Nora couldn't help but to grip her paintbrush tightly as she heard the explanation. It was obvious from the beginning that this wasn't the reality they had all originated from, yet the fact that all of this was a computer program never crossed her mind. It was never magic after all...just data and programming that could be changed all by the click of a mouse. "This...is all like a game, basically?" Nora asked, almost horrified. How was this even possible, to be inside the program as it is?! Even if they were...the situations, the pain, everything was so real. How? Why?...could they even die? Even as their bodies reacted just as they would normally, with the fight or flight response? "You mean all of this time we've just been messing against programs..." Nora felt pity for Yuki, but she was so confused at the moment, she needed some answers. Following Maxwell's questions, she took a step forward to ask as well. "This is all program, and because the AIs became too drastic, they send us, who have nothing to do with any of this, to eliminate the problem...why?!" Nora asked, obviously upset. "All of this, what was the meaning of getting any of us involved or trapped in here?!"

Shade laughed loudly as if to make a point."I'm starting to think this place is run by the Joker. Why else is everyone here insane and the building's death traps. Q should actually be called J. However,we'd better go in and get this over with before we to go insane." She made a grand jester of taking a step ahead of him. "So,yes, ready to go." She made a mental note to watch one of the Batman moves once she was home.

"Very well, we shall proceed." He then began advancing toward the funhouse, then chuckled. "Your Joker comparison isn't that far off though...watch that be the "plot twist", as it were." He added, nearing the door to the colourful building.

"Hell, perhaps aforementioned Clown Prince of Chaos is in here and given my appearance, I wouldn't put it past this place." Khan mentioned as he pushed open the door without hesitation and entered the Funhouse, unaware of what lay ahead of him but prepared nonetheless.

Alysa reacted as fast as she could, throwing herself in front of Aro and pushing her comrade away. She used her blade to parry away the reckless strikes of the child AI as best she could, but he was too fast with the dagger. She took numerous slashes, tearing through her armor like it was paper. Alysa was quickly regretting putting the energy into creating it. She was out of stamina to activate her ability, which meant that she was stuck playing defensively, attempting to use the skills she had mastered against an opponent in the dark. "Aro! I loved that last one, so if you could do something similar to knock him out while I keep him busy, that would be awesome!" She called to her teammate, continuing to tank hits. Every once in a while she managed to deflect a blow, but against an enemy so small, so quick, and completely sightless, there was little more she could do.

"I'll try!" Aro cried out, as she stuck out her arms like the last time. She knew she could do it; summon a massive ball of energy that could wreck shop and help them overcome this damn fight. The only problem was Aro's own strength. She didn't know if she could handle another, or at least a few more. Either her body would give out, or worse, she would die.

All fears of impending death aside, Aro drew in a breath and willingly let the energy. Light wafted over the area as the ball formed, but it was too slow.

Come on...come on... Aro begged, trying to form anything large enough to win out. Then, finally, she could feel it--enough energy to release, just like before.

Asher"You are the first I'm afraid." Yven let out a short, self-deprecating chuckle. "I don't have many visitors around here." For a few seconds a stiff silence held between the two. "You expect I'm going to try to kill you. That's what the trials all do right? I can't... I can't argue. You people being means one thing to all of us S3s; death. There's no reason for you to come here than to pass the trial and the passing of the trial means our death. Most of us take that as a threat and try to kill you." Yven produced a gun from a holster on his back. "This is the only weapon I've really got." He put it on the ground and slid it across the cold concrete towards Asher. He took a few steps forward. "Do you want to pass the trial, Asher?"

