"I'm not good alone..." Shade admitted shyly. Thoughts started to spin around her head. She had a power to create walls, which was useful, however she wasn't a fighter. A group would be best for her. She needed to share this power of her's. She could save lives that thought pleased her. The seconds ticked by,could this Q-person actually lead her to others. She could only hope. (Shades power level is -9000)

Alysa was very perplexed by this little boy. Was this person really somebody they had to murder? It seemed a ridiculous proposition. She glanced down to the hilt of her blade. She hadn't had a second thought about what she was doing here before, but now, seeing a little boy... No. She had to get out of this damned city. And if it meant she had to kill this innocent child, then she would. Besides, it was fake. Absolutely fake. The Fencer followed Zets over to the TV. "Excuse me, uh, Zets, but we have some business to attend to." She said, placing her hand casually on the handle of her foil.

Before heading up any further to the rocket Kristy took a quick look around.  She didn't see any marauders or dolls or anything around the area.  But she had a feeling that would change soon.  Then she sees Yuki show up and handed a bazooka shaped cloud to Sora.  Crossing her arms, Kristy says:  "Can you really do that Sora?  It's okay if you can't, but can you?"

Sora looked at the cloud and scrunched her face up in concentration. Taking a breath...she turned it into a bazooka, and nearly pitched over. Regaining her balance, she clutched the bazooka to her chest.

"...I can." She said softly.

"Oh.  Well there you go."  Kristy laughs kind of nervously to Yuki.  Rubbing her own head, Kristy shakes it and says:  "So, you guys ready to go?  Some of the others already went in, and we should probably get going as well."

Yuki nodde to Kristy's suggestion. "Right. Sora, if you ever need a gun, just give me call." He said happily before skipping playfully to the rocket. "Come on! Come on! (singing) "We're going on trip! To the giant rocket ship! Heh heh heh!" Yuki didn't really care how some people viewed him. He liked being childish and playful, even in the most serious situations.

((So many short posts~... Guess I'll do a long one and go into detail on Nathan's backstory a little.))

----

Running through the seemingly blank streets of the new district, Nathan hurried through the streets in an attempt to reach the next Trial. However, "something" was chasing Nathan and he was unable to shake it loose no matter where he ran to. As Nathan ran, he would occasionally look at the buildings around him and in the reflection of the windows Nathan would see someone other than himself. Instead of his own reflection, Nathan began seeing a shadow like figure that radiated with a dark presence. Grinding to a halt, Nathan stared at a glass window and pulled out the gun that he had tucked into his trousers, pointing it at the dark figure that reflected back at him. "Who are you? Why are you following me? Are you another apparition that this City has created to test me? First my younger brother Stark, then my rival Vladimir and now you. Why?! Why are you all barraging me with these images of my past? I demand answers, now!" The dark figure chuckled and Nathan's anger began to boil once again, his finger almost pulling the trigger. "Nathan~... Are you capable of understanding what love is?" Nathan's eyes narrowed intently as the shadow surrounding the figure in the glass began to fade away. "Love is an emotion that I have no need for. It will only get in the way." "Do not be so hasty to decide that. It is something that we both require in our life. Without love, we will never gain a hatred strong enough to truly attain the power that we need." Nathan lowered the gun slowly, his expression contorting into a state of confusion. "What do you mean... We? Just who the hell are you?" The shadowy figure's appearance transformed into that of a young man who looked similar to Nathan, but different at the same time. His face, height and speech all appeared the same, but his outfit and general demeanour were much darker than Nathan's. "Come closer Nathan." Without a second's hesitation, Nathan walked towards the glass until the glass was an inch in front of him. "Now, do me a favour and show me how far down the rabbit hole you can go." Unable to react, Nathan could only watched horrified as a hand reached out from the glass and pulled him through it, his body landing flat on the floor inside the building. It was then, in Nathan's mind, that something unpredictable occurred.

