Sandra_Nedelcheva1998 244 Posted May 20, 2015 Nora ran ahead as he asked. She reached a wall where she started to paint the door. The fighting noises around her made her shake. She started to paint in a hurry, and man she wasn't the best person to be under pressure. Her hand shook as she painted, forcing her to repaint over certain lines to keep them from being all squiggly and messed up. The door had to be perfect were it to come to life. Were it to work. "(Come on, it's just a simple door! The simplest door! Just normal, a door with a handle!)" Nora thought as she gulped, painting as fast as she could. The fighting got closer, and the pressure became eminent. What seemed to be forever, ended as she finished the final details on the doorknob, the door glowing and coming to life. "It's finished-" Nora said, only to hear the explosion, and quickly cover her head out of reflex. She turned to Chester who was running over. "R-Right!" Nora said as she slammed the door open, not caring to see what was on the other side. "Quickly!" Nora yelled from the inside. The second Chester ran inside, Nora slammed the door closed. She painted a large red cross over the door, ruining the painting, and forcing it to turn back into what it was, a painting. She heard the dolls slam against the wall just as the door disappeared, having her fall back from surprise. She breathed heavily as she looked over at Chester. "Are you ok?!" She asked. She paused, looking around. She had no idea where they where. They might've ended up entering another building. "(Where are we...?)" Nora thought as she hurried over to Chester. The puppets almost snatched him,if Nora didn't pull him thought the door.He was breathing heavily, dropping the hammer on the floor. He leaned on the wall, completely covered in cold sweat. He felt like he was about to have a panic attack but nevertheless he nodded to her question."How about you?Do you always put up with this kind of shit?"Then he remembered to check on the purple shard in his pocket. It was still there and it still carried that aura.He shook his head in annoyance as he returned the shard in his pocket. He stood up,feeling calmer."Anyway...Thanks...For getting us out of there"He also look at the unknown area"So...what now?Hey,what happened with the other guy you said he went to recover?" MDSVeritas 299 Posted May 22, 2015 The Damsels The pair proceeded from the strong colors and rich vitality of the Crest Distict into a new pure white district. A strange hum followed them as they moved, growing strong and strong, finally culminating at the point they reached a large cylindrical building with a huge metallic door at its front facing them. As the pair approached the building, the gigantic door slid open with ease and without cause, showcasing a barren lobby strewn with white desks and thick gray stacks of paper. At the center of the lobby lay a large cylindrical elevator, which seemed entirely made of glass, through which the rest of the encompassing white palette of the lobby shown through. Just then, the hum grew immensely loud behind them the Damsels realized it was... a growl. A huge doll, a full story in height and matching in bulky width lumbered around a street corner and spotted them. It seemed like it may have been following them for some time. Its fists were larger than either of their heads and its darkened eyes glared at them. After a moment, it suddenly broke into a sprint, rushing towards the pair on both arms and legs, viciously roaring as it went...