"Yes, I would like to pass the trial..however I must ask why you gave me a gun..." Asher questioned, looking over at Yven."If you want me to kill you, I wouldn't use just a gun. I don't like just shooting. I need to feel it. I need to feel the death burn." He said seriously, his hands lighting up in a light fire."What is the S3, Who is Q, Why do I have this power?" Asher glanced at Yvel."What is this city Yvel? Why are there people dying? Why is there no color?!" He yelled, the fire bursting up around him."Why is everything just...off here?" He asked himself silently, the fire dying down."What do you want me to do Yvel?!" He yelled.(PLEASE LET THIS NOT BE A KAORU KISARAGI MOMENT)

Fire Cloud Team Rocket Storm Saiyans

The dolls practically evaporated in the face of the team's incredible assault. At last, after the attacks kept up for some time, the onslaught seemed to wane, and the last couple dozen of the dolls came down the stairs, with the door behind them now clear.

But there was other bad news now.

"3"

"2"

"1"

The old woman's voice burst with glee as she finished the countdown.

"Liftoff!"

The entire room shook, and suddenly it felt like gravity was amplified 10x. The remaining dolls literally fell towards the group. The last wave before advancing up the rocket. Beyond the stairway door there a single gigantic sealed door with a large handle. All they needed to do was overcome the liftoff thrust and make there. The master of this trial waited beyond.

"You should know..." the voice spoke. "... that where are going we can never come back from. I am Aezral, and you are about to discover that I bring a truth you never wish to face."

Firestorm~

Sora was flattened. Literally, without the more exotic powers that the others of her team had, she was...useless. her calm demeanor dropped, and Sora teared up.

"I'm useless again." Which wasn't a lie. Unless the Sukai Clouds worked, Sora was trapped. She couldn't fight gravity of this magnitude, and she couldn't go Super Saiyan to survive electric shocks...

"Why did I get the useless power..."

Firestorm riders.

In normal circumstances, Electrified air would be impossible and if achieved, deadly, but this was the only plan that might work. Maxwell would need to get it just right, at worst the others would feel thingly for a while, before the electricity in the air began to dissipate, it would reduce the gravity's effects on them as their bodies would absorb some of the electricity, negating some of it, harmless quantities should do the trick.

And Maxwell did just that, he began to charge electricity on top of the stairs, as a burst of electricity was released, electrifying the water particles in the air, effectively making the air have a small voltage, not only did it help the others to withstand the gravity and the pressure easier, it also helped Maxwell as having electrified air would make sure he was constantly recharging, electricity crackling around his body as he breathed the new air, the others would find it easier to move and to get up the stairs, the effect would only last a few minutes, but he hoped it was enough, "Im afraid we can't take our time, we gotta get through this door and take Aezral out, time's limited" he said getting back to business as he walked over to the door, and waited for whoever could move again.

Nora kept launching the mini nukes at the dolls with no remorse. She just wanted them dead and gone. The fact that the ship itself was handling the attacks surprised her more than anything. These were mini nukes! Of course, was also creating his own wave of destruction, absorbing the flames from the explosions and using them to his advantage. But just as the ship lifted off, they were all forced down by gravity, their bodies pressing down against the ground. Nora felt as if she was about to become a pancake out of the tremendous pressure. "Ugh...!" Nora panted, feeling the air pressed out of her. Tristan was trying everything to get back up, but even he couldn't fight back against the gravity. However Maxwell and Yuki had come up with a plan, and for a few moments, the gravity was lifted off from them. "Right!" Nora stood up, forcing herself to run to Yuki and Maxwell along with the rest to the boss' door along with Tristan. "Do you think the gravity will be as strong inside...?" Nora asked, looking up at the door. Were Nathan here, his gravity powers would've proven useful. "A boss awaits us beyond this door right...what do you think will happen if we fail...?" Tristan shrugged. "We have to fight regardless, don't we? Win or lose...I'm more worried if we would be able to get back down." Tristan mentioned.

Firestorm Cloud

"Well now..." Aezral's voice filled the room. "that was quite a... shockingly good plan. Well done friends. Maybe you will do it after all..."

The wheel to open the door suddenly started spinning. Faster and faster. Finally it halted with a slam, and the door creaked open little by little. At this time the rocket reached a point of lesser thrust. Gravity seemed to get back to a normal as the door opened enough to show the room beyond the door. A huge control room with monitors all around showing space, planets, stars. In the center of the room stood an older woman - seemingly in her 60s- wearing an astronauts suit with everything but the helmet.