"Vlad, you're losing again. When are you ever going to give me a real good run for my money?" An eight year old Nathan was playing a game of chess against his childhood rival, Vladimir, with the red head dominating the match as per usual. "What's the point of going against me again and again Nathan if you know you can beat me? I wish I were more like you... I don't want to lose at anything!" The young Nathan looked away from Vladimir with a sigh. "Trust me Vlad, winning is great and everything, but it's boring when it's this easy. Not just this game, but running my father's company is even easier than he tells me. I think that's why my parents hate me, it's because I'm smarter than them." "You are a real genius Nathan, don't let anyone tell you otherwise! As long as you're the best, what does anything else matter?" Nathan smirked at Vladimir as quickly moved the chess pieces in order to check mate Vladimir. "You know, that's not a bad idea. I'll start my own company once I turn ten and by the time I'm twenty-two... No, twenty years old, I'll own both companies. From there, I might even go on to own the world. Wouldn't that be something?" "Yeah, it really would! But don't think I'll let you get away with it! I'll be right at your heels all the way." Vladimir looked happy, but Nathan was wrapped up in his own thoughts as usual. "Yes, I'll own my company and my father's company. They'll finally stop giving so much attention to that little brat of a brother I have and finally be able to see me as the best. I'll finally be able to show them that I'm worthy of their admiration. My brother, my mother and even my horrible father, as well as everyone else in the world, I'll make sure they all know the name Nathan Cross! I will not stop until they all acknowledge me for who I am!" "But why are you doing this Nathan? I mean, what do you gain from this?" Nathan laughed at the question, a devilish smirk appearing on the face of the eight year old. "I'll have proved that I existed!"

For a minute or so, the boy lay there completely still, but his body eventually began twitching and he managed to get back to his feet. However, the glare in his eyes was reason enough to tell that this was not the same boy who had thrown himself through the plane of glass a minute earlier. The boy looked at his hands and began clicking his fingers with one hand, moving his thumbs over fingers and pushing down on them. "It has been a while since I've had some direct control... And this power over gravity... Nathan did well to get it to this level. However, he is far from mastering it." The young man who was now in control of Nathan's body looked up and held his hand to his head. "Good night Nathan. Sweet dreams... That's what I would say if someone like you could have any." The boy looked around and found that he himself was in some kind of clothing store. "Good. I needed new clothes anyway. Nathan always did have an awful fashion sense." After ten minutes of picking out clothes, the young man left the store wearing a black set of trousers with a black dress shirt and tie, donning a black coat over the top. "Much better. Now, I will need a name to go by if I am to encounter Nathan's underling... Perhaps I will use the name of Nathan's childhood friend. Yes, that will suit me fine." The boy smirked, his eyes flashing a crimson red briefly from Nathan's natural dark brown. "If all those idiots who gathered together thought that Nathan was bad, just wait until they get a load of what Vladimir has to offer!"

("Without love, we will never gain a hatred strong enough to truly attain the power that we need." OMG THIS LIKE HIT MY HEART)

Asher was officially annoyed and rather worried.

"Damnit Nathan." Asher sighed, dropping his Sword and gathering a ball of fire in his hand.

He sent it flying into the sky, a flare.

"He'll see this." He said simply, watching the flame.

Aro sighed a bit at the strange boy. He was certainly...ah, strange? Well, yes. Strange. Very strange. Childish yet oddly enigmatic. just who exactly was this boy? And why was he just watching television? Aro felt that he should've had some...greater importance. Not just this. Aro sighed once more and walked forth; standing next to Zets as she watched the TV.

"So...uh...."

The young man now known as Vladimir looked up and noticed the flare that was lighting up the sky, coming to the conclusion that Asher was trying to get in contact with Nathan. "Well~ If he's so desperate to see me, then I guess I'll go and pay him a visit." Vladimir looked at himself in the reflections of the windows he passed as he walked through the streets, observing his current appearance. "I must say, Nathan's decision to dye his hair red was such a childish thing to do. Is he so scared of the dark that he'll even go as far as to deny his true nature. What a waste." Vladimir put a hand to his head, ruffling up his hair and playing with it slightly. "The first opportunity that I get, I'll need to find a way to wash this out. Then again, who's to say this City will even allow me to do that." Turning the next corner, Vladimir encountered Asher who was staring at the flare that they had sent into the sky. "Asher. It's good to see you again, or I should say that it is nice to meet you." Being vastly different to Nathan in dress sense, Vladimir gave off a dark and deceitful vie that was much clearer to grasp than Nathan's mischievous side. It was also clear that Asher would be confused by what 'Nathan' meant, and so Vladimir wasted no time in explaining the situation to the young fire user. "I don't expect you to fuly understand what is going on right now, but I shall try to explain the situation to you as best I can. My name is Vladimir, I appear to be an alternate personality of Nathan from your point of view. I have a very different goal from Nathan, so I will expect you to do as you're told. I'm not as kind as Nathan is, so if you disobey me, I will waste no time in disposing of you." Vladimir held out his hand to the ground, using his powers to shape the earth in front of him. "Nathan's wish is to be accepted into humanity, but what I want is to rule it. People are too stupid to do anything by themselves and require a leader in order to prevent things like war. By ruling all of humanity through acquiring the powers granted to me through this city, I will soon be able to control everyone." Vladimir smirked, a earthen throne appearing in front of the two. Wasting no time, the young gravity user sat on the throne, putting one leg over the other and propping his arm up against his face arrogantly. "I will become a King and all shall kneel before me." Rotating his hand remaining hand as if he were holding some kind of invisible sphere, the throne lifted up from the ground and began floating. "It will be a long time before Nathan's consciousness surfaces again, so I do not mind passing the time by divulging into his past. If you wish, my loyal subject, I will tell you about Nathan Cross' past. Would you like to hear it?"