Wolf on the Run 391 Posted May 22, 2015 signing slightly while seeing no response from the Marauders Tristan tilted his head "Looks like I'm not getting any response from those two looks like I'll just have to try to by myself for now" Turning away from the Marauders Tristan began to move slightly North "Hey Ailder I'm just going to way to train you can stay here and rest if you want but i'm moving on" After saying that Tristan continued on until he was a distance away from everyone and could see no one else nearby "Alright lets give this a try" Summoning flames along his arms Tristan began to focus "The lava failed to effect me so I'm just wondering if i raise the heat" as the heat from tristan's flames increased the color of the flames began to change to a much deeper red "come on come on just a little mor..." suddenly the flames Tristan was emitting perished and Tristan collapsed from using to much of his energy again after he had just finished fighting Tristan laid motionless on the ground

Scrapmaster 1,731 Posted May 22, 2015 The sky gliders "Alright lets-" Maxwell was saying as he felt a tug in his heart, "Gr!" He grunted staggering to the ground, he began to feel dizzy as the electricity from him started to die down, a lot, he could feel sleepy as well, but was fighting against it, having staggered a fe meters way from the Sukai cloud, he managed to slowly walk, to it, dragging himself on top of it as he laid down on it, putting his hand on his chest as he started to feel pain, almost as if his chest was about to explode, "Lets get out of here!" he managed to say, whatever it was that was happening to him, he'd want to get out of the warehouse first. 1 Ultimus Grid reacted to this

If it weren't for that boy I would've been sliced into pieces!" Nora sighed. She glanced up, muttering 'no problem' over the whole saving their butts thing. She hummed. "Nathan...right...I have no idea what happened to him. As far as I know he's still asleep. Nathan got badly injured in a fight and was asked by Q to recover, so he was sent off away into the building, and then I found you." Nora said as she sat up, glancing around the building as she saw a door lead to the outside once more. "Well those things were after the crystal you just took. Until we can figure out what it does, we have to get the heck out of here." Nora said as she took out her brush and started to paint something on the nearby wall. It took a while, but by the end of it Nora revealed it to be a fully working scooter. She stood up, getting on it. "Get on Chester, we're going to ride around and see if we can find someone or something." Nora said smiling. "(Q, if you can hear me, give us a sign or something concerning that crystal.)" MDSVeritas 299 Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) Nora and Chester ... and Tristan and Aildur Nora and Chester emerged from the building to find a towering inferno of power, and in the center of it was Tristan. After the flames died down Tristan fell to the ground, just as the two found their way onto the street. Aildur was close by as well, able to oberve the whole event. The two Angel marauders simply glanced at the group, and then both turned in sync towards Aildur and nodded before flying off to a different part of the city. In the meanwhile, the sounds of dolls were drawing close... to new group of four would need to get acquainted and think fast... trouble was coming and they would need to know where to go. Liath and Reverie "Get up." The voice trailed off in Liath's mind. In Reverie's it was a bit sharper. "You need to keep moving." It was Q. All around them the district had come to life. Rich colors filled its pavement and soaked into its brick. They had passed the trial and freed the district. But even so, the sky sent a different message, as huge pods flew down into the city, landing with huge booms and bright flashed. The Marauders were growing more and more constant. "Our time is running out, and the Marauder attacks are growing closer together. I congratulate you on passing this Trial, but it is only the first of more to come. This story... you story has not yet ended you two. Where will you go now?" Edited May 23, 2015 by MDSVeritas
kingdomhearts45 469 Posted May 23, 2015 Yuki still looked down. Time was running out for Max and Jason the Officer. Then he saw something come out of the Fortress. Another Sukai cloud, with Maxwell on it! But he didn't look well. It stopped next to the Sukai Yuki, Kristy, and Sora were on. He took a deep breath and finally went out of his Super Saiyan form. His hair and eyes were back to normal, but he panted a bit. "I guess...*pant* We all went...*pant* To our limits back there...." Yuki said, with a breathy voice. Even he was tired from being in his SSJ form. "But wait-......Officer! Hurry!!!" He suddenly yelled out.