She was turned away from the group as she came into view, but slowly she turned about and faced them, a sly smirk on her face and wrinkled dressing her expression.

"Welcome the new frontier darlings."

What has seemed to be metallic walls slid away to reveal gigantic windows on all sides of the room and outside of them... outer space. The thrust of the rocket was just enough to simulate the sensation of gravity it seemed, for they had left the terrestrial area of the City altogether.

"I am Aezral. In several minutes at least one of us will be dead, but we have much to talk about before that happens. Come in."

Firestorm

"Look at you all." Aezral seemed to have a gentle smile on he wrinkled face it seemed... out of place. "Caring for one another. It's so very impressive. Yes, I am the inhabitant of this trial. Do not worry, if worst comes to worst this rocket shall have a safe, if... tense descent back to the City."

She took a few steps towards the group. In particular she had her eyes on Yuki.

"I do not wish to fight you. I brought you here to be out of their control. Q. The Doctor. They are fighting over matters which I cannot control. But I can at least bring you here to explain so much you do not understand. You have done well to make it this far, I must congratulate you."

She took another step towards Yuki.

"Especially you, my dear. You have been the heart of this group, have you not? Giving it so much encouragement throughout these dangerous times. But you do not belong with them."

She sighed and spun around to face the far off stars in the distance. "I am known as an S3. We are AI living inside this digital world we call the City. Each of us modeled in an attempt to replicate humanity. We were created by the one you call the Doctor. To create a being with the processing and large-scale power of an advanced computer and the creativity and understanding of a human being. Such a being could build a database of understanding that the world could use to pinpoint the cause of world hunger, the biological basis of cures for every disease, and the secrets to expanded space travel. It could even allow for better governments, stronger societies, and cultures that could simultaneously be the pinnacle of efficiency and human compassion."

She turned back and moved her hand to place it on Yuki's face, studying his features.

"But we were imperfect. Some of us were too aggressive, some too comical, some too thoughtful. We each took on elements of what it is to be human without ever truly reaching that state. We were each extreme. Look around you. I embrace adventure and thrill but I do not understand things such as love nor could I emotionally sympathize with many of your feelings. Some of us were more human, some of us less. Some of us were serious and hateful."

She looked directly into Yuki's eyes with what seemed to be pity.

"Some of us were carefree and kind."

Aezral took a step back.

"Yuki. You know there's no such thing as a Super Saiyan, right? It doesn't exist in the real world. It's an element of fiction. A person cannot truly be one."

The cold blackness of space outside felt crushing and oppressive for that moment.

"A being of artificial intelligence, however, can."

[Firestorm. Inside a rocket]

Jason's paralyzing fear of blowing up turned out to be helpful as he collapsed onto his knees when the rocket lifted off; effectively bracing for the sudden acceleration as the dolls flew towards then. The armor didn't help much as the officer found it hard to breathe once again, but remembered a fun breathing trick he learned when watching TVs about air force pilots when he was younger. Almost immediately, the characteristic 'hick' could be heard from the officer as he struggled to remain conscious against the extreme gravity, and apparently succeeded.

Disregarding Sora's cries and more mini-nukes being hurled at the dolls, Jason's focus was on Maxwell as he attempted to alleviate the intense gravity. I don't think electricity works that way... the thought to himself as he listened in to what the boy had to offer, and I was awake in physics class to know that. Feeling that this was a less than obvious excuse for the boy to have some fun with his lethal powers with an absolute disregard for collateral damage, Jason struggled against the intense gravity as he readied the shotgun and aimed it at the boy. I'd rather lose one group member if it means saving the rest from certain death by stupidity... The resulting action was somewhat confusing to the officer at first; he was unsure if it actually worked, but he actually did feel a little lighter. Thinking that the boy was on to something, Jason suddenly had another thought. With the time that has elapsed, we must be in space by now. His suspicions were confirmed as the walls broke away, revealing an awe-inspiring view of space. But Jason was having none of it as he calmly got back on his feet, and walked towards a door; he assumed it was the cockpit area.

