Tangled OR Frozen For Kingdom Hearts 3?

Both, As much as I have NO issue whatsoever expressing my disdain for FROZEN, I have to be fair and say that it would make a great KH world. I do love Tangled, though so I just want it in there regardless. FRYING PAN KEYBLADE!

Both would/will be great additions to the series, and all the more better if they're both in KH3.

But my vote goes to Tangled. Just the overall better movie in my opinion.

 

Plus, Zachary Levi said he partially took part in the movie so that he could also be in Kingdom Hearts.

Personally I don't think either one would be really suited for kh3. I love Tangled (Rapunzel and Eugene) hate Frozen with my life, usually don't reply with things concerning frozen for people get 'passionate' about that topic sometimes but if we had to choose I would definitely go with Tangled because it's just better. (Minus the first few songs of the movie (Can't remember 1st song and I've got a dream)) I sure hope SE doesn't give us another Singing Atlantica world...

Why would they? Almost every world they go to is based on a musical but Atlantica was the only one with the rhythm game.

If i can only pic one, I'd have to say tangled, just because it seems like Rapunzel would be better in a fight then Anna. Elsa can't be in the party unless they completely abandon the story in Frozen and make up a new one. Rapunzel can attack with her hair and her frying pan and cast Cure/(ra)/(ga)/(za?). Anna can throw a pretty wicked punch and that's about it. It's pretty much assured that we'll have a princess as our word specific party member rather than the male lead, because that seems to be what they do which Princesses who are part of the Princess franchise but not Princesses of Heart. though I wouldn't mid being able to replace both Donald And goofy just so we can have more than one world specific party member in these worlds.

This, basically. Although I like Tangled, I don't think the old "throw heartless into the main story" will work here, that, and if they have to do a more original story (like KH1's of NBXMAS) that will take time to develop and give it a way into the main story without breaking up the plot of the game itself, but still may break continuity and flow. If they wanted to do it, they could, but it isn't the best decision. Then add in rendering Rapunzel's hair. Half the processing power of both its avalable consoles will be eaten up by that on its own.

 

It's got a bit of a different story with Frozen. It honestly couldn't work, story wise. "But they could center it on Elsa's Darkness!". Sure, but that kind of defeats the point of the movie existing. The point of it is that she was struggling to control her power and was afraid of misusing her powers and hurting her sister again. Then when the whole situation in the ballroom goes out, she releases her pent up frustration and power because she didn't have to adheir to a set or rules as well as gained more confidence in herself as well as showing to be ones self and that "love is the answer". How do you fit such a story with heartless without loosing everything else which was made for this story? You would have to again, make an original plot, but then fans will be angry they didn't get what they expected with seeing the world avalable. But they will also be mad at the story being watered down in KH story port style. Plus it would be hard to fit into KH storyline without, like Tangled, creating story holdups.

 

Personally, it dosen't matter in the end what we want as fans, Nomura will decide what he wants and already said Frozen isn't getting in (and I agree with him on this subject hole heartedly) So this thread should have been named "Do you want Tangled in KH3?".

I've only seen Frozen, and I think it would go well with Kingdom Hearts. But obviously, I would prefer both.

Tangled has a bigger city/forest to explore, while Frozen has a snowy mountain, and the potential for ice enemies. For me, it would depend on the worlds we already have.

I'd honestly have to go with a Frozen world. Think about it:

 

 

 

---You play as Sora and Riku in Arendell, and both have something to learn about loyalty and love. Riku goes along with Elsa to help her cope with her power, and Sora goes along with Anna to keep her safe during her journey. Riku learns that when you're struggling with darkness, it's important to reach out to the people close to you. Sora learns that people will go to the ends of the earth for the ones they love (which would kind of foreshadow the TAV or ARX reunion, maybe?)

 

---Marshmallow mini boss battle, Sven riding sequence, Darkness-powered-Hans main boss (maybe Nortified Hans?), and a cool new ability to coat the field in ice to make heartless/nobodies/unversed? slip and slide around.

 

---FROZEN. HEART. KEYBLADE. (as cool and funny as a frying pan keyblade would be, I really feel like the creators are losing the idea that keyblades are connected to the heart. This would be a nice refresher.) +20 MP, +10 strength, +3 AP, +15 HP. Or something like that. I dunno.

 

---In the return (if you return), you fight a Nort trying to use Grandpabby troll's power to mess with Sora's/Riku's/Kairi's/someone else's memories.

 

 

 

As much as the movie is overplayed, I feel like the overarcing themes of love and matters of the heart in Frozen would strengthen the overall idea of Kingdom Hearts in general. Not to mention Grandpabby's power to mess with people's heads and hearts is a really strong outlet to connect this world to the idea of the oncoming war instead of just restraining this world to its own devices. It just makes more sense.