MDSVeritas 299 Posted May 23, 2015 Cloud Riders The entire building was erupting in explosions and thick grasping flames. Dytrian smiled as he fell to the ground, his creations serving as the means of his own destruction. It was a good way to go out, at least. If the kids could survive it then maybe they were not such simple pawns after all. Dytrain had a million thoughts going through his head as he died, but he was at least happy he got to go out with what he had build... his life had meant something at least. Suddenly the a beam of light shot up from the warehouse into the sky, which then turned a beautiful light, as the light spread in the sky it was mirrored on the ground as color soaked into the foundation of the district. It had been freed, and the trial had been conquered. The roar of the nearby fire showed, however, that this was not fully over. A few more of the riders needed to clear the building to a safe distance, and many of them were not doing well... 1 kingdomhearts45 reacted to this
Dave 5,715 Posted May 24, 2015 Shade and Le Chef Laroux recoiled when Le Chef's hot sauce hit him, searing his face as did. The beat grew more erratic and Laroux fumbled backwards yelling in pain. On the other side of the dance floor Shade's tactic was working. The boom-box-beast continued to encroach but as it walked, it seemed to grow smaller and more subdued with Shade's melody. Eventually it stopped altogether, now looking innocent and fragile where it had just been ferocious and aggressive. "You... you party crashers!" Laroux shouted and dove back towards the turn tables, unleashing a climactic burst of sound in the form of the energy streams which moved faster and looked more dangerous then any of those he had used before. The entire onslaught went straight for Le Chef... Thankfully, Le Chef had spent much of the afternoon thinking of good food puns to use alongside his powers, which if nothing else had provided him with plenty of ideas to use in moments of duress. And the onslaught of energy beams counted as duress. He raised a coy eyebrow as the burst of energy hurtled towards him. "Looks like it's time to... raise the stakes!" Raising his hands up to the air, Le Chef flexed his food muscle, and raining from the cieling came a flurry of thick steaks, literally creating a meat shield. There was no particular skill or talent needed to block the individual rays: there was simply an absurd amount of steaks that it was impossible to NOT hit them instead of their master. The impact from the shots sent the steaks flying back, but the sheer weight of numbers told as the wall held firm. Pleased at the result, Le Chef felt the time had come to end this musical mish mash. "And now, my good man, I think we should say adieu." With a push, the mass of steaks hurtled towards Laroux, which, if not damaging, would at least be kind of gross as the still rare slabs smacked and slapped his face. If the DJ lived through it, he would still probably need to sanitize his face. As it was, Le Chef didn't feel like letting it get that far. The meat rain was designed to provide an ample covering fire for him to approach the booth (he was not a fast runner), produce the knife from his hat, and introduce it to Laroux's face. Captain Arrowguns 466 Posted May 24, 2015 Liath lay on the floor of the Reverie's spherical barrior. He gave an arrogant smile at Mr. It to let it know he was okay, and got to his feet. "Well then, that was exciting. And informative. Just goes to show you, my friend, that sometimes it's better to weasel your way out of a situation than charge in guns blazing." Liath said as he wrung the water out of his hat. As he took a better look at his companion, he noticed that the guy was exhausted, "Oh dear, you all right Riverie? I'm deeply thankful for your help back there, and understand that you're exhausted, but we're still bobbing on the water. Do you mind moving the barrier over to the surface, perhaps over there?" Liath asked, gesturing to the south. He could've swarm that he'd seen plenty of marauders land in that direction, and if he'd learned anything in the past few years, it was that where the were dangers, there were usually secrets as well. It wasn't until after this that Liath noticed a trickle of unusually red looking water dripping from his jaw, that he remembered the glass that had been hurtling towards his face mere momets ago. He touched the left side of his face, and felt felt a sizable cut from his temple nearly to his chin, along with plenty of blood. "Well, that's unfortunate." Liath casually stated, ripping off a strip of his shirt, and pressing firmly it to his face.
Stardustblade358 806 Posted May 24, 2015 Nora was definitely not expecting to ride into a living hell. Nor she expected a kid to be at the center of it. But by this point she just went along with it. After so much she's seen, was there really reason to ask anymore? "Chester, we're helping, not buts." Nora said as she got off the scooter with him, the scooter turning into ink as it disappeared. Nora was careful as she walked around. The whole place was burnt up, covered in charcoal and some parts were still on fire. "Watch your feet. Hot, hot hot hot!" Nora said as she tiptoed around, eventually reaching to the unconscious boy named Tristan. "Hey, are you ok?! What the hell happened?!" Nora asked, reaching out to touch him, quickly retrieving her hand as she hissed. The boy was equally as hot, his skin almost burning at touch. "I'm going to guess he's the one responsible for all of this." Nora muttered as she knelt down and started to paint bandages on his injuries, in hopes that it would help out a bit. He only took a small glance at the other person around as she continued. "Do you know what happened here?" Nora asked to Aildur.