Who the hell was this guy?

"Ummm....I just wanted to kinda get these trials over with, not listen to some story. That story can be told later...V-Vladimir?" Asher said, snappish actually.

Vladimir? What even kind of name was that?

"Also, if you want to rule the world, good luck with that...." Asher said, looking at Vladimir.

The maid then looked over at Yuki. She seemed as timid as ever, but she clutched the weapon. "Thank you. Once I run out of ammo, fashion me a rifle a P90. It's size is a bit easier for me to handle and use, plus it's firing modes are superb. The weapon's magazine is strange but it's good for what I need."

Shade

"Not good alone?" Q pondered aloud.

"Let's remedy that immediately shall we?"

Suddenly a human materialized right in front of Shade. An well-built man it looked to be.

Khan Kazuma

And so now the two -Shade and Khan- stood facing each other on the rooftops.

"Welcome to the City Khan, Q said " there is much for you to know about this place, but understand that your tenacity should come well in handy here. Meet your new... friend Shade. She's rather new as well. I think you both will get along splendidly."

And so began the introductions.

D3

Zets kept his large grin even as his eyes move over to the foil that Alysa had just grasped. Then his grin evaporated in an instant.

The TV suddenly went to nothing but static, blaring loud nothingness throughout the room.

"W-what are you doing?" Zets seemed frightened.

The room suddenly darkened until it seemed as if the pure white city outside were made of pitch-black stone. Eventually the room was entirely without any source of light except for the buzzing TV.

"You would..." Zets jumped off the couch and backed away from his new friends. "You would use your weapon here?"

The sound of the static on the TV grew even louder.

"On.... me?" Zets' colorful eyes suddenly started to turn red, until the color enveloped not only his iris, but the entirety of both his eyes. Pure energy snaked from his hand and a thin sword took form in his right hand.

"That... that just won't do."

And he started to laugh. Louder and louder until it reached the volume of the TV's static. In the darkness of the room then he shot towards Alysa, moving at a purely inhuman speed, blade pointed at her throat. Still laughing.

"It just won't do!"

Asher and Vlad/Nathan

As Asher and Vladimir continued to speak, a frenzied cry rang out a few blocks ahead of them. Both could make out that a huge bunker seemed to be situated between several skyscrapers, severely out of place and looking like a construct of the early Cold War. The bunker was pure concrete and seemed to extend down underneath the city. There was a single huge door that both could see, but there was only darkness beyond so there was no telling what lay within. That's where the cry emanated from.

At the same time, the pods continued falling from the sky around them, and as Marauder pods slammed into the ground all around so too came the roar of dolls, as an avalanche of them suddenly began to appear from various corners and converge towards the pair.

Whatever this City was, it was reaching its cataclysm, and Asher and Vladimir were right in the middle of it. They had to choose to fight or run, and the bunker-styled trial lay before them.

Welcome to the district known as Omen.

FireStorm

The door to the rocket beckoned, and after everyone was prepared and heading inside, an unknown voice spoke out.

"Welcome my dear dear friends!" It was the voice of an older woman. "You've come here to complete a trial I suspect?"

The doors to the outside closed.

"Well I intend to make it a true trial for you all. The miracle of spaceflight is a very difficult miracle to make true. And today you join me in that journey."

A symphony of screeches could be heard from the upper levels. Inside the rocket there was a relatively open huge stairway with various switched and levers on the walls. The engines were just on the other side of the wall, and the sound of the electronics whirring could already be heard. At the top of the stairs the screeching was given a source; dolls.

