "That will depend on our tactics when dealing with it, chimeras are relentless beasts." he said, "Surprised to see you here Travis, even though you weren't called into here".

Travis smiled. "Well the Queen can yell at me for my actions here later. I'm not just going to let my people be killed by a beast like this. No matter the Queen's orders, I must help when I am needed. And trust me, you are going to need me." Travis said. He then took out a piece of bubble gum and started to chew it. "Now, anyone have a bright idea on how to defeat this thing?" Travis asked.

Robert Lion

Vershire Forest

The man stared at Robert. "You know, I have a gift of figuring out if someone is being truthful, and that sounds like a lie to me." The man said. "You're Robert Lion! You're the man who has been causing trouble these past days. But let me guess, something you love was taken away from you, wasn't it?"

How did this angel know about him, Robert wondered. He made an effort to cover his tracks. Still if the rumors are true then the army of Samaria is still looking for him as well. He did not see any wanted posters bearing his name or picture which is also weird.

"Quick, put on that armor, join our ranks, and we can talk later. Just don't kill anymore of our troops! We may be able to help you find what you have lost. And even if they won't, I will." The man said with a smile. He then took to the skies and left Robert to be by himself.

Robert was dumbfounded he was ready to fight this guy but he offered to help him. Robert still could not trust him and chose to not hold the angel to that promise. Robert thought and knew that he would have to change his name to cover his identity because if anyone realize who he is , it could not only place Robert in danger but also Leah. Robert looked down at the uniform he was wearing, Julius Thomas. The name was weird but it would have to do under these circumstances.

Suddenly, a mighty roar was heard throughout the encampment and soldiers from either sides were running away in fear. All that was left were Nero, the angel, and two strange men. Suddenly, a chimera appeared almost 25 feet tall.

The chimera was an atrocious monster so it was hard to tell what animals were apart of its origins. The monster had fur and feathers. Truly it was a major work of science but it almost looked like a failed experiment.

Robert calmly walked over to the group of commanders. With sword drawn he said, "I think we should go for its legs to bring it down to our level". With that he charged towards the monster going straight for the legs. If he could prove himself in front of them he would be that much closer to saving his sister.

Leah Lion

Unknown Location

"How do you know I posess the Seeker's Eye", Leah asked worried.

The Seeker's Eye, the ability to see certain aspects of the future. They are normally no more than ten people that have it and most are killed as soon as their secret is out. The Lion family made it their mission to hide the fact that one of their own had the ability. Being killed was really mercy because they had certain people who wanted to use their power for evil causing a lifetime of pain and torture.

"There are a lot of things you do not know, but you don't need to know it", Damon replied as he took off his hood revealing his face. Damon was relatively young with long hair tied in a ponytail. His face was beautiful for a man and one could almost confuse him for a woman in the proper light. As he moved closer, Leah spotted a long scar running along the right side of his cheek, obviously he was a veteran of war and battles.

"Where am I", Leah asked, obviously this man had the answers and she intended to get as much understanding as possible.

"That is one of the things you don't need to know", Damon replied with a smile, "What I can tell you is that you have been in a semi-coma for the past three days and you have finally awaken so you must be thirsty and hungry".

Damon snapped his fingers and a servant came and brought water and bread with a side of butter. Damon took the tray, thanked the servant and pushed it through a hole in the cell that had the function of transferring food. "You are our guest here so from now on I will not be calling the servants to feed you or give you drink", Damon said, "Just clap your hands and a servant will come to give what you ask for".

Leah looked shocked, where was she? Was she really a prisoner? Or a guest?

"So who are you Damon", Leah asked taking the butter and spreading it on the bread.

"Well my name is Damon Guf", Damon replied almost bowing out of courtesy, "My past is irrelevant, what does matter is I'm responsible for overseeing you and training you in different magics but the main purpose is to teach you how to control the Seeker's Eye".

(Alright. I'm gonna move on. Whoever didn't post has to catch up.)

(Also, from here on out, we're going to pick up the pace. I don't like to drag things out for long.)

The Chimera stared at Robert as he fearlessly charged for the Chimera. The Chimera stomped on the ground, causing fissures all around the campsite. The earth shook violently causing everyone to be thrown off-balance and interrupting Robert's charge. It shrieked once more. The sounds that rippled through the air didn't sound like one voice. From its chest, one could see thousands of faces all screaming in what sounded like despair. Nevertheless, it all added up to an immense sound wave that was capable of knocking down an army of normal soldiers.

After Nero regained his ground and senses, he stared up at the beast. Acacia truly had won this battle -- possibly even the war if they couldn't stop this monstrosity. Nero decided to take to the skies in order to avoid ground attacks. He hadn't planned for this and couldn't. He had never fought such an opponent in his early training with his father. He pondered about what his next moves were to be.

Asuka simply laughed as the Chimera came out to trash the fight.

She knew this wasn't going to go well.

She collected souls without a word, plenty of people had died already.

Asuka looked down, straight at Nero.

"Well he's not gone yet." She said with a sign.

"What the fick is with the heads!" Travis yelled out as he quickly took to the sky. "Are we sure we can beat something like that?" Travis asked Nero. He didn't know much about enemies like these and he surely has never seen one like this before.

Meanwhile,

Amber was in her home in Acacia. It has been six years since she has lost her brother. Since that time, her parents have moved to the other kingdom, and now she was alone to live her life in the kingdom she never could get herself to leave behind. She was now in her home sitting down reading a book about magic. Even though she lived in a kingdom of science, she was originally born in the other kingdom so she has magic powers that everyone seems to be okay with since she uses them to help the kingdom. "So that's is what a wind star looks like, fascinating." Amber said to herself aloud while reading. Suddenly, she heard a huge sound and felt a rumble. "What the? Did they release another monster on those Samarians? Sounds like its coming from the forest. Maybe I'll have myself a look." Amber said as she then put down the book and ran outside. She suddenly made the wind flow stronger and she floated in the breeze as the wind took her whole body and she began to fly away towards the forest.

Jonathan simply threw his arms upwards as he looked like he just saw a ghost "What the hell?!" he asked out loud as he was horrified at the heads the thing showed in its chest, he grit his teeth as he unsheathed his sword and prepared for the worst.

"How in the hell did the Acacians manage to create this thing?! and how in the hell were they containing such a thing?" he asked hopelessly in order to cope with he was just facing now, he saw Nero and Travis flying, he then looked at Robert, "Alright, we handle the legs, they'l see about hitting it from the sky, basically we're the distraction" he told him as he charged enough void magic into his sword and swung it in the direction of the chimera's legs, a powerful wave of void energy was sent towards its legs in a cutting motion.