Arya Stark 1,337 Posted May 24, 2015 Alysa groaned. "Is all this city knows giant manslaughtering beasts? Could we at least fight something with a little finesse or something? That'd be cool." Alysa said, slowly drawing her blade. She readied herself as she began to read the situation. Which would be the most effective strategy. Aha! Alysa grinned as she knew what she was doing. Alysa confidently stabbed her sword into the ground, then stood back and waited. And waited. And waited. Then, just as the behemoth was about to reach her, she sent a pulse of obliterating energy through the sword. A huge hole was created right in front of the beast. Its front legs fell right into her trap, leaving it tilted. "Perfect. Glad you fell for it you moronic doll." Alysa said as she leaped into the air, and sliced downward, creating another weight to crush the doll's head.

These dolls definitely defied imagination; what with their deformed bodies and horrible misshapen forms. This thing was no different, but Aro hoped she could help cut it down to size. "Let's see what I can slice off!" She called out, firing sets of beams at the monster's trunk-like arms. She scowled when the beams did jack squat against the thick forearms. Wolf on the Run 391 Posted May 27, 2015 Tristan looked at the two new arrivals and took note of how they both seemed to be readying themselves for something he took note of how Nora mentioned Nathan and asked if he was a friend and how Chester tightened the grip on his sledgehammer "(He's making a move for allies quick probably told these two lies about what he's like cause neither of them are from our original group so I've two possible situations he either named everyone in my group who knows what he's like and told these two to not trust anyone with our names or he told them not to trust anyone but him)" A spark then lit in Tristan's head as he remembered Nathan's attack before his departure "(What are the chances he's trying to target me already? Either way I think it's safer not to give them my real name then put a real image of me in there head then later reveal my true self either that or i say who i am now either way could lead to problems and one more problem is)" Tristan gave a glance to Ailder "(Ailder knows my name he might say something and ruin fake name plan right away wait i have one thing to my advantage Nathan messed up and I can use that against him now)" Tristan quickly moved away from Nora and Chester fully sure this might put them on alert "Hey Ailder if a fight breaks out here don't step in" After calling to Ailder Tristan looked to the new arrivals "I know Nathan alright but i wouldn't call him a friend more someone i need to teach a hard lesson to I came into the city in the same original group as Nathan you could call our group the most irritating matched up you could get the irritating part mainly coming from me but all the others had a habit of putting in there strong views and they were quick to throw a punch at least that's what it looked like in the short time we where together (that and i can still kind of feel the ones i got from them) before i gave myself in as our groups sacrifice by popular vote if i might add Nathan wasn't happy about that out of everyone in the group he seemed the most irritable and it was clear as day all he wanted out of this place is power to dominate so when he lost the sacrifice vote he wasn't happy he thought through being the sacrifice he'd get more power (clearly not like i figured from the start anyway) so as my parting gift he gave me this" slowly raising his shirt Tristan revealed a large black bruise that spread along his chest which looked incredibly painful "I put myself up for sacrifice cause I didn't want anyone to die encase that's what the sacrifice lead to and the second reason i did it was encase the sacrifice did lead to power i didn't want Nathan to get his hands on it and i decided myself if the sacrifice did lead to power i'd reject it which i didn't need to since being a sacrifice clearly didn't lead to that by the way names Tristan over there is Ailder and if your about to attack me claiming you don't believe me look i have the huge bruise from Nathan attacking me unprovoked and if you don't believe my story I can prove it true we just need to find the others from my original group preferably Aro he hated my guts or Alysa she hated both me and Nathan you can get the truth out of them if you don't believe me, so can we please re-frame from attacking one another considering a group of dolls is heading our way so can we deal with that before any other possible hostilities take place also Nora why am i covered in paint just curious"