A lot of them.

Dozens upon dozens scrambled down from the upper levels of the huge rocket, throwing themselves towards the group in a frenzy (You may all take control of dolls and decide their actions in this current fight). It would be a tough battle making their way to the top of the rocket. But that wasn't everything.

The voice came back on the intercom within the rocket.

"I don't want to keep you all waiting, so let the countdown begin!"

The dolls screeched and roared as they tore down the stairs towards the group and the ominous voice started counting.

"10"

"9"

"8"

"7"

It was time to move.

- Cloudburst team -

Maxwell entered along with everyone, and as the door closed, and a strange voice could be heard, announcing the trial's start, he sighed, he was expecting a trap after all, but so fast upon entry just annoyied him, as he examined the huge stairs, seeing several levers on the walls, the sound of engines and even more being heard, he saw the horde of Dolls, and he frowned as they began to hear a countdown, he ran forward up the stair, at the bottom, he glanced at the wall and could feel the electric wiring on it, almost as if detecting it through the wall, he quickly punched a small gap between switches and engines, as he managed to grab the electric wires and pull them out of the wall.

Quickly over charging himself with the electricity of the wires his sword began to spark, as did he, "No time for strategy, we gotta push!" he said as he dashed at the horde of dolls, which were still coming down the stairs, as he got close he unsheated his sword in a slashing motion, a small electric shockwave following, taking out a few dolls and knocking some back, as dolls began to attack him from all sides, but he held without trouble, dodging, ducking, blocking and slashing the dolls apart, releasing electricity to jump from doll to doll to destroy and stun them every few hits kept most of them at bay, he had already taken out 10 dolls from what he could count, all in  extremely quick succession.

"Oh crap.....Our luck just doesn't get any better." Yuki said, sighing. All of these Dolls were coming towards them, and with the countdown included....It just made things worse. He ran up the stairs immediately when the countdown was heard, just before  5 Dolls leaped towards him! He shot multiple Sun Orbs towards them. Yuki managed to get 3 out of the count, making them fall back, but two landed very close to Yuki. "You better stay back...." The Dolls didn't listen. They both slashed towards him, which he moved back a little to avoid the claws. He lost his balance a little, but regained it and punched one of the Dolls off the stairs and shot a Sun Orbs right in its blank face. Then more Dolls were approaching him on their way down the stairs. One of them landed behind Yuki and had kicked him off the edge! Yuki managed to quickly grab on to the edge of the stairs. This wasn't good. Yuki needed to think fast. Then he just remembered.

"Umm.....Why are we taking the stairs?" He blew out Sukai Clouds, enough for each person before the Clouds instantly flew to the others, used his Sun Energy to blast it off from his feet, activating the Sun Jets and flew his way upward while shooting Sun Orbs at the Dolls on the stairs. "Guys! Use the Sukai Clouds! I think it'll be easier!" He yelled out to the group before performing a Sun Kamehameha at a number of Dolls (at least 10) falling down while in the air. But one Doll grabbed on to Yuki's red tail while it was falling down from above, pulling Yuki down.

"EEYAHH! LET GO!! IT HURTS WHEN YOU YANK ON IT!!" Yuki's tail waved back and forth roughly, trying to get the Doll off! But it wouldn't budge. It was about to slice!  Yuki had no choice, but to fly to the wall and slam the doll the Doll against it with The Doll on his tail, making it let go. But as a result, it hit one of the switches on the wall. "Just watch out for falling Dolls!" Yuki yelled out before flying upwards, shooting more Sun Blasts.

(I was given permission to take control of Tristan momentarily)

Nora backed away ever so slightly as her eyes gazed upon the countless hoard of Dolls. If only a dozen were pretty bad and tough...this could easily turn into a massacre. "H-Holy crap!!!" Nora gasped, her figure shaking. She quickly gripped on her brush and gritted her teeth. She had to fight through this. "Tristan! Cover me for a second!" Nora asked. Tristan smirked, clapping his hands together as flames began to dance around his body. "No problem." With that, Tristan took a step back, before using his flames to propel himself across the enemy line, clashing and tackling Dolls out of the way and into the air with a flare of fire. Nora began to paint on the floor beneath her. What could defeat Dolls? SHe had no idea. Everyone seemed to have a fighting ability. She knew that she wouldn't be able to survive a fight up close and personal. She painted, the strokes of the brush changing color to her desire as Tristan made sure to distract the dolls as much as he could from her. Once she was done, the creation began to glow, and she pulled it out into reality. She pulled it up and aimed at the Dolls, the weapon clicking off its safe lock. "Experimental MIRV. Take this!" Nora yelled as she clicked, two explosives shooting from it. The moment they hit the ground a large explosion occurred, setting the nearest dolls on fire and shredding them up, though even then they began to ran straight at Nora while on fire, which only made them even scarier. "We have to make it to the top of the tower!"

