Not by any normal human means. If he didn't have super powers, she could kill him easy enough if she was skilled enough. In combat, it's not about the muscle, but the skill. Hit super hard, sure, but if every hit is blocked, and you're only doing one kick, that won't be enough.

I could also use Brooklyn, but that wouldn't be fair.

why? did you quote your own post? *is confused*

.............Maxwell.

Can I use my character's full and true strength from his world?

if its against Hainzo then your character with ufll power maybe it'd be a cool fight.

if not then Maxwell can have one hell of a fight.

oh you could also try to fight Hainzo's son Henry, he has darkness and all four elementals, and can cut straight through your soul and kill you that way, ignoring any defense whatsoever,.

It was an afterthought, just a habit of mine to add a post to it rather than edit if I have an afterthought.

Oh, I'm certain she could kill him in regular combat with the amount of skill she has.The problem now would be the abilities. Your ability gives you so much momentum and speed it would practically impossible to win, especially with her lack of stamina and range. And you've already said that my ability's basic combat uses are useless against the training he had. So, it would've been a good match-up if we had met in different circumstances. But in these cases, it won't work out.

If there was a way I could transfer some of Hainzo's power to her she'd have one heck of a good fight with Riki's character, but Hainzo doesn't go out giving power whily nilly >.>

Still...Maxwell. Let's do it! Yuki won't hold back!

We'l settle this in the RP and when our characters are at a reasonable power level, then we'l see, until then socialize ;)

It would be a close fight, about a 50.12% in your favor victory chance, however it is depending on the weapon he uses. Twin Axes have shorter range, so thus the Rapure would be in advantage, but if he is using a scythe, chances improve on my end. Ailder doesn't have limitless stamina, of course his power will eat his stamina, but martial arts training gives him greater stamina in general.

If it's used in peak form. With the assumed softcap, he can only likely go about 50 MPH at max for probably 10 minutes in the beginning.

I've got to ask...

How did you calculate the exact 50.12%?

To rephrase, what is the key to your calculations?

It's an estimation based on my knowledge of this situation and knowledge of combat. It's technically rounded, however, because putting in the whole 37 digit number would be excessive.

Well' in that case, what would your prescription be for an increase in abiltity's potency as to make it more fair?

Or is there nothing I can do on my end you're just too strong and overpowered?

guys, I think we're getting too sidetracked in this thread. if we ARE TO TALK about character's power then I'l gladly make a character's power talk thread, we're derailing this thread so much it risks falling off the cliffside

Well, specifically, I would say allow the holder of the blade to alter their molecular structior in order to make them denser, lighter, less solid, ect, thus allowing you to occasionally stop attacks from hurting. At that point, all I could do is throw you into another area or trap you in the dirt and escape, if it comes I couldn't overwhelm you. To balance this, during that time, you cannot affect other things with molecular change or it drains away your strength if its used for too long. Mine is balanced in such a way as I cannot have two different states of matter under my control at one time. I can only do one at a time.

Rikiman ga Taosenai!

I'm one of the best for a reason, Nort.

Athan will soon have a word about that...

Two, in fact. But that's a battle for another thread.

I disagree. We are discussing our character's for the RP, which is one of the points of this thread. If we were doing so in the RP thread, that'd be unacceptable.

Name: Aro

Ability of Creation: The Ouroboros--The ability to devour all that is. Aro's ability is to turn all matter (sentient beings not included) into pure energy. As is the law of conservation of mass, she must do something with it. She cannot just store it. She must let loose it, as her body cannot contain more than her original mass. Her ability serves three purposes: Aro can use ability to use the absorbed matter into several powerful and solid laser-like beams, turn it into a energy-devouring gas, and lastly use it to strengthen the abilities of others.

Age: Eighteen

Gender: Female

Appearance:

 Posted Image

Personality: Despite having a terrifying ability, Aro is a sweet and kind girl. She is reasonably empathetic and is there to aid others when they face their own moral crises. However, when she uses her Ouroboros, her personality takes a dark turn. While not sadistic, she becomes cold and heartless; seeing no problem in harming others, even her allies, when it comes to solving problems.

Background: Aro wasn't the same cheerful girl she was now. Before, in her past life (and this is not something she will every say), she was hungry. Always. She loved being in power and did everything within it to attain more. All she wanted was to be strong. To be powerful. To change the horrible world that stole her older siblings from her. She is not necessarily one to be a villain, she will never go to the lengths of harming many: but she wishes to be strong so that the weight of her family's death won't harm her as much as it does.

Foolish children, Liath is clearly the strongest!

Okay, not really. As far as collateral damage and crowd control goes, Liath's you're man. But when it comes to 1x1 duels, he's left pretty vulnerable. However, if Liath gains control of multiple Mr. Its (which may or may not happen later in the story), he'll be a serious force to be reckoned with. For now, he's most effective in a group, when someone can guard him while he's controlling Mr. It.

If signups are still open after the RP has a few posts already, I'll probably reconsider, but right now, I'm more worried about it than I should be (stupid Anxiety problems.)

That's understandable, but try not to worry about being inferior. As someone whose first RP was an MDS role play a couple years ago (The Experiment), I understand that thinks can seem a bit complicated and overwhelming, but if you're going to jump into an RP for the first time (I'm assuming you're new to this since I've yet to see you in a role play before, and you seem rather nervous, sorry if I'm mistaken), an MDS RP is the best place I know of to start. He's very good at keeping things on track, and preventing things from getting overly complicated, and if you need help or advice, I'm sure that plenty of us would be happy to help you out.

Oh look.

Another character who Natasha can't defeat.

I'm joking. Besides, Natasha is a Russian Tsundere Support character. That's enough for me.

Thanks. I've been in two RP's before, both of them are still going. They're not as huge as this though.