Once inside, Jason was greeted with the sight of Aezral. For a grandma, she seemed to handle the extreme environment of the rocket rather well...

"I do not wish to fight you." The woman started,  "I brought you here to be out of their control. Q. The Doctor. They are fighting over matters which I cannot control. But I can at least bring you here to explain so much you do not understand. You have done well to make it this far, I must congratulate you."

Her reassurance of not wanting to harm the group was enough for the officer to lower his shotgun and point it off to the side as she continued. "Especially you, my dear. You have been the heart of this group, have you not? Giving it so much encouragement throughout these dangerous times. But you do not belong with them. I am known as an S3.

Jason cocked his head to the side as the revelation dawned on him. The City is... digital? So then how am I here? Unless I've been knocked out and hooked up to something to interface with this place. Strange though, I don't feel anything being hooked onto me. He was impressed with the goals of the Doctor as the woman continued. Some of us were serious and hateful. Some of us were carefree and kind. Yuki. You know there's no such thing as a Super Saiyan, right? It doesn't exist in the real world. It's an element of fiction. A person cannot truly be one. A being of artificial intelligence, however, can."

Uh oh. I didn't like the sound of that... On instinct, Jason raised his shotgun and leveled it towards Yuki, who was already berserk. Stand down immediately!" The officer sternly yelled at the boy, confused on what would be the proper action to take. On one hand, the boy was with the group without incident, but on the other hand... Well Aezral did have a point. If this guy really is a sayian, then bullets would be useless against him... This isn't good...

She called out after entering.  She walked deeper into the building. An creepy feeling went up her back. "Geez,I've got chills. If a creepy clown thing pops up I'd not be shocked." She says slowly. "Don't you agree Khan Kahn?"

Asher

Yvel took a few steps forward with a strange, hopeless countenance, as if he were someone walking towards a cliff side.

"This place... this is the City. This is the only home I've ever known. It is... inescapable for me as I was only ever designed to live here."

His pace slowed as he neared Asher and leaned against one of the chilled concrete bunker walls, sliding down until was sitting on the side of the hallway, his back to the left wall. He turned to Asher and he seemed to be near to crying, though his eyes didn't appear red.

"I'm not real Asher. Nothing here is. S3s... we're... we're Artificial Intelligent beings. We're software. Everyone you've fought, everywhere you've been; it was programmed. It was built. This City is manifested to your mind as a physical place but it isn't. It's the smartest piece of software ever created. It's a blank framework that is infinitely scalable and, with the help of you all, will be filled with the necessary code to be able to analyze and correct a multitude of real world problems."

Dolls scratched viciously at the door behind Asher but the sounds barely made it through the thick walls all around them.

"We weren't good enough to do it ourselves, so in the end, us S3s are just the last trial to pass for you, the 'true' humans to be able to actually bring the City to life."

The gun lingered between the two.

"So just go and pass your trial. I'm not so angry or defiant as the others. Just do it."

D3

As Zets continued his furious assault on Alysa, Aro was able to release the built up energy. In a single wave it slammed against Zets and lit the entire room up, for good this time.

Zets hit a wall and his blade went flying across the room and blood trickled out of his mouth as it contorted into a snarl.

"Y-you stupid little... I-I'll kill you. I'll kill every damn one of you, and your friends to, you hear me? I'll kill every damn one of you!"

But Zets was no longer able to move or do much of anything. His eyes began to slide closed though, and in his final whispers he cursed the duo who has bested him.

In a moment the light of the room seemed to burst forth from the building across the entire district. The entire area bloomed from the stagnant white to a full palette of warm colors and bright hues.

The trial had been passed. And the elevator opened behind them once again.

Firestorm

"I can't say for certain why you weren't utilized." Aezral began again to Yuki. "We other S3s attempted to write to the City but we could not truly bring it to life. Our code cannot be deleted, and the City cannot be re-written, however, until us S3s who tried to change it first are killed."