"D-damn...!" Aro squealed as she stumbled back and away from Zets, who just went from cute younger brother to holy firetruck we need to kill it NOW in less than an instant. Something about that TV had suddenly made the boy go crazy--and so the girl's first objective was that culprit. It might not have been, necessarily, it could have been anything else. It was all she had though, and so Aro snapped her finger and allowed a burst of energy to envelop the television set. Next, was getting the boy to stop before he hurt Alysa...!

FireStorm (I'm just randomly using people suggestions now)+Nathan+Asher

For Nathan and Asher's plan there were two locations they could go to in order to reach unclaimed districts besides Dawn, where they currently were. If they went south they could claim the last of the southern districts yet uncontested. If they went north they could claim the district there and use it as a staging point to reach further into the unclaimed areas of the north. The choice was their and theirs alone, and it would only grow more perilous from here.

For the now-combined coalition of the Cloud team and the Fire team the trial they sought in Dawn became abundantly clear after the battle between Nathan and Tristan ended. In the distance, a huge tall building became visible. But it wasn't a building...

It was a rocket.

In the distance there seem to be a full rocket launching platform positioned in the middle of the city. A web of interconnected metal walkways surrounded the walkways, and had an entrance on street level. That would be their way in.

Nobody could tell what they would find inside though...

FireStorm

The door to the rocket beckoned, and after everyone was prepared and heading inside, an unknown voice spoke out.

[Firestorm, Launch Tower]

Zipping away in Polly the Police Car, Jason was hot on his group's tail as they all whisked away on their clouds towards their next Trial. Amidst the towering skyscrapers, the officer managed to see glimpses of what the clouds were rushing towards, and quickly felt his heart sink. Are we really... A Rocket? Why is our next trial a rocket?

Fortunately for the officer, years of hot pursuits and an uncanny knack for reckless driving allowed him to arrive just moments after the group arrived. The transit time was enough for Jason to think of every possible scenario he, along with the others, might encounter in an environment like this. Close quarters is practically guaranteed for an environment like this. If we're fighting within the rocket, control will be essential; sensitive electronics, tons of flammable propellant, thin walls and exposed piping for weight saving is not exactly the best place for a gun fight. The Launch Tower will have exposed piping as well, so same measures apply. This compact assault rifle might have too much power for something like this; I'll have to switch to the shotgun in the trunk instead. Biohazards and explosive hazards will be everywhere what with those fuel lines, refrigerants, god know what other auxiliary gases those engineers use to service these things. Might have to put on a gas mask as well.

Slipping back in with the group just moments before the door closed behind him, Jason was sporting a new loadout in anticipation for the upcoming trial: A compact shotgun, riot shield, a small medical kit, and his CQ Taser gun with a pouch full of replacement cartridges, all supplemented by his usual pistol. His balaclava was replaced with a full on gas mask, complete with a close respirator loop should the absolute worst case scenario dare confront his team. As he had feared, upon hearing the voice 'welcoming' the group, a swarm of creatures yet to be positively identified started their attacks. As usual, Jason's group started fighting back, but something caught the officer's eye that stopped his heart.

Maxwell was using electricity...

Sora had a bazooka out of all things...

"Experimental MIRV. Take this!" He heard Nora yelled. jason had played enough Fallout 3 to know what that weapon was, and would have given the girl a fist bump if they weren't all busy.

Oh no...

Swearing that he saw his life flash before his very eyes, Jason immediately kneeled and shielded his eyes, keeping them shut as he held his compact shotgun tight against him. The officer knew that his efforts won't do anything if the rocket blows up right next to them, but in the back of his head, the officer was hoping that he was just overreacting. Seven seconds. At best, only a few of use will make it, meaning the rest of us will have to find the control room for this thing...