Stardustblade358 806 Posted May 27, 2015 "You're covered in paint because I was creating bandages on you until you moved!" Nora hissed, still holding the fire extinguisher at him. She listened to the story piece by piece. It seemed...belivable actually, compared to everything else she had seen in this world. "Nathan...wasn't that means when I met him?" Nora asked, now confused. Maybe she had met another Nathan? Or they had met another Nathan? Or were they the same person acting differently? Could be. "He saved me from a room full of knives! If he hadn't stepped in and used those gravitational powers of his I wouldn't be alive! I'd be in pieces!" Nora said as she lowered the fire extinguisher and looked over at Chester with a shrug. "I'm confused as you are right now. But I have no idea what we could do to avoid this. I don't think we will be able to live if we encounter those dolls again. Not by fighting the two of us alone." Nora said as she started to think logically. She looked down at Tristan and back at Chester. "Alright, Tristan. We'll hang around with you without killing you. But if you hurt us we'll hurt you back, and Chester is real mean with his hammer." Nora said as she lowered the fire extinguisher. "Bigger numbers means bigger means of survival. Deal?" Javelin434 3,164 Posted May 27, 2015 Yuki looked up. The ceiling was still open to the white sky. He blew out two more clouds for Max and the Officer. "Go up to the ceiling, get on the Sukais, and let's get the hell out of here!" Cloud Riders... "Drop it!" Jason screamed as he quickly drew his pistol and aimed it at the man's hands, only to realize too late that the deed had been done. Dytrain had activated the detonator, and now the SWAT officer was caught in the middle of an imploding inferno. Prioritizing his group’s survival over apprehending the man in hopes to have some questions answered, Jason was about to bolt back to his unofficial ‘associates’ when he fell face first onto the cloud that was waiting for him. Somewhat surprised that the cloud could hold his weight, Jason was quickly whisked away into the relative safety of the skies. As soon as he was capable, the officer peeked over the edge of the cloud and stared back at the octagonal fortress that he was in not too long ago. Seething with rage and confusion, Jason took several breaths to calm himself down, then quickly realized the new situation that he was now in. “How the hell am I supposed to get back down?” he muttered to himself through the balaclava, “at this height, everything looks… painful.”
Oblivion 22 162 Posted May 27, 2015 Finding himself face to face with Eweren, Nathan could somehow tell the being before him was on a completely different level to Warthyp. His gaze narrowed as he could feel his fists shaking. The young man's body trembled from both the fear and the excitement of facing an enemy that was once again stronger than himself. However, it was slowly becoming apparent to Nathan that his powers were taking their toll on his body once again. "In order to win... I have to make this quick." Scrunching his hands up together, the determined youth began his inverted assault upon Eweren while running along the roof. Throwing his right fist forward with all of his might, Nathan managed to score a hit to Eweren's body, but the damaged dealt seemed minimal. His powers were growing weaker and the strain put on his body, especially his bones, was only growing. Smirking as the stakes slowly stacked, Nathan used the distance he had closed between them to grab Eweren around the waist. The red headed youth's face was plastered with the grin of a madman. "Going down!!" Suddenly, everything in the room was overcome with a tremendous force of gravity, driving them heavily into the ground. This of course included both Nathan and Eweren who fell from the roof and dived straight into the ground, not to mention Asher who was still in the room. After the dust from the two hitting the floor cleared, Nathan could be seen stuck to the ground with only his hands from his elbows and below pointing upwards, still continuing to push everything downwards. "I can't see that woman from here... She has to be feeling this gravity... She has to be dying by now!!" Nathan coughed up a large amount of blood, feeling his body being crushed under the weight of his own power until he exhausted himself completely. Barely breathing, Nathan attempted to move away, but found that none of his limbs would cooperate with him. Gritting his teeth at his inability to move, aside from his head and fingers, Nathan kept his eye out as he glanced over at Asher. Realising that the young boy was in a much better condition than he was, he began shouting at him to finish what he had started. "Asher, finish this!! Don't make the fact that I spared your life mean nothing!! Kill her now!!"
Lady Aleister 1,677 Posted May 28, 2015 Man this guy was crazy. Nathan had already threw him around enough, and the poor guy was literally killing himself. There was no holding back, flames forming in his hands, a light purple color. Signifying fear. Asher was rather frightened. "I say...you've gotten yourself in rather a bad situation, Eweren. The weaker I am, the stronger my power." He said, spitting out his cigarette in the woman's face. "Say farewell...Eweren." he said, a dark smile on his face. Asher showed no remorse, moving his hand down and flames dancing in the air and right onto Eweren. "Move out of the way, Nathan!" He yelled through the roar of flames.