She place a hand on Yuki's shoulder.

"If it is any consolation, that means that you will not have to die for this City to come to life. You were placed in statis and given what no other S3 was given; a fake life. A true history. I don't know why Q did that, though. Perhaps she liked you, and realized that those of us who resided in this City would only be forced to go crazy as we have. She chose this life for you; a life closer to human than we ever got the chance to have."

The feeling of gravity suddenly shifted uneasily as the rocket turned about, and soon it was pointing... back down.

Everyone in the room feel to where the ceiling was except for Aezral and Yuki, who levitated in the air. Soon, as the rocket was reignited and it began speeding back down to the City, the entire group was thrown back onto the "floor" of rocket, which at this point was pointed up. The rocket started shaking intensely as it hit the atmosphere on its descent. The force of the reentry practically pinned the group to the ground.

"And so..." Aezral said without much emotion. "We reach the classic phase of the Icarus myth. We've flown to close to the sun. I've already guaranteed my death; I cannot leave this ship. But you, this is when you must all prove you can survive. We have 30 seconds at maximum before impact. You all better act fast if you wish to survive."

Shade and Khan

"Be-.... don't und-... just wat-..." Q's communication then seemed to cut out after some static as they entered the funhouse.

The main room they entered was quite large. The ceiling was wall enough for two stories and an entire house may have been fit in here.

And covering every single wall was a mirror.

Each was distorted in their own way. Some made the pair look smaller, some made them look larger, some made them look like they had gargantuan heads and others made them seem to have gigantic feet.

"Welcome!" A cheery voice seemed to blare over an unseen loudspeaker. "Welcome to Jevir's funhouse! I'll be your host, Jevir, hahaha! You've entered my wonderfully wacky first room. Look at all these versions of you, can you imagine if these all were somehow real?"

"Can you imagine?"

Suddenly in an instant every single one of the dozens of funhouse mirrors started to show reflections that were... moving on their own. Walking towards the barrier between the world and the mirror... and then climbing out. Dozens upon dozens of warped versions of the two, now in the room with them... and then racing towards them with piercing screams.

"Have fun!" the cheery voice yelled joyfully.

((You all know have full control of the enemies you are fighting to make this encounter as interesting as possible))

Yuki then looked at Aezral and listened to what she said....It was unbelievable. "Q.......Q made me think this? She....Liked me...?" His head faced the ground once again...Why him? Why did The Doctor and Q do this to him? Did he have to be killed? Did he truly have a purpose...?

"How....How can you like someone if you put lies in their memories and not the truth? I know now I'm more human then all of you....But was I worth the creation? Was I meant to do this? Was I meant.....To even exist?" He shook her hand off his shoulder. "I feel your pity.....But I just don't accept it. And if I ever see Q or The Doctor ever again.....I WANT answers then and there. No excuses!" He said ever so seriously. The pain of being lied to still stirred through his body. He wanted to know his fate....

"Wh-What!?" Yuki's reaction from levating from the ground. This was the climax. Life or death situation. "We have to get out NOW!" Yuki yelled out, floating towards the door, but stopped and faced Aezral one last time with a serious expression. ".....Thank you....For telling me....I owe you one Aezral......Guys! Iku Ze! Now! Get out of the ship!"

"Easier said than done, we're the atmosphere, so we can't exactly get out without burning to a crisp." Maxwell pointed out at Yuki's statement, as he dashed to the door as well, and waved at the others, "Our best bet would be to use the clouds to get out as we're almost landing on the ground, so we don't burn in the atmosphere, either that or making a large shield around us and pray that it withstands the impact." Maxwell gave two options, but the latter seemed the most logical, but also the hardest to survive. "Decide quickly!" he shouted to the others and to yuki.

He hoped the others would decide quickly, as they didn't have much time, they barely had any time, Maxwell hated this situation, as either option put everyone's lives in danger, and that Aezral wasn't exactly as friendly as he thought, and that her previous promise of a slow fall towards the city was a lie.

