You just hate just about everything, don't you?On another note, what is the bug deal with people having to classify system's? Why don't we just, I don't know, enjoy our videogames and don't gripe about every single little thing except paid DLC, because that shit ain't cool.Personally, I'll play any system that has games that appeal to me (Mostly Nintendo for my RPG'S and PC for any sort of multiplayer or shooter I play (only really play TF2, if I'm honest, in that category, and some Playstation games, but I'm an RPG nut, so yeah, Playstation isn't the exact best for that (still good, but not perfect for me), but I'll still pick up their systems if I can justify buying one) and don't care much about the rest. Graphical quality and super ergonomic controlers are nice, but not nessicary.One thing I wish games did more on consoles was allow custom controls, like on PC. Something I wish PC did more for me was give me a wider range of good RPG'S (JRPG's being my personal favorite kind of RPG to play.)to have at. They have your normal Skyrim and Dark Soul's and the like, but they feel more around for the visuals and combat than the story or the world your in, in general. Nothing wrong with that, just my personal thought.Anyway, this is just my thought. We all get so caught up in the "what is best" and forget to enjoy sometimes.

That is absolutely not true. Tons of PS2 games- mostly ones I want to play- are hella expensive.

Really? I mean I''m sure some more obscure ones are expensive, but the most I usually see for a PS2 game nowadays is 20 bucks. Usually more like 5 bucks. 99 cents if you find them in an actual store

Ah. Well, there are no FF (except the MMO one) or Uncharted titles on PS4 right now and that last game isn't out yet. So what's your point?

Some are cheap online (mostly RPGs of some kind, including every PS2 KH game, so yeah, the PS2 is like the Holy Grail for that kinda shit), but a lot of well known fan favorites like God Hand, Okami, Shadow of the Colossus, both Star Wars: Battlefront games, just to name a few, are all at least $50.

lately I only see a few random PS2 games, but sometimes I'll be lucky and run into something cheap. I have most PS2 games I want, so I never really buy, but they're out there, especially at pawn shops.

You know what place is CRAZY when it comes to this though? A city in Hawaii... I think Oahu? Can't quite recall, but I went there on vacation a year ago, they had used copies of ICO AND OKAMI for 28 dollars apiece. I was so pissed when they refused to accept my Canadian debit card. I wish I'd cut a deal with my parents or SOMETHING because stuff like that doesn't happen every day

(also, I guess this magical world is Canada, because I just looked online, and they have used Okami for PS2 for 20 bucks on Amazon. And Canada always fgets the worst prices, so I'm sure you can find it yourself)

Ah, I should have mentioned I don't even consider buying used online. I've been burned by Amazon sellers way too many times (I bought a multiplatform Gamecube game from some guy a while back, and when I got it in the mail, he'd sent me the PS2 version of the game. Bullshit, I tells ya). Buying used physically makes refunds or returns a thousand times easier, but again, games are hard as hell to find for a reasonable price.

I've been burned a lot too, which is why I only buy cheap things like games online. Nothing quite like having a couple hundred dollars stuck in limbo for months as you try to get SOMEONE to do something about it

I've personally never witnessed anyone I know with a PS4 watching a game on it, they're all too busy enjoying their free PS+ games.  As my game professor said though, it's not about the hardware, it's about the software (the games themselves).  No one should buy a console based on it's specs alone but whichever is more likely to have the games they like.  Personally like playing on near all these consoles bar PSTV and the Xbone (I prefer the Xbox 360, Banjo Kazooie )