Even with going inside it, Kristy wasn't expecting to be in a rocket.  But the inside was bigger than she thought.  Especially the stairway that leads to the top.  Before climbing the thing she heard a new, unfamiliar voice.  She quickly spun around when she heard the doors close.  "You know something, I should've expected that to happen."  Kristy said aloud.

Then she started to hear the noise.  It sounded very unwelcoming to say the least.  "That noise.  Please don't tell me...."  Kristy looks up and sees dolls.  A whole bunch of dolls.  A very large amount of dolls that were on their way down to everyone.  Groaning, Kristy says:  "It is.  A huge collection of dolls and they're heading right for us!"  Right as she finished three dolls fell down and were standing in front of her.  They were twitching around, like they were ready to attack.  And soon enough, they began to charge.  "Here we go!"  Kristy shouted, quickly placing her right hand on the ground.  The portion crumbled away and she glowed her usual yellow.  She raises her left hand and forms a shield.  She guards against the three dolls charge and barely holds them off.  Next she hears the countdown going on.  Annoyed, Kristy shouts:  "Seriously?!  There's no way we can climb these stairs fast enough with all these dolls in the way!"  Hearing Yuki, she pushes the dolls back and fires beams from her right palm at them.  Seeing the cloud coming, Kristy says:  "Come on Sora!  We have to get on the cloud and go up."  Kristy looks back to see Jason and shouts to him:  "Hurry up officer!  We don't have any time to waste!"

Alysa swallowed nervously. Well then. There was a reason these were called trials after all. She thought through her options, and decided that the best course of action was to play defensively. With her hand still placed on the hilt of her sword, she surged her will through the weapon. Her power activated. Her scabbard vanished, letting the cold steel lightly touch her body. From the place where Alysa's body met the sword, a suit of medieval armor formed around her, including her head. She whipped her sword forwards, lightly making contact with the little boy's own blade. "Won't do huh? Guess I'll have to make it do." Alysa said through gritted teeth as she moved into a better position for combat. Hopefully the metal armor would protect from the energy sword that the little boy was wielding. If not, oh well, she still looked about as badass as she could.

(Alysa's armor (don't get me started on how impossible it is to find a picture of actual armor for a woman, let alone with a helmet):

Sora leveled the rocket launcher and emptied it. She grimaced, trying to keep up. Every time she ran out of ammo she called for a new sukai cloud from Yuki, keeping the rain of deadly missiles going. She kept close to Kristy for protection, but was mostly silent for the battle.

Every time Sora called out for a new cloud, Yuki was quick to make one as fast as possible. But it was kind of tough to try to make these things when there are falling, killing Dolls coming at him. "Do you need that P90 rifle now? No pressure, but it's hard to blow when things are trying to kill you in every direction possible!" He yelled to Sora before shooting a Doll.

Shade looked a her new partner. "I guess we are to work together. I promise to work hard!" She bowed slightly. A meek smile was on her face as she stood back up. "I can't fight very well, but I can cover you from enemy fire. It's like a weird video game in here. So we have to f-fight a-and kill. There's so choice, but let's make the best of it!" She looked up. "My name is Shade, what's yours?" She asked it coyly even though she knew the answer. She added "I mean in case you don't like being called Khan. "

Theme for the stairs assault

"Less talking more fighting!" Maxwell managed to shout at Yuki who was talking to Sora in the middle of a battle, as he slashed a doll in half as electricity jumped from doll to doll, keeping them at bay, as he dashed forward and held his sword up, soon enough a large electric field was created around him, about 5 meters of range, electrocuting all dolls in range for a few seconds before he began dashing again, slashing more and more dolls, losing count on how many he killed so far, almost on his way up the stairs, the dolls however, seemed to have no end to them.

-Khan Kazuma-

Kahn could only stare at the surroundings around him in amazement and surprise...he was in an entirely new world, with a voice speaking to him and a nervous girl before him. Then, he gasped as he looked upon himself: His entire physique had changed, including his outfit and as he spoke: His voice. All of which to the likeness of a familiar character.

"Shade....I suppose you know just as much as I do about our predicament. I can feel that this is more than a Dream...this is a new place, a new world..." He felt his inner ambition rise...this world looked new and open...and raw and ripe for the taking. This was like a dream come true, but first: He had to work for it.

"I am Khan Kazuma....and I look like Shao Kahn. There is a difference in spelling there...*Ahem* So....we have powers, I would assume, due to my appearance change and several other things suggesting the idea....or I'm being wishful." He said aloud.