This guy wanted Asher to kill him.

Even though he was just a piece of programming, Asher had some remorse.

But he had to do it. This place was all just in his head.

Were any of these other people real? Was Nathan real? This was all just one big dream.

Asher looked at Yvel. He wasn't real. Asher wouldn't actually be killing someone.

Hesitantly, he pulled the trigger, firing at the software.

Knowing this place, something else probably was going to happen.

Nowhere was safe from Q.

Sora was slammed into the floor, crying out in pain. Her head ringing, she tried to get up, but crumpled down, whimpering. Again, Yuki to the rescue. The clouds were their only chance...

She crawled towards Kristy, then realized she had hit the ground hard enough to cut her head. Some blood ran down her forehead, and she touched it. Sticky.

"Ow..." she whimpered, standing shakily.

"Clouds...shield...not going to work well. We...we're going too fast to survive using a shield. The impact...the impact will kill us. We have to either fly or...or slow the entire ship down." She grimaced, holding her head. "Ow..."

"Right! Everyone get on the clouds!" Yuki said, quickly blowing out Sukai Clouds for everyone including him. He quickly jumped on his, picked up Sora to put her on his cloud, then quickly went on healing her head. still having that stern and serious expression. This was now or never. They just HAD to move out! "Come on!" He yelled out, dashing out the door on his cloud with Sora.

Kristy sure was in surprise.  No, more like amazed that Sora got out of the hug, went over to Yuki, and hugged him.  "Sora."  Kristy just crossed her arms and smiled at the sight.  Then she thinks:  You really are an amazing person Sora.  Without warning Kristy found herself crashing towards the ceiling of the rocket.  She grumbles: "Ouch." when she gets there.  Next, she ends up going back to the floor.  Landing on her back, she cries:  "Double ouch."  Kristy struggled to get on her front.  Seeing Sora crawling towards her with a bleeding head, Kristy tries reaching her as well.  Now seeing Yuki picking up Sora and healing her, plus hearing Maxwell's two suggestions, Kristy says:  "Well I can create a shield with my Aura.  But I don't think I can make one big enough for everyone to hide behind."  With one of Yuki's clouds close by, Kristy responds:  "Or we can all use one of those.  That works too."  But she could hardly move onto the cloud due to the gravity.  However, a thought came into Kristy's mind.  She lays her right palm flat on the floor.  The portion it was on crumbled and she begins to glow yellow.  Now Kristy tries to stand up on her feet.  Even with her Aura she barely managed to get up and onto the cloud.  Kristy figured to let the cloud get her out of the rocket and follow the others.

"Right then." Maxwell said as he looked over to the others, Nora,Chester and the officer, while Kristy, Yuki and Sora were leaving, Maxwell would make sure the others would be able to get out, "I'l be right behind you guys." he said with a frown as he looked at Aezral, even though this was a crucial moment, he'd take the risk of asking one more question, if anything he could turn into electricity and survive the impact if need be.

"What will happen once all trials are done? will Q gain control over the city?" he asked, one final question, before leaving with the others, he'd get this answer, even if he had to leave last, he faced her, eye to eye.

The ringing in Chester's ears slowly stopped-Only for him to learn the ugly truth from Aezral. He was utterly confused and started questioning everything like the others as well.He felt sorry for Yuki.He looked at his sweaty shaky palms, wondering if it was only the Super Saiyan a S3 that didn't originated from the outside.Another question that bothered him was-If the City was a computer simulation, does that mean his powers directly connected to the City's primary code or was the programmer just affecting the surface of the City's data?Right now,he won't know.

And once again, they were all pinned to the ground. This time,he managed not to hit his head as hard as before. He nodded at Maxwells statement, getting himself in position for attacking."Ill be right next to you if you need me."He told Nora

"Stupid... stupid... third grader..." Alysa huffed, out of breath from the fight. She had taken more hits than she would have liked to, but the bugger was dead. She pulled off her helmet, tossing it to the side. "Next time I won't bother making metal armor to protect against a lightsaber." She muttered. The suit was mostly torn to shreds, but it would certainly do its job, at least for a bit longer. She looked up and around, watching this portion of the city come alight with color. She looked around the room, particularly around the body of Zets, hoping to find something of some use, maybe some food...

Asher

The bullet slammed into Yvel's head, and the sound rang throughout the bunker. Blood painted the wall behind him in an instant as he slumped over onto the ground, his unmoving eyes fixed forward towards Asher.

"You may not be able to see outside," Q spoke "but this district has been revitalized. Good job Asher."

The doors to the bunker opened on their own. Outside the district was colorful and vibrant. The dolls has gone too, though marauder pods seemed to be coming down around the city like a torrent now.

"You should go north. The Quarantine team has been passing trials to the northwest, and I suspect the two trials remaining to the direct north are about to be passed by the groups there. We're about to enter the end-game of this little dance Asher. You should be ready...."

The newly-brightened world outside beckoned.

And the smell of blood lingered in the bunker.

Firestorm

Aezral looked at Maxwell as the rocket barreled towards earth.

"The City will be ready very soon. Then the activation will be needed; you must find the S4s. They are our successors. The true AI that can bring the city to life. They will be the ones who can truly weaponize it; for whomever you wish. Be warned though; they will be the toughest battle you've yet faced. They carry the capabilities of AI and the cunning of humans. Whether you must defeat them or befriend them I do not know; but Q will surely show you the way. They are in stasis now; waiting for their moment of glory. You must unlock these true artificial humans, and they may unlock the city for whoever you choose. Q, the Doctor."

The ground drew closer and closer.

"Be sure of one thing, though, travelers; know why you choose the one you choose. The choice is more grave than you know."

In an instant the rocket slammed into the ground, causing a massive explosion that threw the entire group backwards. The fireball rose into the sky as the City rocked under the tremor.

And just like that the district came to life. Color in every street and alley. Blue sky.

Red blood.

Thick orange flames.

Suffocating black smoke.

Even as color came back to the world, the City began to seem ugly. Dark. The marauders rained down more and more. Everything was tearing itself apart.

"Congratulations." Q spoke "That was your last trial take a moment to rest, the others should be done with theirs soon if they are not already. The City is on the brink of anihilation. You will need to gather everyone together now."

The faint cry of fire and falling pods filled the air.

"This story ends soon. How will you write the last chapter?"

D3

There didn't seem to be any food in the room at the moment. Instead a faint explosion rocked the whole district.

"You should head east." Q said to both of them, "The last of the districts are being readied. You must join up with the remaining few others. Now comes the most difficult time of this whole journey."

The bright path west looked clear, besides the constant and increasing amount of the marauder pods, but those could be circumvented. It came down to this.

"I am sorry." Q's words echoed in both of their minds. "For all of this. I hope you will soon see I had my reasons."

Luckily, for Yuki and the others, they all escaped on the Sukai Clouds just in time, flying out while the explosion was behind them. The Clouds placed themselves and their riders in the air for a bit. Once all color brought into life, they all descended to the ground. Yuki carried Sora off his cloud and jumped off. He sat down and just needed to process what just happened. His whole life and demeanor would change now. He took a very deep breath. "Still alive....Thank God....But still..." A tear started to roll down his eye once again. "It's getting close to the end....After all we've been through. Our story's coming to a close....Especially mine." Another tear rolled down Yuki's face. His wiped his eyes with his left hand. "This is it...It really is...This is the only time I'll see you guys ever..." He sniffed. "I'm just stuck here in this digital fake world...It's not the life I want." He turned around to face the others. "I just want you to know...You guys are the best friends an...A Saiyan...An S3...Could ever make." Yuki said, truly meaning it. "And....If you ever have to fight me...If we are forced to...I'll save you guys the trouble. Promise." He turned back around facing the ground. "I can't believe I was created...Why was I?" He whispered to himself and closed his eyes. One more tear made it's appearance and dropped on the ground. The little teardrop made a little sound when made an impact to the surface.

-Khan Kazuma-

Khan wasn't at all impressed with the silly reflections of himself and his new comrade, but was more miffed at the sound of an overly-cheery voice over loudspeaker, identifying itself as "Jevir", which he had to guess was a Clown or merely the organizer of this funhouse "event".

"Jevir? Are you affiliated with the entity known as Q?!" He shouted, but was then surprised to see their reflections emerge from the Mirrors as weird, freakish abominations which charged, screaming like bats out of hell.

"Well then...I'm not flattered by these pale imitations." He said, summoning his Hammer and batting one of the Reflections aside before shrouding himself in his Green Energy and Shoulder Charging another with a big Torso, causing it to fly back and crush several others to death. "That was pathetic!" He called to the Reflection, pointing at it mockingly before kicking away another.

He then turned to his companion. "What are you doing standing around? Fight!" He called out, killing another few Reflections.

Firestorm

With her cloud landing on the ground, Kristy rolls off and gets on her knees.  Her Aura fades away and she starts breathing heavily.  Well, a lot of things were learned today.  The "City" everyone is in turns out to be some sort of digital world, S3 program things were calling shots doing whatever, and Yuki ends up being one of them.  Kristy didn't know how to process all of this.  She listened to what Yuki was saying.  When he finished, Kristy said:  "Same here Yuki.  And no matter what happens, we'll always be friends.  Always."  Feeling especially tired, Kristy thought of laying down and take a quick nap.  On her back, she folds her arms behind her head and thinks:  Oh, poor Yuki.  I can't hope to pretend how he feels right now.  Is there anything we can do to help him?  Hearing Q now, Kristy bit her lips and mumbled:  "I would make it that everyone could get a happy ending.  Especially Yuki.....and Sora."

Maxwell knew he wouldn't be able to get out of the rocket in time, as it was already too close to the ground, he simpply nodded at Aezral as he turned into electricity in order to survive the impact, thankfully, the others were relatively close to where it fell, as electricity started to come out of the rocket's destroyed parts, forming into Maxwell and his trusty sword as he began to walk towards the others, although winded by the power he had to use in order to survive that, practically turning into lightning and separating himself to every area in the rocket that conducted electricity in order to survive the blast, and joining all parts together, it was quite difficult.

He arrived in time to hear Yuki and Kristy, "Im afraid there isn't much we can do about it, after all S3s are destroyed...new threats will surface, Aezral told me in her last moments, that once the trials are done, new, more difficult ones will surface...the S4s she called it..." Maxwell explained to the others in a blank and strict tone, but he didn't say about what their purpose was, as that wasn't clear to him.

He sighed as he stabbed his sword on the ground, electricity flowing around it, as he sat beside it, "Now...we wait..." he said.

If it wasn't for being close to Maxwell as he did his magic, Nora wouldn't have survived that on her own. Now the group stood together as the maurderers rained from the sky, giving off a glimpse of what would await them. "Final chapter..." Nora murmured. She wondered what kind of ending could this turn out to be. It could be happy, or sad, or undefined. Some could survive, others wouldn't possibly. "We're almost done." Nora said, quickly painting a few weapons for herself before the enemies came along. She turned to the group, and with a sheepish smile, offered her hand as she held it in the middle. "Let's make sure to make this a happy ending, alright?" Nora asked. Then again, could they die? The pain alone was real enough to make her fear so. They would be the ones to write the ending. They had to make sure it was a good one.

Firestorm

Sora wobbled a bit, still a bit woozy from when she hit her head. She took a moment to regain her balance, then slowly walked over to Kristy and knelt beside her. She then...just laid down with her head on Kristy's stomach, her body perpendicular to the girl's.

Sora didn't exactly pass out, but she sort of shut down. She was tired, scared, feeling useless, and just wanted to sleep...but she couldn't...not as marauders rained from the sky and the City was entering the final stages.
